When I was very small, I had always heard many stories from my uncle,

2.学会安排自己的时间，让自己每天都过得充实。

(1)做事情一定得有自己的生活目标和计划。学会合理的安排时间，处理好学习、社团活动、锻炼的时间。时间安排精确到小时，譬如下午5-6点3000米跑步或者游泳或踢足球(坚持每天锻炼1-1.5个小时)。自己要有总参与锻炼运动的项目。
