西楚霸王，想必大家一定不陌生吧？我要写的就是楚霸王项羽。有人说他是顶天立地的男子汉，不可一世的英雄，也有人说他是有勇无谋的匹夫，但我觉得项羽既是英雄也是匹夫。

“楚虽三户，亡秦必楚”这句话大家一定听过吧？巨鹿之战，项羽以少胜多，大败秦军主力，眼看成功在望，可是刘邦却乘虚而入，率先进入咸阳。项羽勃然大怒，摆下鸿门宴，本想了去刘邦的性命，但后来项羽念以前兄弟之情，放过刘邦一马。如果项羽那时要是狠下一点心来，那历史将完全改变，项羽也不会落得悲剧下场。难道这还不够仗义，不够英雄么？但项羽放过刘邦，有考虑到后果会如何，下场会怎样吗？这不是所谓的有勇无谋的匹夫吗？

“有勇无谋”这应是贬义词，但我觉得这不完全是贬义，说项羽有勇无谋，那是因为项羽一身正义，做事光明磊落，从来不会耍小手段，小阴谋。但是，我觉得在双方交战中，使一些计策，也不失为一种智慧。因为每个人的想法不同，观点不同，做事情的方式也就不同。

“生当作人杰，死亦为鬼雄”这是李清照写给项羽的，虽然只有简单的十个字，但却概括出了项羽的品质。“至今思项羽，不肯过江东。”楚汉之争，项羽被刘邦军队逼到了乌江边，项羽本可渡河而去，但项羽觉得无颜面对江东父老，自刎于乌江边，血染了乌江水。项羽虽死，但他还是西楚霸王，那个顶天立地的大英雄。

“一代枭雄楚霸王，虽死犹生万人仰”这句话我非常的赞同和认可，在所有的古代英雄人物中，我最喜欢，最敬佩，最仰慕的就是楚霸王项羽，他的气概，他的正直，他的执着，甚至他的匹夫之勇，我都是由衷的敬佩。“力拔山兮气盖世，时不利兮骓不逝，骓不逝兮可奈何，虞兮虞兮奈若何！”项羽一生狂傲不羁，敢作敢为，是谓英雄本色，但他同时又是一个柔肠之人，是一个懂得怜香惜玉，悲天悯人的人。这样的人难道不是英雄吗？

时光荏苒，项羽早已成为历史，但他的精神永远值得我们学习，他的品质也永远值得我们赞颂。

good morning, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls. now ,it"s my turn. my name is edgar, a high school student. i am very honored to be here to give you a speech. also it"s a good chance for me to improve my english. i hope i can make a good performance today. the topic of my speech is "after studying here".

before i came here,i can never imagine that i can learn so much knowledge about other countries, which can"t be got from my books in school. three months ago, i took my first class. unfortunately, i felt so embarrassed, because i even can"t speak any words, though i know i really love english .

after that, i took some of my tutor"s advice and previewed the lesson that i’ll learn. what’s more, in every class, i just try my best to say as much as possible. now,i can only remember it"s a really hard time. what’s worse, i had to go to my high school and went there at the same time.

after several weeks, i began to get used to the atmosphere in web .at least i"m not afraid to speak in front of my tutor and foreign teachers.

during web’s period,i found i had improved a lot, both physically and mentally. for example, how to be a confident person, how to plan for my future. and the most important is that i have learnt how to communicate with others, which is a necessary skill. nowadays studying is not the only thing that we high school students should do, there are some more important things we have ignored.

first, i am grateful for my parents. they have spent so much money for me, but never ask for anything in return. i really know how hard it is to work on such living conditions.

now it"s time to introduce my tutor sally. it was she that led me to the right studying here. it was she that helped me deal with all kinds of annoying things. also there are some other teachers that i appreciate, especially laura and anita. of course, i like to take foreign teachers" classes. anyway, thanks all of you!

i know i am young; there is a long way in my life. i have to face the difficulties and solve them by myself. but i know i must keep on my dream, i agree that if you put your mind to, you can accomplish anything.

Autumn is a beautiful season, Tianmei, water beauty, the field more beautiful.

Walking the field path, the roadside neat white poplar stretched a huge arm, such as a vigorous soldiers, mighty. The leaves of the branches have been put on yellow. Breeze blowing, rushing sound. Leaves could not withstand the temptation of the autumn wind, naughty flying in the air some, then fluttering leisurely fell to the ground, the earth covered with a layer of natural carpet. Carpet yellow, soft, stepped up to rustling.

Through the field path, golden wheat field greeted. Autumn wind blowing, wheat waves rolling, I seem to exposure to the golden ocean. Wheat waves in the sun shining under the glare, thorn people were blinded. But how can I let this charming scenery? Risking the pain of eyes have to enjoy some. You look! Pigeon wheat grinning mouth, swinging laughing waist, frequently nodded, mutual respect. They must be in the open harvest dance, no wonder the wind girl a long time do not want to leave for the wheat field bursts of fragrance.

Distant, corn is also quite straight pole, seems to guard this beautiful field. Perhaps they are also attracted by this fascinating scenery, willing to do this beauty guardian.

Watching the wheat waves rolling, sniffing array of wheat incense, peasant uncle a smile full of face surfaced in front of me. I was drunk and immersed in this fascinating scenery.

I love the autumn, the more beautiful autumn fields.

我最喜欢的魏晋人物是“竹林七贤”中的精神领袖——嵇康。

不畏强权

嵇康从没怕过那些有权有势的人，这倒不是因为他本身官位不低，而是国为他瞧不起那些有钱有势的贵人。一天善于言辞的钟会领了一帮达官贵人去拜访嵇康。而嵇康却仍按自己的爱好在树底下叮当叮当地打铁，无视面前的一帮官爷们，钟会他们就站在那看了很久，就在他们要走时，嵇康才问道：“何所闻而来，何所见而去？”钟会答道：“闻所闻而来，见所见而去”。此后，这人就一直记恨着嵇康，总向司马昭说他的坏话。

正气凛然

嵇康的正义是世人皆知的，有人说：嵇康身上总有清气缭绕，这种清气想来便是正气的化身。嵇康有一朋友叫吕安，他的妻子徐氏长相极美，竟被他的哥哥给羞辱了。吕安得知后十分生气，要到官府告他哥哥，这事被嵇康知道了。他以家族清名为由，劝吕安不要告官。谁知，这吕安的哥哥竟先下手为强，告吕安不孝，于是吕安就被官府抓走了——然而嵇康不乐意了，他担保吕安无罪，并告发了吕安的哥哥，他这一举动得罪了司马太守，再加上钟会在司马昭耳边吹风，于是嵇康也被抓走了，有趣的是嵇康知道自己要死了之后，没有逃，而是坐等官兵。

镇定自若

嵇康被抓进了大牢，他并没有认输而投降，而是每天背读孟子的话，且时不时带上嘲讽司马家族和钟会的话。这一骂，司马家族的人就气死了，于是嵇康就领了个免费死刑。行刑当日嵇康衣冠整齐，甚至还让人搬上了古琴，悠闲地弹起《广陵散》。快行刑时，有三千太学生请愿赦免嵇康，愿以嵇康为老师，但遭回绝，于是嵇康被斩了。之后，竹林七贤也非死即伤。

嵇康的为人及品德一度影响了后世的价值观和审美观，令人感佩。
