The Mid-Autumn Festival has all interesting history. Long ago in one of the

dynasties of China there was a king who was very cruel to the people and did not

manage the country well. The people were so angry that some brave ones suggested

killing the king. So they wrote notes telling about the meeting place and time

and put them into cakes.

On the 15th day of the 8th lunar month every person was told to buy the

cakes. When they ate them they discovered the notes. So they gathered together

to make a sudden attack on the king. From then on the Chinese people celebrate

on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month and eat moon cakes in memory of that

decorated. Many moon cakes are displayed for people to buy. People send presents

It is believed that the moon is at her brightest on this night. Many poems

huge artificial lakes. In one way or another， they hope to provide enough water

to satisfy the needs of their people.

I think Mid-Autumn Day is an old traditional festival in China. Everybody likes it because its a family get-together. You see it is called"Mid-Autumn Day", so it often comes in September or October. It is on the 15th of the 8th of the lunar month. Now, lets say something about this interesting festival.

Firstly, Id like to say something about the moon. I like it very much because I want to be an astronaut in the future. That day the moon is round, big, just like a beautiful plate hanging on the blue cloth. The mooncakes and the moon represent the love from a family. I think this is one of the most valuable things in the world.

Thirdly，it is a very good opportunity to make three wishes on Mid-Autumn Day. My wishes are: the first, I, an astronaut in the future, would like to go to the moon one day, and stay with the sky and stars; the second, I hope every person in the world will stay with family, share love from the family forever; the third, I hope everybodys dream will come true.

正当我继续低头沉思时，一辆救护车呼啸而过，我和救护车司机对视的时间可能不到一秒，但这仍然值得让人深思。值班医生是二十四小时待命，每当病人们看见“急诊”这两个大字时，无助的心中就瞬间会温暖许多，这个从没有下班的地方，本来就为老百姓付出了许多，但在这万家团圆的节日，他们依然没有下岗，依然选择坚持，每个医生都有这样玉洁冰清的精神，他们以患者至上，救死扶伤。但他们是平凡的人，也许我们不会记住他们是谁，但是在这中秋佳节，他们却把每一个患者记在了心上。

现在马上就要下车啦，突然我意识到公交车司机还在认真的盯着前方，此时公交车上的人并不多，但是司机还是认真真的开着，他们没有制服，也没有太高的工资，而且他们更是平凡朴实的人。一个郑州大约有十几万辆公交车，这十几万名司机从来没有假期，每天都是做好自己应该做的事――――为人民服务。虽然我们互相都不认识，但是为人民服务这句话，永远铭记在了他们的心里。

在这中秋节，有太多的人还在为我们默默付出着，他们平凡、勤劳、朴实，可能他们来自各行各业，他们的工作不同，岗位也不同，但不变的是品质，他们永久的牢记着“为人民服务”这句话，不管他们来自何方，职业有何不同，但他们为我们服务，我们会永远记得他们，在此我要祝所有平凡爱岗此，时还在月光下为我们奉献的人们中秋节快乐，愿你们健康幸福。

中秋节是我最爱的传统佳节，这天，是一家人团圆的日子。想到一家人一边吃着月饼，一边赏月的景象。啊!那甭提有多美好。

盼望已久的中秋节终于来了，为此我兴奋了一整天!我左盼右盼，终于盼到了晚上。我们一家手牵着手，向小区对面的花园走去。今天的夜空很晴朗，月亮像一个玉盘一样挂在夜空中，整个城市都被淡淡的月色笼罩了，一切仿佛都披上了一层白色的轻纱。我们在花园里找到一张长椅就坐下了，抬头仰望漆黑的夜空，星星都躲进了云层里，只剩下一轮皎洁的明月在夜空中“站岗”，星星大概也去祝福中秋节了吧!这月亮也真是孤独啊!它使我不禁想起那些因为某种原因不能和家人团聚的人，他们在这一天里，是否在思念自己的亲人?那就多抽点时间和亲人聚一聚吧。

闻着淡淡的桂花香，吃着月饼，看着又大、又圆、又亮的月亮，欣赏着美景，四周静悄悄的。突然一声巨响打破了宁静，我被吓了一大跳，最后才缓过神来，原来是广场上的烟花炮竹的声响。有一个烟花像流星雨一样划过天空，“多美呀”我们不禁赞叹道。“你们快看又有一颗“流星”来了!我们每人许一个愿望吧!”我对爸爸妈妈叫了起来。我闭上眼睛，双手合十，许下了一个美好的愿望。“啪……”美丽的烟花在夜空中绽放，红的、黄的、蓝的、紫的……五彩缤纷;烟花可谓是千姿百态啊!有的像菊花迎着秋风开放，有的像一张灿烂的笑脸对我们微笑，还有的像一面红旗迎风招展……等着烟花晚会结束了，我们也该回家了，但是这一晚的每一个瞬间都深深地映在了我的脑海里……

中秋节啊!你是一个家人团聚的日子;中秋节啊!你是快乐的源泉;中秋节啊!你是我最喜爱的传统佳节!

When it comes to success, different people have different opinions about

what makes it come true. Some people regard hard-working as an essential quality

to success while others believe being clever would lead to success. From my

point of view, I think perseverance and hard-working are indispensable for those

who want to make an achievement.

