Since I was very small, I was very shy in the public place, so I always

avoided giving performance in front of so many people. Though I tried hard to

get over it in school, I still felt uneasy in the public place. When I came to

the job market, I realized that I must get over my fear, or I would lose my

stage.

I still remembered the horrible experience for my first interview. Early in

the morning, I got a called that I was given a chance to the job interview. I

felt so excited. When I came to the company, I found there were other six young

people competed with me, then I started to feel nervous. The employers asked us

每个人都有一个心中的爱国人物，我也有一个心中的爱国人物，这个爱国人物就是许多人众所周知的黄继光。

黄继光原来是一个团的通讯员，他们团接到了一个任务离他们驻扎地只有十里路的方向有一个日本鬼子的碉堡。但是这个碉堡事实上是一个鬼子的驻扎地他的防御是古诺金汤，想攻进去比登天还难，特别是这个碉堡的攻击力也是不同凡响的。碉堡4周的围墙的洞并不是非常的大，但只要在那里架上机枪四周疯狂扫射那只要向前走一步就会被射死，所以他们团长编了一个爆破排其中就有黄继光。在爆破排前进时他用自己的身体给堵住在机枪口上，同时扔出手榴弹把碉堡给炸出了一个大窟窿。最后帮助团获得了胜利。

黄继光这种为了团队的胜利牺牲自己的精神，值得世人学习。可以想像当时当时冲向碉堡，身体一步一步走向前最后扑倒在地堡哪是对自身肉体的极大的折磨呀！这种为了团队牺牲自己的精神在当年，那个被战火覆盖的时代是十分常见的。在这个没有战火没有刀与血与枪的和平时代里却非常的少见。要是当时黄继光会想：“为了革命的胜利为了打倒日本帝国主义，个人的牺牲这不算设么只有团队的胜利才能获得真正的胜利。”所以说我们要学习这一类人物。

苏轼（1037年1月8日—1101年8月24日），字子瞻，又字和仲，号东坡居士，世称苏东坡、苏仙。汉族，北宋眉州眉山（今属四川省眉山市）人，祖籍河北栾城，北宋著名文学家、书法家、画家。

宋江，乃是山东郓城县宋家村人氏。对他的评价历来也是争议颇多，有的大加褒扬，有的一再贬低。我读了好几遍水浒传，的确看到了一个矛盾的宋江。

宋江这个人，文中说：“貌黑身矮，出身小吏，文不能安邦，武不能服众，手无缚鸡之力，身无寸箭之功。”但就是这样一个不能文不能武的人，当上了梁山泊首领。凭什么呢？我认为是这样的：

宋江仗义疏财，扶危济困，可以说视金钱如粪土。宋江登场后不久就帮助了阎婆惜母女。堂堂一个押司，何必帮助一对与自己并不相干的母女呢？正所谓多一事不如少一事。但宋江伸出了援手，这样获得宋江雪中送炭的人不在少数：唐牛、武松、薛永、李逵……他们当时大多都是落魄之人。

宋江的义气还体现在他对朋友的态度上。他路见不平，那就拔刀相助。他为了义，私放晁天王；他为了义，三打祝家庄；他也是为了义，大举进攻大名府。他与兄弟真可谓是手足情深啊！

宋江志向高远，他曾在浔阳楼醉题反诗：“心在山东身在吴，飘蓬江海谩嗟吁。他时若遂凌云志，敢笑黄巢不丈夫！”黄巢是谁啊？那可是唐末农民起义的领袖人物啊！黄巢不是大丈夫，他才是大丈夫，难道不能看出他具有雄才大略吗？这种胸怀大志的品质，才配成为真正的领袖啊！

宋江不仅对友义，对亲也孝。宋江怒杀阎婆惜后，自身已性命难保，仍不忘自己的父亲。宋江要投奔梁山时，看到父亲病故的家书，捶胸顿足，连夜赶去奔丧。刺配江州，宋江宁可受牢狱之苦，也不愿违反父训，随众兄弟上山。这不就是“孝义黑三郎”吗？

但是宋江也并非是完美的人。宋江为了把霹雳虎秦明逼上梁山，设计活捉他，又假意挽留他，实则派人冒充他，在青州城肆意杀人。后来秦明回青州城，慕容知府杀死了他的全家老小，并痛骂他。秦明只好上梁山。为了拉拢一个秦明，却杀了无辜的百姓。这种不择手段的做法与不顾百姓性命的昏君有何不同？

同时宋江为人软弱，本该领导兄弟们一同起义，他却选择了招安。晁盖一死，他便当上了梁山真正的首领，他做的第一件事便是把“聚义厅”改为“忠义堂”，并树起“替天行道”的大旗。“聚义”和“忠义”相差可大着呢！秉着“忠义”的思想，宋江就想着为朝廷效力，始终要招安，使他无心回击朝廷。最后梁山泊接受招安，大多数英雄好汉都惨死。梁山泊本来有机会打败朝廷，改朝换代，一举推翻政府，彻底打压贪官。但他们却没有这样做。宋江的选择正是他们惨死的重要原因。

宋江的经历可以说是一个传奇，也可以说是一个悲剧。我们可以认为他虚伪造作，却不能忘了他高唐州井下救柴进；我们可以认为他爱慕名利，却不能忘了他帮助卖汤药的王公；我们可以认为他患得患失，却不能忘了他始终为当时的朝廷和国家而忧。宋江虽然矛盾，但却是个英雄。那么就让这个英雄独特的光芒闪耀吧！
