第一点嘛，就是要劳逸结合。在这段时间里，我每天都要坚持多读书写作，现在我已经读了六本好书，写了十余篇作文。我还向亲戚借来五年级下册的书，有时间了，就翻翻看看，把那些技巧学走，把那些公式背熟。

学累了，就休息一下，看看电视，打打电脑，或是和邻居玩玩游戏。当然，玩的时间肯定不能比学习的时间多喽!不然可不好。在我们这阶段里，最重要的就是学习，所以，不能太过于贪玩。

第二点，就是要帮助家长干活，我们的爸爸妈妈到外面上班回来又得忙家务，忙里忙外，都很累。我们做儿子女儿的，就应当帮他们做一些力所能及的事，帮他们减轻一些负担。这样一来，不但能锻炼我们的动手能力，增强我们的体质，而且能受到家长的表扬，不是一箭三得吗?

第三点，也就是最后一点。我要养成早睡早起的习惯，争取以后早晨不用爸爸送我去。这样的话，就能一箭双雕了，既能增强体质，又能省油费，那岂不是很好吗?

寒假里，我一定严格照计划书上的做，高高兴兴地过大年，过寒假!

本学期，我将结合学校工作计划和学校教学工作计划的要求，规范常规教学，提高教学质量，努力形成自己的教学特色。

一、总体思路

以努力提高教学质量为目标，以抓好教学常规工作，提高英语合格率为重点，采用任务型教学法，注重“学困生”的教育补差工作，形成良好的教学风气。

二、学生情况分析

经过一学期的学习，从上期期末成绩来看，七年级两个班的英语成绩比较理想。平均分82分。大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差，加上两极分化十分严重。

三、教材分析

《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

掌握本册书上的重点词汇、词组以及句型。通过本学期的学习，培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，形成有效的学习策略，有效提高学习效率，发展双基能力;培养听、说、读、写的能力，使学生初步获得运用英语的能力，达到语言运用能力的迁移和拓展;通过了解世界，了解不同地区的人文风俗，学会理解和尊重异国文化，并使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人，能在小组活动中积极与他人合作，相互帮助，共同完成学习任务，尽情享受学习的乐趣。

五、教学措施

1、加强词汇教学，包括单词拼写、词义记忆，语言功能的训练。

词汇是文章、句子的基本单位，词汇量的大小，将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从上学期的期末考试所反映的问题看，在今后的教学中，在加强拼读与拼写的同时，应帮助学生进行有意识记，应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解，要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力，逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样，学生在学会了单词的同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法。

2、每天背诵课文中的对话，培养语感。

3、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。

进行语法操练时，要坚持“四位一体”，即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题，联系语境，确定语法结构，明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用，又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。

4、进一步培养阅读能力和写作能力。

阅读和写作能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读和写作能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案;平常应该多写作文。

5、做好学困生转化和优秀生培养工作。

《浅谈英语阅读能力的培养》

措施：用新的教学理念指导英语阅读教学，进一步改变教法和学法，培养学生对英语阅读的兴趣，提高学生的英语阅读能力，提高英语教学效果。

1、尝试通过各种形式的学习，例如复述课文、把课文改编成情景剧、阅读竞赛等活动，提高学生学习英语的兴趣，从而达到自主积累、综合运用英语的目的，并指导学生运用科学的方法记忆单词、阅读课文，取得事半功倍的效果。

2、通过信息技术与学科整合的手段，以课内为基础，增加课外阅读的量，指导学生借助信息手段和工具书理解文章基本内容的方法，提高学生的英语自学能力。

3、以复述课文、回答问题、判断正误、通过上下文线索猜词义为载体，培养学生的综合阅读技能，提高学生的英语阅读理解能力。

盼星星盼月亮，终于盼来了一年一度的寒假，但是在寒假玩的同时，也要适当地做一些自己力所能及的家务活哦，要使家人们轻松一些。所以，在寒假里要劳逸结合，有一个有计划的寒假。我呢，就制作了一个计划书。

1、在寒假的前四天里把三本寒假作业做完。

2、在寒假里写十篇博文;前五篇在过年前完成，后五篇在过年~开学这期间完成。

3、读两本书，并做五篇读书笔记。

4、在学习时也要格外的娱乐一下，比如：学两首歌、聊聊QQ等。

5、家人们在做家务的时候，自己也要为他们做一些力所能及的事情，体会到爸爸妈妈爷爷奶奶的辛苦。比如：擦玻璃、扫地、擦桌子、拖地等。

6、拍照片，可以拍过年、工人叔叔挂灯笼、张灯结彩的街道等等，做成一本影集。

7、学会做一些简单的饭菜，在家人们辛苦的时候，为他们做一顿可口的饭菜。

8、可以看几个美国大片，更加深入地了解英语。

9、过完年后，可以把数学书前三单元里的练习题抄写在本子上做一遍，就是相当于预习了一遍。

10、留一周预习语文和英语，尽快进入学习状态!

