I read the book then watched the movie, both of them ga一ve me great shock, I really admire Meggie,she had the courage to use her whole life to love Ralph, never ga一ve up. She believed that she would love Ralph only in her life. But I don’t like Meggie’s attitude to love, Ralph is a Father, and he mustn’t love Meggie, they really loved each other, but they are not destined to be together. So in my opinion I think Meggie should give in, she shouldn’t fight with God, Ralph had told her he would serve God forever, so Meggie wouldn’t win. Maybe giving up is a good choice. Their love is painful.

Tell the turth I don’t like Meggie neither Ralph, Ralph could not give Meggie happniess while Meggie couldn’t support Ralph to concentrate on his work. So they would not ha一ve happy life, they only made each other feel sad .

Frank is my fa一vorite role. he was short but strong ,and he was one of the main labor in his family. He didn’t want to be a shepherd, but the family needed him , and he must feed he the sheep so that everybody in his family can live better. Once he escaped from home , but it wassn’t long before his father found him and take him home. I feel so sorry that he had a miserable fate. He longed for freedom but most of his life didn’t belong to himself, it’s really a pity .

Frank was different to every man in their home, he loved his mother deeply, and he always helped his mother do the housework. he dreamed to be an outstanding boxer. Frank was considerable, and he always try his best to make Meggie feel happy. As Meggie’s oldest brother, he could be worried about Meggie’s fa一vorite doll, and he even tried to fixed the doll which was distroyed by Meggie’s other brothers. Frank and Meggie would always tell each other what they thought in their deep heart , and they are close friends.

I was so sad when I learned that Frank killed a man and he was sent to the prision. It is really a big shock to Meggie, for Frank was the only one who can listen to Meggie’s secrets. She thought she lost Frank forever. I cannot imagine how painful for Frank to spend dozens years in the prision. He once had good dream about his life, but he had to waste most of his life in prision. In my opinion it was Frank’s father that distoryed his life. His father didn’ t give him freedom, and Frank can’t had strong resistance spirits, and because he didn’t control himself and broke the law.The energitic Frank will never come to us, and he became a man who didn’t wanna talk. He began to be afraid of the world…it is really a pity.

As for Meggie, I think she was a good girl. She was beautiful and smart, but she it was wrong for her to love Ralph. Meggie was an excellent girl, she was able to find an outstanding boy to love her, but she put all her love on Ralph even she married Luke. She married Luke just because Luke looked like Ralph. Meggie wanna be a thorn bird, but I think it was too cruel to her. She was so kind that she shouldn’t stand that king of pain, and I think she was born to ha一ve a happy life. I pity for her.

Both the story of thorn birds and the legend are painful and beautiful, but not every one can be the thorn birds, because it is not our porpose to ha一ve a painful life. We are born to be happy. Olny happiness is the ture meaning of life while the story was written for us to enrich our life. It is a wonderful story.

With the development of technology, today we live in the world with high

technology. People seem to cant live without computer and smart phone, once

they dont have smart phone at hand for a while, the seem to be lost and feel

something miss in their life. When I talk to my friends at table, I find them

always play smart phones or check on the text all the time. Though we sit face

to face, the distance between us is so far. The high technology brings isolation

between people. Some people dont often visit their parents and friends, for

they believe that a call can solve all the things. Communication in face to face

is far more important than a call. It is time for some people to put down their

smart phones for a while when they are communicating to others.

转眼间，一个学期就要过去了，我们学校举行了一次期中考试。听到消息后，我的心砰砰直跳。

吃完早饭，我们回到教室，看到早来的同学已经认真地开始复习功课了。平时不认真的同学也规规矩矩地坐着，认真的复习起来。我也急忙拿起书来复习。不一会儿，老师来了，说了一下注意事项然后让我们放下书开始分发考卷。老师接着说：“只要你们仔细读题，认真思考，才会考出好成绩……”开始做的时候，我发现这些题目很简单。我想：这张试卷应该不会考得很差吧！想不到后面的题目却难倒我了，没办法将就应付着答题。

