There is a bus from the airport to the city. It is much cheaper than a cab. Take the bus to the city and ask to get off at Town Hall railway station.

To get to my place in the eastern suburbs you have three options. You can either take a cab, a bus or the train. I suggest you take the train, since the airport bus will leave you right at the station. Get off at Cliff Station. From there you can either walk to my place (about ten minutes) or take a taxi. Probably you should take a taxi as you will have luggage.

When you arrive at my flat, ring the intercom for Flat 2. My friend Lillian will be at home and she will open the front door for you and let you into my flat.

Presumably you will be tired and want to sleep. But if you feel like some exercise after that long flight, you could stroll down to Cooper Park, which is only ten minutes away ? you can see it from the window.

Our capacity to cope successfully with lifes challenges far outstrips our capacity to feel nervousness. Most of us find it remarkably difficult to focus on two distinct thoughts or emotions at once, and we can use this natural human limitation to our advantage when trying to stay centered in the period leading up to a potentially tricky experience. When we concentrate on something unrelated to our worryuch as deep breathing, visualizations of success, pleasurable pursuits, or exercisenxiety dissipates naturally. Meditation is also a useful coping mechanism as it provides us with a means to ground ourselves in the moment. It was fine today, Lily and I went to visit the Science Museum. It is about

two kilometers away from our homes, so we decided to go there by bike. We set

off at 8 oclock. At the museum we saw a lot of interesting things. We could

operate some equipment. There we met many classmates and friends. We thought we

had learned a lot and were more interested in science.

At half past eleven we left the museum for home. We enjoyed ourselves in

the museum today.

When winter comes, especially the cold wind blows, I dont want to go out

of the house. Though the outdoor activity is limited, I still can find a lot of

things to do. The happiest thing for me is to eat hot pot with my families, at

the same time, we watch TV show. Doing these two things together can help us

better communicate and enjoy the family hour. The second thing I want to do is

to stay in bed and play computer. The warmness makes me feel so comfortable. I