我的寒假计划就是这样了，我要努力完成计划书上的内容，这个寒假争取努力做到“劳逸结合”!

What do the students plan to do for their holidays?

Here are the results of the survey about what the students in our class plan to do for their holidays.40% of the students will choose to go to visit their relatives and friends . After a busy term , they want to spent more time with the people they love .30% of the students are going to travel to relax. 15% of the students want to take training courses to improve themselves . 今年期末语文考试可没有考好。语文成绩一直没有增长。反而在原地踏步。

这使我觉得语文也是一门比较深奥的学科吧。所以我们要制定一个语文的计划。

来使自己学习语文更加高效。首先我们要学会在课堂上做笔记。把老师讲解的记下来。再通过自己的理解把笔记加工。人的记忆是有限的，要想把记忆变成永久的记忆就需要不断地去学习重复总结。不要三天打鱼两天晒网，这样效率反而更不好。要学会坚持坚持才能胜利。

学好语文还需要把字练好，字好了，就是相当于成功的一半了。老师会用电脑来查看你的字迹。如果你写的字好，老师就会给你一些分。这也相当于得分小技巧啦！

在阅读中寻找技巧。阅读题也是得分一大关键，要想把那题得分高，需要不断地去阅读。在阅读中总结技巧。阅读题练多了，你就自然阅读题水平就提高了。

最后就作文了，作文是得分的最大关键吧。得作文者得天下。作文要想写得好，必须得多看别人的作文。去模仿别人。最后再表达出自己的观点，这样作文题就相当于成功了。所以说学语文也是小一定的技巧的。

说多了，学语文就是多读多看多理解。勤学勤练，你的语文就不会差。

当我走出校门的那一刻，心中充满了喜悦和期盼——寒假终于到来了！我预感这个寒假将会十分漫长，不等到开学就会令人感到无聊。因此如果我决定要过一个充实的寒假，就要先制定好学习计划，使寒假更加充盈起来。

寒假里，最重要的当然是要先复习了。这次考试数学和政治成了拖后腿的，寒假要重点针对这两个学科。针对数学当然要每星期都多做题，多练错题，这样做题的速度才有提高。但首先要摆正态度，这次考试，失分的最重要原因有一大部分是因为态度不端正，轻视试题而造成的，看来态度很重要啊！政治则要在寒假里抽出时间多读多记，提高自己对题目的理解分析能力，对于题目不理解，就很容易使答案跑题，造成10分的题只得了2分的后果。复习是对前一段学习的总结，人生有了总结才会提高。

预习也相当重要。尤其是下学期的数学十分重要，此次牵扯到三年级的数学成绩，而三年级又是中招的紧要关节，所以要预习好数学。借本数学书是自然的，然后需要自学。我将要每星期学一章，因为自学需要一个消化的过程，并且每天都要做课后的练习题也会消耗掉大量的时间，还有我做作业要占用时间，所以间隔的时间要长一点。语文则要多读书中的文章，并且坚持背诵必背的现代文、文言文及译文。英语背单词、词组以及课文，使下学期能够从容地面对新知识。

当然，在寒假里，最不可缺少的就是书籍。“一日无书，百事荒芜”，在寒假我准备增大阅读量，多读好书。首先要读的当然是《福尔摩斯探案集》了，我总是被它那跌宕起伏的故事情节所吸引，一波未平一波又起的离奇事件。然而，当福尔摩斯运用慎密的推理手法拨开重重迷雾，找出事情的真相时，神秘的案件却又清晰地显露在眼前，令人不禁惊叹这护法卫士非同一般的能力和罪犯的狡猾。相信有这样一本书相伴，整个寒假都将增色不少。接下来就是德国作家、探险家卡尔·麦的探险小说。书中的主人公冷静沉着，机智勇敢，在智慧上一点儿也不比福尔摩斯逊色；文中所描绘的异域风光生动形象，里面的民俗文化、自然风光、民族特点都真实存在；而书中的情节一环套一环，每一件风波的结束都是另一件的开始，使我产生了浓厚的兴趣，忍不住一口气把它读完。这个寒假将会因为这些书籍而多姿多彩。
