As a Senior Grade Three students, I am very busy in preparing for the

college entrance examination. I have seven classes a day, and two self-study

classes at night. And only a day left for the weekend. So, most of the time I

have to spend on the study, after all the college entrance examination is very

important for almost all of us. Aside of study, I would play football with my

friends after school and the weekend. I like playing football very much. When I

run on the football field, I can put the examination thing off my mind for a

while, only sweat and laugh left. It is a good exercise for health and a good

way to relax from the busy study too. This is my high school life, busy and

Recently, the movies about the old people happen to have the magic and then

come back to their 20 years old time are very popular. The old people do all

kinds of crazy things that they never have the chance to do. These movies tell

people that given another chance, they will do whatever they want to do. I

always hear my parents said when they retired, they could carry out all kinds of

their plans and enjoyed the life. In my opinion, when we are young , we shuold

enjoy our moment and chase our dream. It is a little to carry out the plans when

we are old. Youth is the advantages.

All the people want to stay in good health. Health is better than wealth.

It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re

sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase

after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities

you ever encounter and make your dreams come true. Since health is so important

for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful

suggestions:

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

rise makes a healthy man. Do not stay up late. Some people love to play cell

phones games or reading electronic-books before sleep, this can be bad for the

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.

中秋节是大众的节日，可是每一个人中秋节的过法都不一样，我接下来要说的就是我的中秋节。

我的中秋先是劳累的，从中秋节那天一大早开始，我的家里就没法消停，因为中午的时候就会有一些亲戚们过来吃饭，故而，清早的时候我们就得去菜市场买菜，因为中秋的那一天家里人手紧张，所有一向无所事事的我也被分配了任务，任务就是去买菜。

我拿着手上的菜单子行走在嘈杂的菜市场里，今天人很多，我在里面呆了四五十分钟，才将单子上的菜品买齐全了。完了后，我便往家里走。

家里被布置了一番，我回了家后还是不能消停，我得帮着妈妈洗菜，时不时的还要递碗，过程虽然是疲累的，不过结果很不错，当看着香喷喷的菜肴出锅的时候，我也有种成就感，不管怎么样，这菜还是我买的，我洗的呢。

中午如期到达，家里的那些亲戚朋友们陆陆续续的都到齐了，当然家里的一切都布置妥当，两桌子的菜全上齐了，等到就是人到齐喽。

舅舅姑姑们都来了，我的那些表哥表姐们也都来了，这个中午好热闹!

第二个我要说的就是，我的中秋节是热闹的，瞧着这满满两桌子的人，一人说一句话就有十几句话了，屋子里热闹非凡，外面的太阳很明亮，好像要帮我们助势一般，将屋子里都照得亮堂起来。

吃完饭过后，又得轮到我了，桌上的碗筷，我又得收拾起来。不过，我的那些表姐们可体谅我了，也帮着我收拾起来。

我的中秋节更多的时候都是在兜兜转，少有停下来的时候，不过我的中秋节里最快乐的一件事莫过于吃月饼了，甜腻腻的月饼吃到我的嘴里，甜进了我的心里。

In China, Mid-autumn Day is considered to be a symbol of family reunion. On this day, all the family members gather together at home to celebrate this special occasion. Last year, I could not celebrate the festival with my family because I was in university. However, this special day left a deep impression on me.

I still remember the atmosphere of that evening. All the students who could not go back home assembled in our classroom, having a party to celebrate this traditional festival. We tried our best to show our own enthusiasm. As an ethnic minority, I performed a peacock dance, which received warm applause. After the two-hour party, we went out to the playground and sat together to appreciate the moon because it is a tradition on Mid-autumn Day. We ate moon cakes, played cards, and listened to romantic poems recited by one of our classmates. In that harmonious atmosphere, nobody felt lonely or homesick even though we were far away from our homes.

Thanks to our classmates, I experienced such a colorful and interesting Mid-autumn Day at my university. Thus, I learned to value all the festivals I spent during my university life.