考完试，我们吃了中饭，回到教室，老师就把试卷改好发下来了，我看到这样的分数，情不自禁地笑起来，这次考得不错，应该有奖状吧！可是到了老师发奖状的时候，却一直没有我的名字，我失望了。我想肯定是我平时作得还不够好。

放学了，一般来说是只有爸爸来接我回家，没想到，这次妈妈和妹妹也一起来了。

我低着头感到惭愧，这次又没得奖状，爸爸妈妈肯定会失望吧！但是爸爸妈妈却笑着安慰我，鼓励我。于是我暗暗下定决心，下学期一定要好好学习，考出好成绩，拿到奖状！

“丁零零”期末考试考完了，原本安静的校园，顿时喧闹起来了，考完试的同学表情各不相同。

在教室里，有很多同学在和我们班的三门课尖子—程门雪讨论考试的答案。程门雪说了一道题的答案，大部分同学都做对了，有的还兴奋地伸出两个手指头，形成“V”形，大声喊“耶”。小部分同学答错了，都深深地叹了口气，有的回到座位上，不再和我们对答案了。

以往考试考得非常好和程门雪在一次数学考试中，考了85分，我们的数学杨老师批评了她，下课时她忍不住哭了，因为她妈妈平时对她要求很严，她从来没有考过这么低的分数。她接受了那次教训，以后更加发奋学习，所以成了班上三门尖子。

记得有一学期，我平时数学每单元都考得不太好，但到了期末考试却考了一个96分，我的心情非常激动。这是我在复习阶段认真学习的结果，有付出就有收获，所以这次考试后我的数学学习劲头更足了。

平时考试都特别差的某某同学，因为最近这段日子上课认真听讲、积极发言、按时完成作业，所以他的成绩从四十多分考到了八十多分，平时考试出来总是垂头丧气的样子，这次却变成了狂喜。

我们班上同学平时沉默寡言的非常少，我观察了好长时间才发现，某某同学平时学习一般，但总是不动声色，觉得考得还可以的时候就点点头或者就微微一笑。今天她在偷偷地笑呢，说明考得不错。

我认识同学们考完以后，大家的表情都不一样，反映出考得好与坏，但我们也要知道考得好的时候不要骄傲，考砸的时候不要气馁。

今天，就是期中考试的日子了，同学们个个紧张不已，聪明的人就知道我也很紧张。对我这个偏科的学生来说是超级恐怖！因为我怕被老师骂，怕父母的打，更怕外公外婆的“三字经”哎！老天居然还不怜惜我――这个渺小脆弱的小女生。令我感到期中考试是那么地恐怖，成绩是糟糕极了！

第一科：语文感觉：自信

卷子发下来，我马上写了起来，“哈哈！好简单，这简直是耍小孩”我得意洋洋地写着，大约40分钟，一张语文试卷就被我“击败”了。在这安静的教室里我以为自己能得100分便再次得意起来，居然哈哈大笑起来，就在这时我发觉有点不对劲！缓缓地抬起头一看，晕死，N双眼睛瞪着我，我勉强地笑了笑说：“大哥大姐，慢慢做，呵……呵！”把视力集中在试卷上，我庆幸监考老师没看到着“壮观”的一幕，否则，我就要被K了……等啊等啊，终于语文考试结束了我急忙去找到同学说：“这次试卷好简单啊！”“洋洋，你知道郑燮是哪个朝代的吗？我没添出来啊！”我哈哈大笑道：“这个都不知道，当然是宋朝的呗！”“不对，是清朝的”王棋反驳道，“我不信！”我大叫道，这时王棋拿起语文书对我说：“看我做的笔记”“郑燮，清朝”我一字一字的读着，刚读完我就大叫起来：“妈呀！我亲爱的100分，呜呜呜呜呜呜……”“洋洋，这下你可崩溃了吧！没关系，失败是成功之母嘛！”姚婷笑嘻嘻地说，失败是成功之母我却觉得成功没有母亲，我失败了N遍，可总没收获到满满的100分，哎！为什么世界上有失败呀！“问世界上失败为何物？还看你有没有成功过啊！”这是我最后的感慨。

