在这春光明媚的星期五，我们上地实验小学四年级去中国科技馆春游了。我们参观了主展厅的二楼、三楼、四楼。在科技馆我看到了很多有趣的展示项目，例如：开飞机、打方向盘等项目，不仅让我亲身体验还让我了解了科学原理。

其中，最让我着迷的项目是——元素周期表。我在科技馆听说，第一张元素周期表是门捷列夫在梦中将人类已知的63种元素排列成一个表格，并在现实世界中还原的。今年正好是元素周期表被发明150周年，元素周期表已经有118种元素。

科学的探索无止境，我要勇攀科学的高峰。我想当一名杰出的科学家，为伟大的祖国设计飞机，为祖国争光。

Many people believe that human activity is causing the earth’s temperature

to rise. They say that this global warming will have dreadful consequences for

our environment, such as drought and flooding.

What should governments do to help prevent global warming? Give reasons for

your suggestions.

The earth’s temperature is rapidly changing. As a result there has been a

lot of climate change such as heat waves, droughts and floods. Scientists

believe that this is the result of human activity, which is polluting the

Earth’s atmosphere. This could become a disaster if governments do not act to

help prevent global warming. They can act in three ways; by supporting research,

by making laws and by keeping the general public informed.

Firstly, governments can support research. For example, they should

encourage companies to develop vehicles that cause less pollution. They should

also support alternative sources of electricity from wind and water rather than

from oil and coal. As well, they should sponsor conferences to discuss the

effects of greenhouse gas emissions and possible solutions to the problem.

Secondly, they should make laws that limit the amount of greenhouse gases

that companies can emit. Private companies should be rewarded for following

these laws. They should also be punished for creating pollution.

Finally, everybody is affected by global warming. Therefore, it is

important that governments involve individuals in the problem solving process.

For example they should encourage households to save as much energy as possible

by using more efficient light bulbs or less hot water. They should also

encourage the public to recycle, and this should be compulsory for everyone.

Another way of saving energy is by public transport systems. Governments should

spend money on public transport to make it as easy as possible for the public to

save energy.

In summary, it is clear that there are a lot of things that governments can

do to prevent global warming. They should involve companies, support scientists

and encourage individuals to protect the planet.

Two years ago, the ofo became popular in China. The government advocated

ofo plan and wanted to facilitate people’s lives. Nowadays, ofo is favored by

more and more people, especially in the big cities. It can help people to save

time and some people can use it to take a visit of the city. The foreigners

speak highly of ofo. They say it brings great convenience to them. What’s more,

参观盐城科技馆这一天终于来到了。我一蹦三尺高，顾不上妈妈的千叮咛万嘱咐，带好食物出门了。外面，天气晴朗，阳光明媚，正是游玩的好时机。

令我记忆最深刻的就是湿地与海洋和4D电影了。先讲湿地与海洋吧。一走进去，只见一幅巨大的盐城地图展开在眼前，往里走，黑黑的，只有上空似星星的灯火亮着。在一座木桥上，看见一只猛虎，只听阵阵尖叫，原来同学们都被栩栩如生的标本吓到了，可爱的小兔子、美丽的丹顶鹤、威猛的狮子……接着都在我眼前出现了。再向前走，竟然有一条巨大、凶恶的鲨鱼，我全身直出冷汗，赶忙跑到队伍最后了，这才让我轻松一口气了。真是太有趣了！

来到4D电影的影院，我到座位上想：这不跟普通电影一样吗？有什么好稀奇的。坐下后，老师还叫我们戴眼镜，我更加疑惑了，想：看电影戴什么眼镜呀？当我正好奇，“通！”一声，灯关了，黑乎乎的一片，屏幕亮起来了，下面要让你大开眼界了。电影的题目叫《地震的预防》，原来地震来临前大自然的动物都有预感的，狗不停地吠，小动物搬家……说来就来，树啊，房子啊，都摇晃起来。椅子也“轰”一声掉了下来，大家发出尖叫声，吓我一大跳。紧接着有人带领大家逃生，只要大家秩序井然，遇到突发情况不慌张，生存的希望就大……当大家都撤离出来时，房子倒塌，杂石乱飞，眼看我要被砸到了，我一闪，这才躲过一劫。我们看得津津有味时，灯亮了，微电影结束了，老师带领我们出去继续参观其它的。