饱餐一顿后，我们一家人热热闹闹地来到院子里赏月。我们围坐在桌子旁边，奶奶端上各种各样的月饼和水果，月饼有五仁的、豆沙的、蛋黄的……水果有香蕉、葡萄、西瓜……摆了满满一桌子。

Nowadays, with the development of technology, many young people stay

indoors and play computer all the time. Especially for those who stay up very

late or go out to play for fun until midnight, then they wake up at noon the

next day. This is the unhealthy lifestyle, and they need to make some

changes.

First, having regular break time and enough sleep is the basic way to keep

healthy. Some young people hang out for fun after work. They need to release

their pressure and have fun with their friends. They go home very late and then

next day get up, preparing to work. In the long run, they not only have low

efficiency, but also damage their bodies.

Second, keep the balanced diet. Most people are picky about food. They only

choose the food they like and lose the balance of nutrition. For most kids, they

like to have meat and refuse of the vegetables and fruit. It is not good for the

growth of their bodies.

The healthy lifestyle helps people live the harmonious life. Besides having

enough sleep and keeping balance diet, taking exercise is also in need.

Zhang Ying is my good friend. She’s in Class1, Grade4 in Tianjiao Primary

School. She’s a model student. She’s smart and she’s helpful, too. She often

helps teachers and young students at school. She is good at Chinese, math,

English, arts and crafts, music and so on. She has a lot of hobbies. She likes

painting and drawing. And she likes listening to music, having picnics with her

parents. Oh yeah, she likes fishing, too. But she doesn’t like playing

basketball, football, table tennis or volleyball. Zhang Ying is the best friend

of mine. I like playing with her. We always work together and help each

other.

It seems we are living in the conflict between modern and traditional

cultures every day. Hearing the blaring of horns the moment you step out of your

thinking, "Will the traditional culture be gradually lost?"

Many people believe so. They may put right in front of you all the

evidences they can dig out. They may argue that people are rushing to

restaurants instead of cooking at home, listening to pop music but not

traditional, wearing in a way people couldnt imagine ten years ago. Modern

people like the air of freedom, not to be restrained by traditions. They offer

this long list, only trying to confirm that this world is full of

fashion,competition and temptation and the traditional culture is fading and

will be lost at last.

Though we are now living in a world in which undeclared aggression, war,

hypocrisy, chicanery, anarchy are part of our daily life. Though this is a

skeptical age, and our faith has weakened, our confidence in some aspects of the

traditional culture should and would never be lost.

Wouldnt you agree that our traditional culture is always credited with

modesty, politeness and respectfulness, which have always been treasured for

more than five thousand years?Even in this modern world, people still admire

those with good manners, those who are polite to others or respectful to old

people.

Wouldnt you agree that our Chinese traditional music is beautiful and

artistic and our Chinese tea culture is always an appealing treasure to people

around the world?

So there may just be some changes in our lifestyle or our attitudes towards

life, but little change occurs to some fundamental aspects of our traditional

culture that people still treasure in heart.

The traditional culture will never be lost, I believe.

每当我听到“人有悲欢离合，月有阴晴圆缺……”这首诗，我就会想到中秋节。中秋节代表着合家团圆，月圆人团圆嘛，所以我比较喜欢中秋节。

以前每当我过中秋节，我们全家总会聚在一起吃月饼，看电视。我印象最深的是有一年中秋，我、妈妈和爸爸在游泳池里一边游泳一边赏月。而那时已是秋天，所以总感受凉飕飕的。虽然一跳进水里有些冷，但是那感觉特别值得回味。

可今年的中秋跟以前的(就)有些不同了。

中秋节到了，我和妈妈却一直在逛家居广场。太阳快下山了，我们才逛完。后来，我们准备去书城必胜客吃饭。在路上，我无意中透过车窗看见圆圆的月亮镶嵌在空中。奇怪!怎么今年的月亮不是那么圆呢?哦，我知道了，可能是爸爸不在身边陪同(陪伴)我们的缘故吧。那时，我又看了看妈妈，他(她)正在全神贯注的开车，一阵凉风吹过来，感到格外凉爽。

