(3)主动去找一个好导师，积极参加大学生创新课题、星火计划，参与教师课题，跟着导师规规矩矩、认认真真做学问。

(4)多到实验室去看看，看看学长和老师们在做什么?多动手少说话。将你专业的实验基本技能尽快、全面掌握。

(5)学会好好利用图书馆。图书馆丰富的资源，会让你获益多多。

2.学会安排自己的时间，让自己每天都过得充实。

(1)做事情一定得有自己的生活目标和计划。学会合理的安排时间，处理好学习、社团活动、锻炼的时间。时间安排精确到小时，譬如下午5-6点3000米跑步或者游泳或踢足球(坚持每天锻炼1-1.5个小时)。自己要有总参与锻炼运动的项目。

(2)要有几首自己拿手的歌曲。小提琴还是要经常练练。

I am at present a student at Mary High School, Hong Kong, where I have been studying for the past five years. I think its very important for everyone to do sports. I like sports

because theyre not only good for my health but also good for my study. My

favorite sport is swimming. Whenever I am free， I will have a swim with my
