有一天，妈妈在收拾屋子，我看妈妈太劳累了，就决定帮妈妈做几件事。

开始，我拿起拖布，放在水里，再拿出来把水拧干，放在地上擦，要仔细擦每一个角落，不要让每一个“灰大王”落在地上。

接着，我拿起水池里不干净的筷子，仔细冲洗，先把洗洁精倒在筷子上，再用力的搓洗，不要让泡沫残留在筷子上。 到了晚上，爸爸要回来了，我拿起两个鸡蛋，一碗水。先把鸡蛋打碎，放在碗里不停地搅拌，再加一点葱花、油、水和胡椒粉，再放锅里一蒸就好了。这就是美味的鸡蛋糕。 妈妈说：“你干这么多一定很累吧？”我高兴地说：“只要找到窍门，做什么事也不难。”妈妈看我一天天长大开心的笑了。妈妈还说我是她的小助理呢！

一切准备就绪，我先给电磁炉通上电源，打开开关，等锅热了，倒上点油，把切好的西红柿放进去。“哧哧”的声音好像在我助兴，袅袅的热气好像在为我伴舞。我突然觉得很有意思：甚至有节奏地翻炒了起来。过了一会儿，我再把搅匀的蛋倒进去，两位“朋友”很快就“友好和谐”地混成一团。再按照资料加入一些佐料，一盘香喷喷的西红柿炒蛋就出锅了。