月饼是中秋节不可或缺的东西，中国人会在中秋节日都吃上一块月饼。那月饼是什么样的呢?就让我来介绍介绍吧!月饼表达的意思是团团圆圆，月饼的外表是金黄金黄的饼皮，上面还印了一个个各种各样的花纹，十分漂亮，光看外表就让人直流口水，再加上馅就更加美味了。月饼的馅有很多种口味，数也数不完，吃也吃不尽似的，有绿豆的、有五仁的、有莲蓉蛋黄的、还有纯莲蓉的……我最喜欢的是莲蓉蛋黄月饼和五仁月饼。莲蓉蛋黄月饼是最经典的口味之一，轻轻咬下，我们会先尝到莲蓉馅的香甜和绵软，入口即化，再往里咬一口满嘴都是香浓的咸蛋黄味，这时甜与咸交融在一起，竟然不会冲突，而是相辅相成，让整个月饼不甜不腻，恰到好处，它的美味真让人抵挡不住。如果是吃货一定会一次吃个饱。五仁月饼的馅是杏仁、桃仁、花生仁、麻仁和瓜子仁，正因为五种果仁它才被称为“五仁月饼”。吃下一口会感到又干又涩，但当我们慢慢把馅嚼烂后，这时就会有满嘴的果仁香，一会儿是黑芝麻浓郁的香气，一会儿是瓜子仁清淡的香味，一会儿又杏仁的果香……

中秋佳节，我们开始吃团圆饭，好丰盛啊，有螃蟹、有鱼、有牛肉，我们一家人围坐在饭桌前吃着美味佳肴，欣赏中秋晚会。

一说到秋天，我就想到了那中秋佳节，或许是那香甜的月饼，又或许是中秋节来历的美丽，或是那天上的一轮圆月，更或者，是中秋团圆的美好。

中秋团圆夜，美在那漆黑的夜空中，一轮明月映照天中，有可能是月饼一个个圆而香甜，使原本秋风瑟瑟的夜晚，变得格外的温馨。天公不作美，今年的中秋下着绵绵的细雨，月亮害羞似的躲在云层当中，只露出一个朦胧清冷的轮廓。我嚼着嘴中的月饼，有些食不知味，中秋佳节怎么能没有赏月这一环节。

姐姐捧着手上的月饼，跟我一起坐在阳台的椅子上，仰头望着天空，望了一会儿后，姐姐扭过头：“想听故事吗?”我正愁没有月可赏，急忙点点头，坐正了身子。

“中秋节有拜月这一习俗，只不过现在不太重视了。相传古时齐国的丑女无盐，幼年虔诚拜月，长大后入宫，却一直是寻寻常常，无过人之处。某年八月十五赏月，天子在月光下看见她，觉得她美丽出众，便立她为王后。中秋拜月的习俗由此而来，月中的嫦娥，以美貌著称，故少女拜月，有”貌如嫦娥，面似皓月“这一寓意呢。”

我仰头看向月亮 。

“举杯邀明月，对影成三人”千百年来，你总是世人所咏赞的对象，你似乎注定成为孤独寂寞人的精神依靠，是落寞无助人的听诉者，仿佛人们已将世上所有的情感已寄你于一身。难道，你那阴情圆缺的变化，就是对人间人情冷暖，世事沧桑的感慨?