Firstly, perseverance let people step closely towards success. Most people

want to make a big difference to prove their value. People who set their goal

and keep moving would make their dream come true. However, there are some people

who set their goal but they stop at the difficulty would fail in the end. I

think the difference between success and failure is perseverance. If we have

perseverance, even if we are not clever, we will make a great difference, but if

we not, we are doomed to lose. As we all know, Edison is a great inventor in the

world. However, before he invented the bulb, he kept trying for tens of

thousands of times to find a suitable wire. Let us imagine, if he gave up at the

999th, then how he couldn’t become so successful. So, I strongly believe that

perseverance produces success.

Secondly, there is also a kind of people who are born with cleverness, I

think they are lucky. Nevertheless, if they don’t make a hard work on their way

to their goal, they, absolutely, will become loser. Whether we are gifted for

intelligent, we must be hard-working so as to success. I regard hard-working as

an efficient approach to be successful because I believe ‘pains and gains’. As

for those who do not make great efforts on work, failure follows. In old times,

there is a clever boy who can make excellent poem when he can talk. When his

father found the little child’s cleverness, he just let the child make poems to

show around while never let the boy learned anything. When the boy grew up,

people forgot him because he lost the ability to compose poems and became

ordinary as others. From this matter, we can see that only by hard-working can

we get knowledge and make a good future.

Anyway, I think perseverance and hard-working are both important in our way

to success for they enhance us and produce success.

今天我和爸爸、妈妈、爷爷、奶奶、姑姑一起吃了一顿丰富而特别的团圆饭。

我们的晚餐是水果月饼晚餐。我担当小厨师为大家服务。我准备的晚餐有一盘黄桃，一盘鲜枣，一盘石榴，一盘桔子，一盘玉米和好吃的月饼。大家都觉得非常好吃，对我做的晚餐很满意。

饭后，我还为大家演奏了几首好听的钢琴曲，我和姑姑配合边弹边唱了几首儿童歌曲，大家为我们鼓掌。爷爷和奶奶问了我这一个月上学的情况，爷爷、奶奶夸我上学后我长高和长大懂事了很多，爸爸妈妈让我继续努力!爷爷说很想我，我也很想爷爷和奶奶，我和爷爷约定国庆节一起出去玩，我非常开心!

我度过了一个非常美好的中秋佳节。

月，世世代代，一如既往的挂在夜空中，如此耀眼，如此迷人。

“明月几时有，把酒问青天。”

“举杯邀明月，对影成三人。”

明月啊明月，千百年来，你总是世人所咏赞的对象，你似乎注定成为孤独寂寞人的精神依靠，是落寞无助人的听诉者，仿佛人们已将世上所有的情感已寄你于一身。难道，你那阴情圆缺的变化，就是对人间人情冷暖，世事沧桑的感慨?

“海上生明月，天涯共此时。”

明月啊明月，千千万万的人此时都饱含着离别之苦，只有抬头仰望天上的你，享受着月光浴，才能感受到自己牵挂的人与自己心心相印，不离不弃。是你，让寂寞的心不再无依无靠，让愁苦的思绪不再四处漂泊。

是啊，今晚是中秋啊!我早已盼望已久的月，此时如一轮金莹的玉盘，将人间大地笼罩在一片浅浅的金色光辉之中，月让所有的事物都像注入了情感一般，一切的事物都仿佛向月低声诉说自己无尽的心事。

望着铰接的明月，让人不禁会联想到月饼。“明间以月饼相馈，取团圆之意。”〈〈西湖游览志〉〉曾这样说道。东坡也以“小饼如嚼月，中有酥和饴”来赞誉月饼。嚼着月饼，更会让人感受到月亮的情怀，心中的亲切之感也会油然而生，让人的心也会感到一丝丝的甜意。

“但愿人长久，千里共婵娟。”希望和我一样对月有着特殊感情的朋友能永远的幸福美满，像亘古不变的月一样，永远散发出金色的光辉，去走黑暗，即便是再微弱。

农历八月十五是我国的传统节日——中秋节。在古代，中秋节与春节、元宵节、端午节并列为四大节日，深受人们的喜爱。

在中国的农历里，一年分为四季，每季又分孟、仲、季三个部分，因而中秋又称仲秋。八月十五的月亮比其他几个月的满月更圆、更明亮。所以又叫做“月夕”、“八月节”。此夜人们仰望天空如玉如盘的郎朗明月，自然会期盼家人团聚。远在他乡的游子，也借此寄托自己对故乡和亲人的思念之情。所以又称“团圆节”。

在唐代，中秋赏月、玩月颇为盛行。在北宋京师满城人家不论贫富老小都要穿上承认的衣服，焚香拜月说出心愿，祈求月亮神的保佑。南宋民间以月饼相赠，取团园之义。

今天，月下游玩的习俗已远没有旧时盛行。但设宴赏月仍很盛行，人们“把酒问青天”，庆贺美好的生活，或祝远方的亲人健康快乐，和家人一起“千里共婵娟”。

中秋节的习俗很多，形式也各不相同，但都寄托着人们对生活无限的热爱和对美好生活的向往。
