时间飞逝，转眼半学期过去了。期中考试之后对比他校的成绩，虽然比上学期期终考试差距缩小，但仍见出自己的教学中存在着不少薄弱之处。在沉下心来反思之后，我谨记于下，作经验教训的总结。

一、只重视教室授课，而忽视课前提问和课后检查。

我能够做到精心备课、认真授课，因为我很重视教室教学过程。而我通常缺少课前复习提问，没有起到督促学生复习的作用;课后作业设计没有调动起学生的主动性，而且作业批完之后也缺乏检测。我想如果从第一篇课文开始就牢牢夯实学生的基础知识，那么到复习考试时也不会手忙脚乱，千头万绪不知从何下手了。在以后的教学中我会增加课前复习提问和课后检查的频率，在日积月累中巩固语文基础知识。

二、缺少对学生自主学习习惯的培养。

对“学生是学习的主体”在教学缺乏真正的体现，平时让学生跟在自己后面亦步亦趋的模仿，缺少对学生自主学习的引导，很少唤起学生的主体认识，学生还不能真正成为学习的主人，学习缺少兴趣;在教学中过多挖掘教材，给学生下达学习的任务。应该尝试利用各种手段，激发学生的学习兴趣，教会学生如何学习。

三、知识的传授与运用缺乏联系。平时比较重视学生字词句的积累，但如何运用指导得少，以为书读百遍其义自见，其实，读写结合还是得在教室中体现出来。

四、讲课时间掌握不好，提问学生回答问题稍不流畅，就容易导致教室教学不能按计划进行。我认为这是因为我对学生的水平认识不够，没有根据问题的难易程度挑选程度适当的学生来回答。因此今后了解每个学生的情况，备课时备学情，并尽量考虑到教室上可能出现的各种问题。适当补充生动事例，在不太占用时间的前提下调动学生的兴趣。

五、没有做到让各个层次的学生都满意。我很希望在我的教室上能够让基础好的学生“吃得饱”，让中等生“吃得好”，让关注生“吃得了”。可事实上，学生的个性差异是客观存在的，我很难做到让各个层次的学生都满意。特别是复习课表现尤为明显，往往是有些同学已经熟练掌握，有些同学还是一脸茫然，每当这时候我都是只能顾了这边而顾不了那边，心里会有隐隐的不安。

六、重视知识的传授，忽视能力的培养。在平时的教学中，一直觉得我们班学生的表达能力比较差。虽然我在教室上尽量让多数的学生去发展，但是由于我们教室的学生都不主动要求表达，于是出现教室还是较多学生只是听众，学习较被动。这一点我也该反省：也许是自己的独断，快节奏，使得自己没有多少耐心让学生一而再再而三的改正自己。也没有耐心引导学生克服内心的胆怯在教室上畅所欲言。教室上，我要应该多给学生思考探究的时间，让他们更多地尝试自主探究，自主实践，再少一些“包办代替”，消除学生对老师的依赖心理。

今天，我们学校的期中考试终于考完了。老师说了三道题目的答案，没想到，我居然全错了。

仔细想想，这和我的态度有着很大的关系。

我在考试前没有认真复习，只是粗略地看了一下错过的题目，并且我考试的时候总是不去认真看题目，也不想全面，我要努力改正。首先，我要在考试前认真复习，不能就随随便便地看一便，其次，我还要改掉考试不细心读题目的坏习惯，我一定要在考试的过程之中认真审题，做完题目要仔细地去检查。

我在以后的考试中一定要认真仔细，做题目时要看清之后在写。以后，我要再接再厉，养成认真的好习惯，争取得到更好的成绩！

今天我期中考试，一般来说我不会紧张，可是今天不一样，因为这次是我妈妈来给我开家长会，一般是爸爸，我爸爸生病了开不了家长会。第一个考的是口算，以前我口算都考70多分，我怕这次口算考的最低。第二个是数学，我想上次考了99分，这回也能考好。第三个是英语，我英语也很差，这回可能考不好。第四个是语文，我对语文没什么信心，这次应该考得很差。
