期中考试已经结束了，这次考试是对于不少刚刚接触英语的初一新生而言是一次重要的考试，是全面衡量学生这段时间学习情况的一次考试。下面我主要从以下几个方面来分析：

一、考试质量分析

1.试题方面

就整个试题而言，考点分布均匀，覆盖面广，考题难度适中，大部分试题能够体现目前注重基础、体现能力的考试命题要求。

2.试卷方面

本次考试题型，分为听力部分、辨音、单项选择、阅读理解、完形填空，词汇运用，阅读表达，翻译句子和写作几个大部分，各部分难易程度不同。大部分题都比较基础，和平时的练习比较起来相对集中一些，更能反映出学生在这一阶段学习中的问题。

此次英语考试的听力部分，内容为与日常教学相关的材料，与所学教材难度相当，较为简单。朗读速度适中，对平日教学的听力训练有着良好的导向作用。但在第一节中还是有部分学生容易犯书写不规范的错误，也有些学生“g”、“j”不分，“r”、“l”混淆，因而造成较多失分。这学期对学生在听力方面的练习不是很多，除了在课堂上少量练习外，平时课下学生几乎得不到练习。

单项选择，突出了课本和平常练习中较基础的知识，学生训练较多，此部分得分较好。

完形填空，对于我校大部分基础较薄弱学生而言觉得难度较大，因选项具有大的灵活性，而学生在平时对单词的记忆和对句子的积累还不够牢，而且也没有掌握好做题技巧，没有联系上下文推测出正确答案，以至于此部分得分较低。

翻译句子，由于平时练习较多，且反复强调大小写及单词、字母的正确书写，因此这部分得分比预计要好。阅读表达学生在此题得分较少，不是多了这个就是漏了那个，答的不好，得分非常低。

写作部分大部分学生书写较差，只有极少数学生在这部分未动笔。

二、分析原因

教师方面的原因：

这段时间由于课时多，时间紧，因此对学生部分知识掌握情况的落实不够，这也是这次考试成绩不高的原因之一。从这次考试中应该吸取这样的教训。在以后的英语教学中，加大管理力度，提高学生在课堂上的学习效率。

学生方面的原因：

1.部分学生的基础知识不够扎实，且大部分学生毫无学习习惯而言，记忆知识极难，遗忘知识快，过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。

2.学生的应变能力有待提高，不能正确写出单词的正确形式。

3.理解能力不强，完形填空、阅读理解失分较多，不能理解通篇大意。

4.不能熟练运用学过的句型。很容易漏掉be动词。

三、今后采取的措施

抓好单词、词组过关，狠抓知识落实。在进行单词和词组教学时，首先让学生读准音，然后反复读单词和词组，并找出同义词、反义词、类似用法的词一起记。在进行句型时，以小组合作等方式举一反三，反复练习课堂上学习的句型。平时督促学生多听录音磁带，一星期集中训练两次听力，在培养学生的听力技巧和听力能力上多下功夫，提高他们的听力能力和听力技巧。

在阅读教学中，设计一些问题，通过学生自读文章找出其答案，在整体上感知文章内容。而且讲解文章时，注意生词在句中的运用、注意文章里出现的词组，注意对关键句子的理解。针对学生阅读能力差的问题，将通过大量阅读来培养学生的语感以及通过上下文捕捉信息的能力，还要注意文化背景知识的学习，拓宽学生的知识，开阔学生的视野。

三、评讲时必须给予学生必要的反馈和消化的时间。英语课堂的师生互动性很强，即使是评讲试卷也应如此。评讲时切不可让老师一个人唱独角戏，其间必须穿插必要的互动和反馈。尤其在评讲典型错题时，有必要先让学生自述答题思路，然后由老师根据学生的错误根源进行讲解，最后让学生再读题目和正确的解答依据。学生始终是受教育的主体，教师切勿包办一切。

简而言之，评讲试卷必须结合试卷的特点和学生的实际情况，切不可草率行事。 怎样才能有效的评讲英语试卷呢?

第一、认真了解和初步分析试卷。在评讲前，教师有必要用自己教给学生的方法亲自把试卷做一遍，以便确定试题的检测范围和感受试题的难度。在做题的过程中可以预测学生的难点，也可以根据学生所学内容，看看哪些题目超出了学生的学习范围。当然，也可以检阅试卷的不足，以便今后选择并合理利用英语试卷。

第二、认真统计学生成绩。在批阅完学生试卷后，认真统计学生的成绩是很有必要的。统计的项目主要有：求出平均值和求出差距。在统计出平均成绩后，可以参照其他班的情况分析，确定该班的成绩位置。平均分较低，就说明该班的成绩较差。如果平均分较高，那该班的整体情况就较好。另外，还要排列出全班考生中的最高分和最低分，找出二者之间的差距。差距越大，两级分化就越严重，教学的难度就越大。在排列学生成绩时，最好由高分到低分排列，找出中间位置考生的分数，并把该成绩列为全班成绩的中位数。在评讲试题时，要特别注意中位段的学生的反映和效果。