“海上生明月，天涯共此时。”千千万万的人此时都饱含着离别之苦，只有抬头仰望天上的你，享受着月光浴，才能感受到自己牵挂的人与自己心心相印，不离不弃。是你，让寂寞的心不再无依无靠，让愁苦的思绪不再四处漂泊。

我的心沉浸在这月的美丽中。这月的美，不是太阳的豪放，她是温和的，端庄的，高雅的。如同天空中镶嵌着的一颗硕大的明珠，光泽艳丽，闪闪发光;她如同一块无与伦比而又价值连城的玉盘，纯洁高雅，讨人喜爱。

夜，渐渐的凉了下来，我回身走进了房间，披上了一件外套，等我出来，月亮不知什么时候从那云层中探出了个头，向大地洒下清冷而又柔和的月光。我沐浴在这如丝绸般的月光中，心中一片祥和。

夜深了，温柔的月光洒满大地，一切都像披上了层银纱。房屋、树木都睡了，它们像睡在无比宽大的“摇篮”里。我也睡觉了，圆圆的月亮伴着我进入了圆圆的梦。

Trees are very useful to people. They provide us with wood and other

products. They give us shade and they help to prevent drought and floods.

Unfortunately， in many parts of our country， people havent realized the

importance of trees. They cut them down at will. They are usually too lazy or

too careless to plant and look after new trees. As a result， the forests

continue to disappear.

Where there are no trees the rain falls on the surface， causing floods， and

carries away with the rich topsoil， in which crops grow so well. When all the

topsoil is gone， nothing remains but worthless deserted.

The big floods of 1998， in parts of China， have already taught us a good

lesson. So every one of us must love trees， protect forests， and keep on

planting trees each year.

Environmental problems are being more and more serious all over the world。

For example， cars have made the air unhealthy for people to breathe and

poisonous gas is given off by factories。 Trees on the hills have been cut down

and waste water is being poured continuously into rivers。Furthermore， wherever

we go today， we can find rubbish carelessly disposed。 Pollution is， in fact，

threatening our existence。

The earth is our home and we have the duty to take care of it for ourselves

and for our later generations。 Fortunately， more and more people have realized

these problems。 Measures have been taken to cope with these problems by the

government。 Laws have been passed to stop pollution。 I hope the problem will be

solved in the near future and our home will bee better and better。

The joyous Mid-Autumn Festival was celebrated on the fifteenth day of the

eighth moon, around the time of the autumn equinox(秋分). Many referred to it

simply as the "Fifteenth of the Eighth Moon".

This day was also considered as a harvest festival since fruits, vegetables

and grain had been harvested by this time and food was abundant. Food offerings

were placed on an altar set up in the courtyard. Apples, pears, peaches, grapes,

pomegranates(石榴), melons, oranges and pomelos(柚子) might be seen. Special foods

for the festival included moon cakes, cooked taro(芋头)and water caltrope(菱角), a

type of water chestnut resembling black buffalo horns. Some people insisted that

cooked taro be included because at the time of creation, taro was the first food

discovered at night in the moonlight. Of all these foods, it could not be

omitted from the Mid-Autumn Festival.

上古时期，后羿把太阳射下以后，就和一位民间女子嫦娥结了婚，他们生活的十分幸福。有一天，后羿给嫦娥一颗药丸，并警告她，我不在时，不要吃这个。他说完就马上离开了。嫦娥把这句话牢记在心。日子一天天的过去了，后羿一直没有回来，于是嫦娥买了一只兔子解闷。过了几天，她的家里来了强盗，嫦娥一不小心，把我那个药丸吞了下去，碰巧后羿回来了，把强盗赶走了，可嫦娥抱着一只小兔子，飞上了月亮，后羿大喊“嫦娥”！可再喊也没有用了……

爸爸讲的很好，我也听得入了神，忽然我觉得有人在叫我“吃月饼了！再不吃就没有了。”原来是妈妈叫我们吃月饼。“爸爸给我讲故事”。“哦，那吃月饼吧”。“爸、妈吃月饼了”，妈妈说。奶奶说：“马上来，别让我催了，她爷爷午觉才刚起。”中秋节起源于古代秋季祭祀土地神的活动。在传统的农耕社会里，春播、夏收、秋获、冬藏是主要的劳作活动。土地收成的情况，对于以此为生的人们来说至关重要。因此，人们对于土地还有深深的敬畏之情。每到春天播种之时，都会祭祀土地神，祈求土地神赐予五谷丰登，这种活动被称为“春祈”。到了秋季，正是收获的季节，也要祭祀土地神，拜谢神的庇护，称为“秋报”。八月十五是秋季收获的季节，各家都要拜土地神。所以，中秋节可能是古人 “秋报”遗传下来的习俗。

