I love reading, which enriches my knowledge and helps me know more about

第二十名，刘昕，语文87，数学95，英语99……我一下子惊呆了，我居然从入口考试的地十五名降到了第二十名。

在回家的路上，我想∶我怎么才考了这么低得分呀？对，一定是上周日考玩英语后，没有好好复习历史，才导致我历史考了82分。回到家，我又想∶开学后，我一直没有好好学习，上课经常走神，还被老师点名批评；由于一开始没学好，在后来上课时就几乎听不懂，逐渐就不想学了。直到快要期中考试时，我才开始好好学习，还对父母说要考全年级前一百名。

期末考试结束后，面对四个班的成绩，我喜忧参半：喜的是个班成绩比较均衡，优秀率都在百分之八十以上，及格率百分之九十九。忧的是我所教的四个班中的学困生比其他班多几个。感觉自己在平时的转化学困生工作中下了不少功夫，为什么没有进展呢?我静下心来好好反思自己的工作，总结经验与不足，为下学期的工作做一下铺垫：

一、教学经验

1。精心备课，不打无准备之仗。每节课上课前，我除了精心编写教案、学案外，还上网搜集各种英语课本知识相关的小视频，小动画，制作精美使用的课件，尽量用多种手段吸引学生的注意。事实证明精心，好上课的材料是提高课堂效率的有效策略。

2.严宽结合，狠抓课堂常规。我一直坚持对学生充满爱的教育，但绝不是无条件无原则的爱。尤其是在抓班级教学常规工作中，我更是注重严宽结合，当学生注意力集中时，我就抓紧讲解基础知识。当学生表现疲惫不专心时，我就放慢速度，运用课堂口令帮助学生集中精力。如：我要求学生坐端正会说：one-two-three学生就说：A-B-C并坐好。我要求学生认真听会说：Listen!学生要说：I will listen!总之，恰当的口令语是保证课堂顺利进行的重要条件之一。

3.以鼓励为主，关注学困生。我感觉教师的鼓励是学生奋进的催化剂，尤其针对学困生。平时我总是多给学困生表现的机会，及时肯定他们的进步，坚持给他们写鼓励性评语，让他们时时尝到成功的甜头。一学期下来，个班的学困生明显减少，并且普遍增强自信心，发挥出较强的主观能动性，激发出前所未有的兴趣和热情，英语成绩持续上升，在这次期末考试中脱颖而出。对于纪律不好的学生，我也是坚持多表扬少批评的原则，只要他们一有好的表现，我就会在全班同学面前大加表扬，强化他们已经形成的好习惯。确保班上每一个孩子都能参与到课堂教学的有效互动中，提高了课堂教学效率，在这次期末考试中四个班的成绩名列前茅。

二、不足之处：

1.对待学困生缺少耐心，没有关注好每一个学困生，为他们制定恰当的补习计划和措施。

2.经常犯急躁情绪，没有很好的反思自己的课堂教学而怪罪学生不会学习。

今后我会在原有成绩的基础上继续努力，潜心学习，积极探索更加有效地教学策略，关注每一个学生，为他们的终生学习奠定坚实的基础!

第二场考试开始了，我的心像吊了十五只水桶，七上八下的，砰砰乱跳，因为我数学学得不好，因为这，还挨过妈妈的打呢！当我做题的时候，我的心里就像揣了一只小兔子，拼命地跳着。我在心里默默地想：马铭昊，别着急，认真做总会考好的。

可是不一会，就有一道难题挡在我面前，我静下心来，冥思苦想，终于做出来了，我感到成功就在我面前，正向我招手。做完题，我正在检查，忽然，监考老师拿起我的试卷看了又看，便和蔼可亲地对我说：“你只错了一个。”顿时，我快乐无比，要不是妈妈天天给我“加班”，我肯定达不到只错一题的地步，我拿过卷子翻来覆去地又认真检查了起来。噢！原来是填空题马虎了，我赶紧改了过来。

一天的紧张的考试终于结束了，它让我收获了成功的喜悦，也教会了我做一个诚实的孩子的教训。

又是一场秋雨过后，空气中弥漫着泥土的芳香，风吹着路边的落叶，稀稀索索地响，几束阳光从厚重的云层中脱身，照着路边大大小小的水洼，扬着金圈。

如此美景我却无暇一顾。坐在书桌前，面前是一张试题。我抓挠着脑袋，努力去想它的解题步骤。身旁的咖啡早已喝完，黏腻的咖啡渍紧紧地附在杯壁上，似一张甩脱不掉的大网。

我握着铅笔，小心翼翼地画着几何辅助线。“哧”!卷子上留下一抹厚重的黑线，我望着这并不美好的“杰作”，愤愤地扔了笔。“啪嗒”是铅笔落下的声音，我不知道它滚落在了哪里，也懒得去捡。望着试题，脑海里又浮现出数学老师的话：“在数学这一方面，你确确实实得下点功夫，你现在这成绩实在不行。”想着老师的话，想着孤军奋战的自己，我烦躁地抓了抓头发，听到响声的父亲轻轻推开了门，捡起滚落在地的铅笔，放在我的书桌上。他静静地望着我，良久，他拉起我的手，朝门外走去。我不耐烦地问道“去干嘛?”父亲不语。他径直带我走出门外，当到了一棵早已落光了叶子的大树前时，父亲终于停住了脚步。望着树下层层叠叠的落叶与大树光秃秃的枝丫。父亲突然问我：“你看到了什么?”我撇撇嘴：“曾经漂亮的事物都败落了，死亡了。”父亲却摇了摇头，自顾自地开口：“不对，落叶虽已落光，但它们终将会成为大树的基石，让它的来年更旺盛，大树也并末败落，这只是它人生的低谷罢了，来年春初，它依旧会焕发出生机。”父亲说完，扭头看了看我，捡起了一片落叶对我说道：“你看，你现在面临的困难就如同这落叶，挫折与困难只会成为你脚下的基石，帮助你站得更高。”父亲又指了指那棵略显萧瑟的大树”而你，就是这棵树，尽管会遇到生命的低谷期，但终究会绽放生机，迎接更为美好的未来。”

一向少言寡语的父亲说了一大堆话，这令我惊讶。听完父亲的话，我眼睛酸酸的，原来我并不是在孤军作战，我的身后，还有我最坚实的依靠。

父亲抚抚我的头，我们一起朝家走去，我的心早已平静，我拉着父亲的手，心里想：你总是说我是你的阳光，但今天我才明白，你是我最夺目的太阳。你带给我的温暖，陪伴我成长。谢你让我明白，有你真好!