第二科：英语感觉：勉强

拿着英语试卷我马上写了起来，30分钟终于把英语搞定了！我浏览了一遍，便想别的事情去了“嘿！你说这老师真偏心把姚婷她们调到教室外面考试，多爽啊！写完试卷还可以欣赏欣赏风景，我也想去！”时间就像一根射出去的箭，“刷”地一下就从我身边飞了过去，英语考试就这样画上了一个句号。翻开英语书发现自己错了N个题，哎！为什么我刚才不好好检查呢？这些我都知道做啊！可是世界上没有后悔药。

啊！只能伤心了。

第三科：数学感觉：糟糕透了

我发誓数学这一科作完以后一定要检查，但是试卷一发下来就吓了我一身冷汗，填空题目一大堆，30分钟才写完，在瞟一下同桌，哇噻！拽啊！这么快就写到应用题了，我匆匆忙忙，忙忙匆匆才写到应用题，可作应用题也是我的一大弱点！第一道题目还勉强简单，可是到了第二道题目，我就傻眼了，两个字――好难啊！N久才想出来，后面不知道怎么写怎么想没办法只能错误地写了……算一算我能得几分？妈呀！一道应用题居然5分，我四道题目不知道也就是20分再扣除一些基础分就70多分了，为了不让基础分不扣我马上认认真真地检查了起来这时老师却说交卷了，啊！倒霉啊！我大叫起来，可又有什么用呢？

哎！我真希望自己能排到前十名！排不到前十名也该三科成绩得个及格！“三字经”了……老天你一定要怜惜我这个渺小脆否则我就该受老师的骂父母的打和外公外婆的弱的小女生啊！我可挡不住老师的“甜言蜜语”父母的“名言警句”啊！

课快学完成一半了，也就快期中考试了，这几天，所有副科全不上了，光上语文、数学、英语。把同学们都愁死了，我也是。

今天，王怡赫说：“大下个礼拜二就考期中试！”我们心里怀着害怕和憧憬。害怕考不好，大人训；憧憬能天天睡懒觉，玩。但不是还没考试吗？脸上的笑容凝固了，真希望今天就考试！

这几天，妈妈领我复习，烦死了，我正是左耳朵听，右耳朵冒了，妈妈唠叨的话语在我耳边游荡，我根本就听不进去，妈妈让我死记硬背，真的，好烦啊！我不禁叹气。

妈妈总是拿我和别人攀比，说：“你看徐佳、王怡赫她们，您家都上补习班了，咱在家更得加油了，知道吗？”不是我说，这句话我听了800回了，妈妈真唠叨，每到学习，她都会说这句话，真烦！

不过，期中考试要来临，我还是加油！加油！再加油！记住鼓励自己的话：保住前五名，争取前三名，最好第一名！

Since school comes into being， the test standard has been used to appraise performance of students. So far it is still being used， which may suggest that actually there are some advantages in it. However， it is also highly possible that the test standard is a not ideal way to find out what students have learned and what they haven‘t. Most school is still using it just because there is no better method to replace it.

In my opinion， the following three points are the critical flaws in the test standard.One of the most harmful effects on the test method is that it will force us to study just for passing tests， not for acquiring knowledge especially in China. Obviously the final object of education is making us intellective by learning more knowledge. While the test is only a way to examine the level of students‘ studies， it has been deteriorated to a sifter deciding the fate of students. Why can it be called a terrible sifter? Now in the tests， which decide who can enter a higher school， thousands of poor students， who want a splendid future， must prepare for the tests by finishing a great deal of practices. Those practice tests are heavy-laden to them. So in this case， how can they be expected to study to obtain knowledge? To them that are enough if they can reach the level which tests need. In the end what our nation will get， genuine persons with ability or just test robots?Secondly， tests will bring the examinees great pressure， which can affect their lives. A typical example of this is that most young students have worn glasses even though some of them are still children. For preparing for tests， they must spend a lot of time on doing their homework so that their eyesight becomes worse and worse. And the more time they spend on those， the less time they have for playing and relaxing. Consequently， there is a bad influence on their health.Thirdly， in fact， test system itself can not veraciously estimate who is better than others because there are many factors impacting the results of test. For instance， someone cheated in test so that his score would be higher than others. Or someone who was too nervous to perform well fell in the test.