我们在夕阳下依依不舍地离开了盐城科技馆。盐城科技馆不仅让我明白了许多知识，还让我感到了知识十分有趣。这次的参观，让我大开眼界，从中我明白了，要好好学习，掌握更多的科学知识，为人类服务。

When it comes to honesty, quite a lot of people believe it is essential to

a person’s character and success.

They base their idea on the following reasons: on one hand, successful

business owes much to mutual trust; on another hand, great people in history

such as Abraham Lincoln andGeorge Washington set us good examples of being

honest, they are great because they are honest.

Their reasons run as following: to begin with, cheating on exams is

becoming more and more popular; in addition, some singers and movie stars cheat

on taxes; last but not the least, if you are not careful enough, you’ll buy some

defective goods and fake products.

It is high time we emphasized and encouraged honesty. We can take effective

measures to restore it.

For example, kids should be taught to tell truth, strict rules and

regulations should be carried out to stop cheatings on exams and taxes, etc.

On January, 2013, the public started a campaign called Clean Your Plate. This campaign aims to call on people to save food instead of wasting anything on the plates. The main theme of this activity is do not waste any food, starting with me. This campaign was first started from Sina weibo. Just a few days, tens of thousands people in China have joined in this meaningful activity.

In my humble opinion, everybody should join in this campaign. As we all know, the Chinese traditional virtue is to be thrifty even we are live in a better life. According to the latest survey, more than 50 million tons of food is being dumped in China every year. This wasted food can feed about 200 million people for a year. The old generation usually appreciates the leftover, if there is any food in the plate, they will eat them up; while the younger generation will dump the leftovers into the dustbin, they rather spend the money on other food instead of eating leftovers. I think such behavior is not only waste of food and money, but also broadcast the wrong idea that wasting food is acceptable. People should come to realize the importance of saving food. The governments should also take measures to reduce food wastage and encourage people to eat at home. What’s more, people should put an end to the expensive feasts and banquets.

I think this campaign should be moving on. Saving food for our offspring is everybody’s responsibility. Even if you’re a wealthy man, you still need to eat up the food on your plate. Waste is not a good habit.

Recently, we often show that shopping online is better than in store, but

is this really the case? Actually, there is no consensus of opinions among

people as to the view of shopping online is better than traditional shopping.

Some people consider that online shopping will replace the mall shopping, stores

will disappear in the future, while others argue that stores would unlikely to

be disappeared, it has its own advantages.

Most people shopping online because it is very convenient, there is no need

to go out, just click the mouse gently, they can buy the goods they want. In

我还喜欢玩“虎口脱险”的游戏。我们坐上模拟的自行车上，按上按钮，游戏开始，我们飞快地蹬着自行车，左一躲右一拐，几乎使出浑身解数，艰难地向前进。可能会因为一不小心就会被“老虎”捉住，从而淘汰出局。经过2分钟的“飞蹬”我终于从虎口脱险了，累得是气喘吁吁。从这个游戏中，我懂得了面对生活中的困难和危险不仅要用毅力，还要用智慧。

这次游览南京科技馆，让我不禁暗自赞叹：科技技术的发展真是突飞猛进呀!它激发了我爱科学、学科学的热情。

The cold air has come for a while, I stayed at my house all the time, as

It has been two years since I first got to university. Some of my

classmates say that the college life is boring, because they have plenty of time

Actually, it looks like a big, warm family that we can share our lives together.

During various activities, I realize the importance of team spirit that helps us

go further.

Finally, college is great stage to improve a student and show ones

abilities. In college, I know more about our society and get more channels to

explore the outside world. I realize that I am not only a student but also an

adult who is preparing to step into the society.

In short, I cherish my life in college campus and I will try hard to make

it colorful as well as meaningful.
