接着把虾拿出放到水盆里，跳，再跳，还跳，虾活蹦乱跳的，这可咋整啊，妈妈。妈妈起来教我，虾的身上有好多垃圾，背上有一条筋要抽掉，不然有毒素的。妈妈边做示范，我跟着帮忙，不一会就剥好了虾。拿来小钢筋锅，赶紧趁新鲜，烧起来，不到三分钟，就烧好了。这时，妈妈让我拿筷子，一只一只摆到盘子里，整整齐齐，看着就有食欲。

西红柿鸡蛋汤，我最拿手，有个叉叉一插，就一分为八爿，锅里放好开水，放入西红柿，放点食盐，放一滴橄榄油，汤滚了，再打入一个鸡蛋。再撒一把香葱，又香又美味西红柿鸡蛋汤就做好了。

还有一个高山菜，一瓣一瓣掰开来洗，洗俩次，然后用手掰小瓣，锅里放上油，烧一分钟后，把掰好的菜倒入锅里，不一会，菜就软了，放点食盐，放点美极鲜，起锅，装盘。哇！看着一桌菜，都是我烧的，太高兴了，妈妈今天l教会了我做菜，以后妈妈身体不适的时候，我就可以帮忙做饭做菜了。再也不用请阿姨们过来照顾我们一家了。好有成就感噢！

If you go to Lintong and visit the Terra Cotta Warriors ,you cant’t miss the Qin Ling Mountain, also. You can see lots of plants and animals in the mountain. They are so beautiful.

If you have enough time, you can go to the Bell Tower, too .The Bell Tower have three floors. It is surrounded by the City Wall. There is a big bell in the tower. Walking down the sidewalk, you can see the Drum Tower and Muslim Street. On the Muslim Street, there are lots of delicious food, such as cold rice noodles, Chinese hamburgers ,

Paomoand so on. These foods can be found in all parts of Xian. My favourite food is Chinese hamburgers.

California is west of the United States and is divided into San Francisco and Los Angeles. As soon as we get there, we can see many advanced equipment and spacious roads, so that we can know that the United States is a vast country.

In the mountains of California, huge waterfalls can be seen. Squirrels are running on trees. Apart from the mountains and green mountains, there are also Disneyland and universal studios in the city.