第三、根据学生的成绩和分析情况，再次分析试卷，并做好学生的错误统计。在分析学生成绩后，及时的看学生答题的错误率，从中找出学生的典型错题。错误率较高的题目，就是要评讲的重点部位。这部分题目，既是学生应该关注的，也是教师应该详细评讲的。在统计错误率后，教师应该耐心的查阅典型错题，分析学生答错的原因，反思自己教学上的不足。对于，教师很难作分析的题目，要及时与学生进行交流，然后再确定学生做错的根源。 第四、认真耐心的评讲试卷。在试卷发给学生之后，教师可以安排学生自主讨论和简单分析自己的试卷。教师最好要提示学生如何讨论和分析。例如，要求学生发现自己的错题，并尽力分析出错题的知识类别：是宾语从句还是动词不定式，还是动名词或是其他的。

在学生分析错误类别后，可让学生互相讨论解答的方法或依据等，让学生达到初步了解解答出错的根源，并试着改正自己的错误。对于学生猜对的题目，也要要求学生诚实地标出来，一并作为错题对待，设法杜绝学生答题的侥幸心理。在学生讨论分析试卷后，教师就可以开始评讲试卷了。对于学生错误率较高的试题，教师必须详细的评讲。评讲时不光要书写答题的根据，还要多举相关的例子，最终要让学生能正确解答这些题和相似的试题。对于错误率较低的试题，蜻蜓点水般的评讲就可以了。当然，这部分错题的分析可以让成绩优秀的学生来完成。既可以从分发挥优生的能力，又能给其他学生提供鲜活的榜样。最后，就要解答学生的疑问了。

在评讲试题时，教师最好不要全部评讲，而是留一些小的疑问给学生。这样便于引导学生学会提问和思考。在教师评讲了主要错题之后，可以让学生之间互相讨论，让他们尝试相互探讨相互学习。在讨论和研究的过程中，激发学生学习的激情，启发他们思考和解决问题。在学生提出疑问后及时有针对性地给予解答，并随时肯定学生的质疑能力和探讨精神。

西楚霸王，想必大家一定不陌生吧？我要写的就是楚霸王项羽。有人说他是顶天立地的男子汉，不可一世的英雄，也有人说他是有勇无谋的匹夫，但我觉得项羽既是英雄也是匹夫。

“楚虽三户，亡秦必楚”这句话大家一定听过吧？巨鹿之战，项羽以少胜多，大败秦军主力，眼看成功在望，可是刘邦却乘虚而入，率先进入咸阳。项羽勃然大怒，摆下鸿门宴，本想了去刘邦的性命，但后来项羽念以前兄弟之情，放过刘邦一马。如果项羽那时要是狠下一点心来，那历史将完全改变，项羽也不会落得悲剧下场。难道这还不够仗义，不够英雄么？但项羽放过刘邦，有考虑到后果会如何，下场会怎样吗？这不是所谓的有勇无谋的匹夫吗？

“有勇无谋”这应是贬义词，但我觉得这不完全是贬义，说项羽有勇无谋，那是因为项羽一身正义，做事光明磊落，从来不会耍小手段，小阴谋。但是，我觉得在双方交战中，使一些计策，也不失为一种智慧。因为每个人的想法不同，观点不同，做事情的方式也就不同。

“生当作人杰，死亦为鬼雄”这是李清照写给项羽的，虽然只有简单的十个字，但却概括出了项羽的品质。“至今思项羽，不肯过江东。”楚汉之争，项羽被刘邦军队逼到了乌江边，项羽本可渡河而去，但项羽觉得无颜面对江东父老，自刎于乌江边，血染了乌江水。项羽虽死，但他还是西楚霸王，那个顶天立地的大英雄。

“一代枭雄楚霸王，虽死犹生万人仰”这句话我非常的赞同和认可，在所有的古代英雄人物中，我最喜欢，最敬佩，最仰慕的就是楚霸王项羽，他的气概，他的正直，他的执着，甚至他的匹夫之勇，我都是由衷的敬佩。“力拔山兮气盖世，时不利兮骓不逝，骓不逝兮可奈何，虞兮虞兮奈若何！”项羽一生狂傲不羁，敢作敢为，是谓英雄本色，但他同时又是一个柔肠之人，是一个懂得怜香惜玉，悲天悯人的人。这样的人难道不是英雄吗？

时光荏苒，项羽早已成为历史，但他的精神永远值得我们学习，他的品质也永远值得我们赞颂。