Only in spare time and no pressure of tests existent， students can study simply for the fun， for obtaining knowledge and for the things that they are really interested in. But now the test system is the only way to select which one is better， who can reach better school and who can get good job. Then what we can do is to improve the test system or hope that something better will be invented and replace the test system.

We can keep in touch with the others with the emails, msn and QQ etc. Enjoying ourselves in music, games and movies can loosen us after nervous classes.

Each coin has two sides. Disadvantages of the computers can also do harm to us. Most of us students use the computers more to play games and chat with strangers than searching for useful information. During the winter holiday, I was very happy because of the Chinese new year

and other reasons. During the holiday, my parents and I went back to my hometown

in the countryside in Hebei Province. I had not come back for several years, so

that I was so surprised to find that great changes had taken place in this small

village in the past years. Almost every family in the village had color TV set

and some of them had computers. Many families had their houses newly built or

rebuilt. Previously,could be seen everywhere, but now they have taken on an

entirely newlook. Motorcycles or even private cars are not luxuries any

more.

One of the villagers proudly told me that he and some other villagers were

going to join a tour and travel abroad. Previously, the villagers were busy in

their farm work all the year round, but now they have much more time and money

to relax or entertain. Traveling has become a new trend among villagers. Seeing

these amazing changes, my father said that he would go back to my hometown as

soon as he retired. As for me, I strongly supported his idea.

The ancient said the world is a book and those who do not travel read only

one page. I like travel, because travel not only allows me to enjoy the great

rivers and mountains of the motherland, but also brings me knowledge and

exercise. Beautiful sceneries make me impressed and friendly people make me

warm. Travel is a process of discovery of beauty that would company my whole

life. I like the feeling on the road, which greatly enrich my life and fields of

vision. Being to different places, seeing different views makes me know how big

the world is, so that I won’t bother my trifles. I think a broad mind is

extremely important to a person, and traveling is a good way to get it. Maybe

some people would say that I travel just because I want to relax. There’s no

doubt about that. No matter for what reason, traveling is attractive to us

all.

期中考试后，成绩出来了。看着鲜红的分数，我的心情越来越沉重，越来越糟，不知该怎么办才好？一张张考卷使我承受一次又一次的打击，心里难受极了。似乎大家都在欢庆自己的好成绩，而我这个自作自受，学习不用功的学生只是一个人看着别人开心，自己却怎么也快乐不起来。

那天晚上，考试成绩都知道了，我呆呆的望着手中的考卷，心里万分悲痛，听着人家嘻嘻哈哈地炫耀自己的成绩，看着别人开心的笑容，我无数次地问自己：以前的那个人人看好，学习又好的周炜去哪了？为什么我现在会变成这样的一个人，我细想自己哪里做得不好，这半个学期下来，到底有没有努力去读书，我又在干什么？想了整整3节课，终于想通了，是我自己自身的原因：我没有尽力，没有努力，一直以为自己已经够好了，其实不是。可我回家，又怎么有脸见爸爸妈妈呢？他们对我那么好，我真不应该。这是我进入中学以来第一次重要的考试，我该怎么办？想到这儿，眼里的泪水唰唰的往外掉，怎么也忍不住。我没脸见人了，考得那么差。

的确，我进入初中以来，没有真正努力过，没有真正去做好每一件事。到了中学，我觉得我学坏了，不再是从前老师眼中的好学生了。更不再是爸妈心中的那个乖乖女，好女儿了。最后，我做出了决定：下半学期一定要努力把成绩追上去，因为我不想让爸妈失望，也不想让自己对自己没信心。我要坚强，没错，我一定会的！

今天中午，午休的时候。吴老师跟我们说：“下午三，四两节课英语考试”。同学们一个个惊慌失措，赶紧拿英语书复习起来，时间很快就到第三节课。

吴老师一进门，说：“我先给你们上课，我当时心情特紧张，因为我预习的不是太理想，不知不觉下课了。考试开始了，我启动暴走系统，我不管写多快，都是我们小组最慢的一个。因为他们写字简直比飞的还快。我一口气终于写完了，正好吴老师开始收卷了。

下午最后一节课时，吴老师拿着试卷说：“试卷批好了，这次比三，四单元考的还差，全班90以上的只有28人，接着老师开始报分数，当我听到张梓洋91分，当时我觉的天都要塌下来了。

这次没考好的主要原因是自己没认真复习，下次我一定要加油了 !