我们一家高高兴兴得度过了一个幸福的夜晚。

“云母屏风烛影深，长河逐落晓星沉。嫦娥应悔偷灵药，碧海青天夜夜心。”这首诗是李商隐写的《嫦娥》，这是一首和中期有关的古诗。在中秋节不尽有优美的古诗，而且还有月饼来历的小故事呢！

在中秋节这一天，人们都会吃月饼，由于我的好奇心想要知道月饼的由来，于是我上网查了一下，结果发现关于月饼来历的故事多种多样，我印象最深的故事是：中秋节吃月饼的习惯，在我国历史悠久。关于中秋节吃月饼的由来，有不同的说法。普遍的说法是：唐朝时期，太宗李世民为征讨北方突厥，平定其屡次的侵犯，令手下大将李靖亲自率部出征，转战边塞，结果屡建奇功。八月十五日这一天凯旋归京。为了庆祝胜利，京都和长安城内外鸣炮奏乐，军民狂欢通宵。当时有个到长安通商的吐蕃人，特地向皇上献上圆饼祝捷。太宗李世民大喜，接过装潢华丽的饼盒，取出彩色的圆饼，指着悬挂在空中的月亮，说道：“应将胡饼邀蟾蜍（即月亮）。”随后，将圆饼分给了文武百官。从此，中秋节吃月饼的习俗便流传了下来。后来人们逐渐把中秋赏月与品尝月饼，作为家人团聚的象征，慢慢的月饼也就成了节日的礼品。

遗憾的是，今年的中秋节下着倾盆大雨，下着这么大的雨，一看就知道是赏不到月亮了。虽然赏不到月亮，但是一家人团聚在一起才是最重要的。

中秋那天，天气很冷，虽然下着大雨，但是心里却是温暖的，因为家人们团聚在一起了……

“此生此夜不长好，明月明年何处看。”这首诗出自苏轼的《中秋月》，顾名思义是讲中秋节的。

不知不觉，今年的中秋节又到了，在这个假期里我又感受到了浓浓的中秋氛围。超市里人山人海，可热闹了，不过最热闹的还要数月饼专区了，各式各样的月饼陈列在人们的眼前，任其挑选，大的小的，形状不一;豆沙味、蛋黄味，各种口味的都有。街道两旁的小商店也在搞着促销活动，引得路人都不禁想走上去瞧一瞧，看一看。社区工作人员也在忙着塔台，为晚上的中秋晚会早早地做好准备，相信这场晚会一定会很精彩。

中秋节是我国传统节日，它象征着团圆。今年的中秋节，我表弟一家也特地从遥远的外地赶来和我们一起共度佳节。中秋节当然少不了吃月饼，随着外婆一声“吃月饼喽……”，只见外婆捧着一大盘月饼，一个个地分给我们。我细细地尝了一口，那浓浓的香气便挥之不去，看着大家一脸幸福的样子，再看看盘子里剩下的月饼，我恍然大悟，原来是这个东西凝聚了我们一家人的幸福和甜蜜啊!在明月的照射下，欢声笑语洋溢其中。月光洒向大地，点点星光虽然璀璨，但远不及月饼带给我们的独特的美。

晚饭过后，我们又一起到江边玩耍赏月，中秋的月最明，是那样的诗情画意;中秋的月最柔，是那样的柔情似水;中秋的月最亮，是那样的如水似镜。我们一排坐在江边的长椅上，聊着天，说着笑，气氛非常融洽，不知不觉地，月亮被雾遮挡住了，余下了建筑的光芒……
