继重庆、广西和深圳陆续出台针对校园贷监管政策后，上周，广州互联网金融协会下发了关于校园贷的“八项不得”。其中包括网贷平台不得向未成年人或限制民事行为能力的学生提供借贷撮合服务;不得委托学生、校园工作人员、校园商户等在学校开展推销或代理活动;不得开展违规违法的催收行为等。(9月13日经济参考报)

校园贷野蛮生长的历史，不过再次印证了“不作不死”之定律。2016年上半年，与爆发式增长的校园贷生意相匹配的，是“跳楼自杀”、“裸条借贷”等各色负面传闻。借钱的、催债的……一幕幕惊天大戏，在校园与借贷公司之间上演。最后的最后，舆论声压之下——8月24日，银监会就有关情况召开新闻发布会并明确提出，目前对校园网贷采取“停、移、整、教、引”五字方针。

大势已定之后，属地管理的紧箍咒一声声念起。9月7日，广州互联网金融协会发布《关于规范校园网络借贷业务的通知》，明确八项具体规定;次日，上海金融信息行业协会牵头发起成立“上海校园贷绿色联盟”，提出“五要五不”规则……算上重庆、广西、深圳等地的规定，校园贷任性妄为的历史，基本算是快要画上句号了。

借贷消费自然不是洪水猛兽，大学生作为成年公民，亦有合法的消费自由。不过，下面两组数据还是值得警惕：一是据统计，2015年，全国在校大学生有3000万左右，这个群体有超过80%的人资金短缺，估算消费信贷市场超过4000亿元。二是根据融金宝理财此前发布的《2015年大学生消费分期调查报告》，30家平台大学生分期购物平台中，七成费率不明确或者标示不清，逾期不还后，不同平台逾期费相差10倍。黑色公司、诱导消费、格式陷阱……当无序的校园贷市场呼风唤雨的时候，阅历尚欠、自制力弱的大学生们，估计难免会成为砧板上的鱼肉。

有人说，禁得了欲望，禁不了需求。这话当然很有道理，校园贷领域的问题，比如很多是违法事件，显然也不该让金融模式背黑锅。一刀切地禁绝校园贷，既不利于学生成长，亦悖逆市场规律。不过，此起彼伏的失范行为，起码传递了一个共识：校园贷当与高校保持安全距离。

这个安全距离，当有两层含义：第一，校园贷可以“卖苹果”，但不能扮演“美女蛇”。一切以挑逗或蛊惑为手段的校园贷，恐怕起码是悖逆商业伦理的。第二，校园贷乱象中，即便是合规公司，不少也是违规操作，审核形同虚设、监管牛栏看猫，更别谈不少公司涉嫌高利贷式经营。如果不能及时“清理门户”，校园贷求生的呼声，恐怕就谈不上理直气壮。

发学生的财，固然也是生意，但怎么去发财，显然不该僭越法理与情理之“双轨”。

Nowdays, with the rapid development of the road, cars have been playing an increasingly important role in our day-to-day life. It has brought a lot of benefits but has created some serious problems as well. Traffic safety as the most importent one, is closely related to everybodys business.

This phenomenon exists for a number of reasons . Some of the accidents are due to mechanical problems. As the vehicles in the road become common, the function of vehicles has improved and the speed is getting faster. However, most of them are the results of careless and reckless driving, which could not be avoided. A lot of people disregard traffic signals and rules. They drive regardless of speed limits, run through red lights, drive in the wrong direction, talk and laugh while driving, and turn at will without giving signals. They even dont slow down while approaching crossroads. So many people violate traffic regulations that we cannot put too much emphasis on the importance of traffic safety. Meanwhile, we can not ignore the fact that there are many problems existing in the design. They are all important reasons accounting for this phenomenon.

Some effective measures must be taken to slove this problem. The major cause for traffic accidents is people’s lack of safety awareness. Completing a safety driving education course is a very important way to reduce the number of traffic accidents. The key point for this issue is people’s awareness towards safety. It is a long-term goal rather than a single course for safety driving. The best way to solve the troubles is that we all abey the traffic rules. First, we cant get through red light and must observe traffic order. Secondly, tell our relatives not drive after drinking. Then, we should be care about road damage and inform relevant departments to solve the problems early. Finally, an active part in social activities, protect our order society! Another measure is improving the traffic condition by add traffic signal and other traffic safety facilities。Only when everybody takes traffic safety as their own business, can we achive safe driving and walking on road.

人们常说：“平安是福。”安全是幸福，是稳定，是祥和。安全是关怀，是爱护，是喜悦。安全是一个古老的话题，安全是一支永恒的旋律。如果没有安全，我们就不会快乐成长，如果没有安全，家人就会失去笑容，如果没有安全，一个国家即使有着再大的根基，也会失去稳定。

平安，不是表面上的风平浪静，不是大体上的万事和谐，因为平静大洋深处有暗流。危险并不是说着“注意”就可以避免，没错!危险离我们很近，它就隐匿在我们身边，在我们只看到利益没注意风险时发出致命一击!

