我喜欢元宵节、重阳节和端午节，但我最喜欢的还是春节。因为春节可以贴对联，放烟花，吃团圆饭……

在我很小的时候，爷爷告诉我一个传说：“在很久很久以前，山上住着一只凶猛的野兽，也叫年兽，每当过了一年，他就会下山吃一个人。一天，有一个老头来到了这个村子，他戴着一条红色的围巾，围巾上写了一些字。年兽看到了，正想往后退，而他又拿起一根竹子放在火上烧。年兽看了，立马就逃走了。”从此，每到过年，人们就有了放炮的习俗，正是为了驱赶年兽。

一到春节，我也喜欢放炮。我还记得在去年春节的大年三十晚上，我们家开始放烟花爆竹了。当我看着烟花被点上火后，像一条白龙迅速地往夜空飞去，然后在夜空绽放开自己的美，我就兴奋。我连着放了五六个烟花，它们争先恐后地飞上了天，像在比赛一样，个个都想第一个冲上天。过了一会儿，它们相继绽放，有的像一只天狗，有的像五颜六色的花朵，还有的像一颗爱心……真是千奇百态，美丽无比。此时的天空，就像一幅绚丽多彩的图画。

在春节，我们除了可以放烟花爆竹，还可以吃团圆饭。每当吃团圆饭时，饭桌上总会摆满了各种美味的菜肴，比如：虾、鸡、鱼、鸭等。我们是在一楼吃团圆饭的，在二楼都能闻到饭菜的香味呢。

这就是我爱的春节。

有一次，妈妈和爸爸都有事，出门时嘱咐我：“晚饭自己解决。”

伴随着“嘭”的关门声，我的心里就像打翻了五味瓶：既有点激动――终于可以自己一展身手了，又有点紧张――毕竟从来没有做过，心里没谱。

我迫不及待地跑进厨房，看见柜子上已准备好两个西红柿，三个鸡蛋，一块未解冻的肉，两个辣椒。我心想：看来只能做西红柿炒蛋和辣椒炒肉了！

我拿起IPAD上网查了下西红柿炒蛋的做法：先准备一勺盐、一勺味精、两个西红柿、三个鸡蛋。再拿来一个碗，将两个蛋“咔咔”一碰就破了，清澈的蛋白就像徐徐流淌的小溪，正流向碗里。然后学着妈妈平时的样子，用筷子把蛋黄、蛋白快速搅动，直至完全融合在一起。

一切准备就绪，我先给电磁炉通上电源，打开开关，等锅热了，倒上点油，把切好的西红柿放进去。“哧哧”的声音好像在我助兴，袅袅的热气好像在为我伴舞。我突然觉得很有意思：甚至有节奏地翻炒了起来。过了一会儿，我再把搅匀的蛋倒进去，两位“朋友”很快就“友好和谐”地混成一团。再按照资料加入一些佐料，一盘香喷喷的西红柿炒蛋就出锅了。

好了，现在我可以做青椒炒肉了。有了刚才美好的开始，我觉得这道菜更简单了！

吃着自己做的菜，我觉得特别有味道！爸妈回来后，我便请他们也尝了尝我的手艺，妈妈高兴地说：“好！徐昊坤真棒，长大了哦！”
