诸葛亮姓诸葛，字孔明，道号卧龙先生，人称卧龙，是三国时期着名的思想家，谋略家，军事家。他一生追随刘备，多次为刘备打仗时出谋划策，帮助刘备取荆州，得马超，破许昌……一生为蜀国立下的功绩不计其数，直到刘备死后，诸葛亮为报答刘备对自己的知遇之恩，为蜀国鞠躬尽瘁、死而后已。但由于大将魏延的不慎，在五十九岁时去世，死前留下了一个图本和以后出事的应对措施，帮助蜀国在他死后仍然像以前那样兴旺了一阵子。

诸葛亮一生经历过许多大的战争，且计谋大部分是诸葛亮出的。比如说草船借箭：周瑜心胸狭窄，嫉妒诸葛亮的才华，想方设法的要除掉诸葛亮。这时正值秋日，在许昌整顿了一年的曹军现已精神焕发，准备驾船攻打江南。周瑜得知消息，本想全力抗曹，但是军中却缺少弓箭，周瑜便想出一计，让诸葛亮赶造十万支箭，若十日内没有完成，便军法处置。然而诸葛亮并没有抱怨，而是说只需三日便可完工。周瑜嘲笑诸葛亮说大话，于是便任由他去了。

第二天，诸葛亮把从鲁肃那里借来的二十艘快船推入水中，船上插满了草人，并下令向曹军水寨进发。这一天正好有雾，曹军的视线不好，错把草人当成了士兵。霎时间，曹军朝草船万箭齐发，都射在了草人的身上。每条船上足足有五六千支箭，二十条船上轻而易举凑齐了十万多支箭，周瑜哑口无言，计划落空。

诸葛亮最令人感动的便是他对刘备的忠心。他为蜀国鞠躬尽瘁、死而后已，在刘备疾病缠身的那一段时间里，诸葛亮对他的关怀可以说是无微不至。刘备死后，有才能的诸葛亮并没有称王称帝之心，而是全力帮助后主刘禅带兵打仗，管理国家大事，对待刘备的孩子就像对自己的亲生儿子那样，但是蜀国有才能的人都相继死去，诸葛亮一个人独木难支，难管朝政，最终死去。他在临死时还在关心着国家大事。
