让我们看看人类历史上的悲剧吧：记得我看过一本书讲到古巴比伦王国早在公元前2000年就是人类文明的发祥地之一，是当时的世界文化、经济繁荣地。可是，由于不珍惜土地，水土大量流失，生态环境恶化，居住在那里的人们不得不纷纷逃离家园，城镇和乡村变成了废墟。一个土地肥沃、发达的巴比伦古国变成了不毛之地，最终消失了。这是历史血的教训!再看我们的现实生活吧：我国土地总的面积居世界第三，可是人均耕地面积却只排在全球的第一百零七位!失去耕地，我们将无法获得足够的粮食和谷物，将忍饥挨饿。大片大片的森林被砍伐，造成荒漠，引起沙尘暴。我去过北京，看到那里的雾霾很严重，听说那里秋冬季还有沙尘暴。近年我国的云南省地震频发，云南矿产资源丰富，可是过度开发矿产，矿产被掏空，上面的岩石承受不了重量，就会塌陷，引起地震。

地球妈妈在哭泣：“快来救救我!救救人类!”让我们从小事做起：春季多植树，走进社区宣传垃圾分类……“勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之。”保护地球，保护资源!别让世界上最后一粒沙子变成人类一滴眼泪!

我相信，生活中的每个人不管是悲是喜，肯定都曾流泪过。有被老师批评流泪的；有因为自己心爱的东西破损而流泪的；有被好不容易的来的荣誉流泪的；还有因为自己做对了一道难题流泪的可是，有一样东西竟没有人为她流泪过，她就是我们的家园地球。

地球是我们的家园，它赐予了我们蓝天、白云、青山、绿水、空气、树木一切的一切都是地球赠给我的。没有地球就没有水，没有水就没有生命，没有生命就没有人类。我们现在的`美好生活都是地球创造了基础，地球就像一个妈妈，她竭尽全力为孩子们创造幸福。

原本的草地变成了草屋，草屋变成了石屋，石屋变成了木屋，木屋变成了水泥屋，水泥屋变成了高楼大厦。随着人类生活品质的提高，地球也慢慢地衰弱了。人们大量地砍伐树木，造成了精美的家具，森林中只剩下光秃秃的树桩；清澈见底的小河变得浑浊不清；蔚蓝晴空被雾霾侵占地球的环境被严重地破坏了。

虽然地球的环境已经遭到了严重地破坏，但人们并没有改过自新，反而越来越不环保。走在马路上随处可见塑料袋、饮料瓶等垃圾，即使在离垃圾桶近在咫尺的地方也能看到许多垃圾，有些人竟然把扔垃圾当成是投篮，要是没投进也转身走掉，你们可知道这会给环卫工人带来多少重的工作吗？

还有的人不管任何场合就随地吐痰，不仅破坏了自己的礼仪风度，还破坏了环境，真是得不偿失啊！还有的人踩踏草坪和花丛，自己抄小道节省了一两分钟，却踩死了许多小花和小草，你们有权利结束它们的生命吗？这些不文明的习惯加快了地球衰弱的速度。

其实，地球也在为我们人类现在的所作所为而默默哭泣，地球是我们的家园，我们应该保护我们的家园，就让我们为地球流泪，好好反省以前的过错，然后一起保护地球吧！

I caught a cold today

In this morning，I felt very uncomfortable when i wake up,after i got up，i

sneezed continuously,so i realized that i had caught a cold.Then i went to the

clinic nearby my home to see the doctor, the doctor prescribed some cold

medicine for me and told me to drink lots of hot water. After taking the pills i

had a good sleep,now i feel better,I hope i will be better soon.

Protecting the Environment

In the last several decades, our earth has been extremely polluted, such as air pollution, water pollution, noise pollution and so on. In recent years, the extreme weather becomes more and more frequent. Winter gets colder and summer becomes hotter and it rains more frequently. All of these warn us that protecting the environment is a serious and emergent event. As our general people, we should build proper lifestyle. We should pay attention to water and light saving.