上周我们清姜小学举办了一次，期中考试，上周星期一的夜晚，我很努力的在复习，知道复习到十点才睡觉，希望能考一个非常好的成绩。为班级争光，为妈妈的脸上争光。

第二天我起来的很早，怀着紧张的心情走向学校去，在学校里继续复习，叮铃铃，上课了，要考试了，我心里非常非常的紧张，一开始我拿的卷子只有一面，看来这第一张卷子就有问题，我拿去让老师复印，又白白费了我五分钟时间，卷子复印完给我发下来时，我更紧张了，心想，我会不会答不完，又想，答不完，答完，先试试再说，我飞快地写起了卷子，可是这次卷子有点难，我有两道题不会，心里更着急了我又想起老师的话，先把能得分的题做完，再把剩下不会的题做完，果然这一招真灵，我很快的就把卷子答完了，可突然感觉到很困，看来是昨晚没睡好，太紧张。

说着我就继续趴在桌子上睡觉了，一直睡到下课。下课我复习了复习数学，课铃一响。

我们开始数学考试，这次的数学题非常简单，我才用了20分钟就答完了，剩下的时间我没有向上次语文考试一直睡着，我把时间都用来检查了，希望考个好成绩。

下午科学考试开始了，怎么办？我中午没有学习科学，我只好认真的进入科学考试，才做了两个题，第三题就不会了，我把这题跳过了，可后面又出现很多不会的题，我只好最好把这些题放到最后写，还好科学考试的时间长，如果时间不长，我可能就答不完了。

大课间的时候我吸取了教训。开始认真的复习了英语，英语卷子发下来，我就很开心，这些题我几乎都会，太简单了，用的时间很短，只用了十分钟，我就把整个英语卷子答下来了，我检查了五遍，没有检查任何出错误，我心里很不放心，不会有题没答对吧？我又把后面的时间全用来检查，可一处错误边没检查出来，我想，是不是我状态不好呀？我想着想着就下课了。

我怀着紧张的心情回家了，心想，我一定要考个好成绩，这样妈妈来开家长会就不会低着头了，妈妈的头就会仰的高高的。

不知不觉的开学已经是近两个多月了，检验初一学生这一段时期学习效果的期中考试很快就要来临了。我应该如何合理安排时间，以保证我每一科都复习到位了呢？

第一，过于牺牲休息时间。第二，过于强调习题的训练。第三，过于寄希望于运气。当然还有少部分学生对于期中备考并不重视，指望考前几天的突击。

考前认真复习是能考出好成绩的前提，而有针对性的复习是提高复习效率的关键。考试之前要把学过的知识进行系统化复习，系统复习的过程其实是对学过的知识再认识和再加工的过程，使它更加系统化、条理化地保留在头脑中。

系统复习就是把每章、单元、阶段学过的内容进行整理，相对集中时间进行复习，把学过的知识重新推到一个新的层次的学习过程。

我爱学语文，可是以前的基础不好，总跟不上别人，有时感觉自己很笨。妈妈说是因为我学习总是三心二意，不爱动脑筋的缘故。听了妈妈的话我略有所悟，于是我暗下决心：我一定要认真的复习每一节课，并仔细的完成老师给我们留下的作业，写生字练新词，还要多看课外书，进而提高我的写作水平。

数学也是更不能有半点马虎，我以前就是因为马虎，很简单的题都算错了，所以被老师批评了好几次。这次，我要认真的对待每一道题，以前做过的题，再不能就这么忽略掉，要在就错奔上再重新做一遍，理解解题思路，掌握解题技巧和方法。