那些同学用血换来的教训犹如寺庙中的钟声回响在耳畔：

据媒体报道，2014年26日12时43分许，昆明的明通小学一、二年级10个班在校午餐的学生依次进入该宿舍楼进行午休。13时57分许，数名先行离开宿舍下楼的学生见到一楼通道处两块靠墙摆放的宽150cm，长200cm的海绵垫，并上前踢打、撞击，致使其中一块海绵垫倒下。14时许，学校拉响起床铃，午休的学生开始起床，离开宿舍返回教室上课。因过道摆放的海绵垫倒下，导致通道不畅，先期下楼的学生在通过海绵垫时发生跌倒，后续下楼的大量学生情况不明继续向前拥挤，造成多名学生相互叠加挤压在海绵垫上，导致6名学生受挤压窒息死亡，26名学生不同程度受伤。

惨象，已使我们目不忍视，噩耗，已使我们耳不忍闻。当然，也有些学校凭借着对安全的重视，创造了奇迹：

汶川大地震中, 震区不少学校教学楼瞬间坍塌,夺走许多鲜活如花的生命,而与灾情最惨烈的北川县毗邻的安县桑枣中学2400多名师生在地震中却无一伤亡,被世人誉为“桑枣奇迹”。这一奇迹既非上天的惠顾，亦非命运的侥幸，而是源于该校对安全工作的极端重视。

对于这些暗藏的危险，我们只能预防。可是，如果我们可以为了前途而多读书，为什么就不可以为了我们的人身安全而多学习一些自救技巧，平时，只要我们多一份细心，只要多一份警觉，用我们明亮的眼睛，发现生活中的安全隐患，我们的生活就会多一份美好，多一份平安。

让我们一起，打造平安的生活，用快乐的青春打造生命的乐谱，让安全，这永恒的旋律永驻校园。

The problem of food safety has attracted much attention recently. Everyone is astonished at the news that thousands of babies suffered from serious health problems because they had been fed with some poisonous milk products. The issue of food safety is so important that we cannot afford to ignore it. For one thing, food safety concerns the well-being of all the people in the country. For another, failure to ensure the safety of food causes damage to the image of our government, especially when such food is exported to other countries. Furthermore, unsafe food can undermine consumers confidence in the food industry, which may cause disastrous effect to our economy. Therefore, our government should take all measures to make sure that all the food in our country is safe to eat. The government must strictly carry out food safety standards, and impose severe punishment on those who violate them.

最近，食品安全问题吸引了公众的不少关注。上千名喝过有毒奶制品的婴儿被严重健康问题困扰的新闻震惊了每个人。 食品问题如此重要我们无法忽视。其一，食品安全关乎于全国人民的健康;其二，政府无法确保食品安全会使他们的形象大大受损，尤其是有些食品是被输往其他国家的。再者，不安全的食物会让消费者大大降低对食品产业的信心从而对经济产生灾难性的影响。因此，我们的政府应该想尽办法去确保我们国家的所有食品都可以安全食用。政府必须出台严格的食品安全标准并对违反它的人施加严厉惩罚。

孩子，是家庭的希望。学生，是祖国的未来。一场场灾害，让dajia失去一个有一个的同胞。溺水，地震，火灾，车祸，一氧化碳中毒……这些灾难时时在dajia身边徘徊，突如其来的意外会使dajia不知所措，随时都可能失去生命。那如何防御这种灾难呢？

在今天早上，我打开电视机，观看了“安全教育”这一课，这一课，令我受益匪浅，感慨万千。里面讲到了三个要点：①珍爱生命，安全第一，②安全教育，至关重要。③人人关心，保护生命。我看到里面这样的报道，因溺水和车祸死亡的人数，是占多种灾害中的第一位，车祸大多发生在城市，那是因为很少人遵守交通规则，而溺水大多发生在农村，许多孩子在没有经大人的同意和陪同下，私自到河边等游水玩耍，因水流太急而溺水身亡。我还看到这样一段片子，在成都市某学校发生了大地震，因学校安全教育意识强，全校师生竟没一个伤亡，可见，安全意识是多么重要，当人们埋怨灾害时，是否反思过自己，假如平时多做地震演习，遵守交通规则，在游泳时对自己的水性有自知之明，那就会大大减少生命的威胁。至于火灾，在我看来大多是人们自己造成的，有位学生在看书时点蜡烛，最后睡着了，蜡烛烧到被子上引发了火灾，还有位学生烧开水时没注意，导致水烧干后引发火灾，还有大部分学生为了用电方便，把电路的通路改成短路，以至于引发火灾。

一条条被灾害夺走的生命和一条条从灾害死里逃生的生命，这几乎源于有没有安全意识。为了dajia宝贵的生命，为了dajia美好的将来，让dajia共同遵守安全意识，珍爱生命，远离灾害吧！

There is no denying that safety plays an important part in our daily life. Recently our school has carried out a program aiming at increasing our safety awareness.

I consider this as indeed a good practice, which will remind us that safety should always come first in our daily life, whether when we stay at school or outside it. For example, when we are doing sports, we should attach great importance to safety and avoid being hurt. Besides, we should follow the traffic rules when we are going to school or when we are on our way back home.

I firmly believe that we should develop a good sense of safety and do everything safely.
