2 On July 23rd my parents took me to Beijing. We stayed at YuTingqiao hotel. On the first day, we went to the Great Wall. The Great Wall is very long and old. It has millions of bricks. Each brick is very big and heavy. Lots of people from different countries like climbing the Great Wall. We felt very tired when we climbed to the top of the Great Wall.

We also went to the Palace Museum. The Palace Museum has 9999 palaces. It has a very long history. I bought a lot of souvenirs of the Palace Museum. What nice palaces these are! it is sunny on 11th,april,saturday. My parents and I paid a visit to Qingdao by bus. There are many places of interest in Qingdao. we went to the beach, visited the Musuem and May 4th Square.It got its name in memory of the May 4th Movement. it is composed of the Shizhengting Square, the central square and the coastal park. We also had all kinds of delicious seafood. Although were tired,we had a good time. I want to visit Qingdao again.

为了能拍到夕阳西下的美景，我们下午三点多抵达响沙湾沙漠旅游景点，检票后，经过水泥小道，前面就是缆车站。

这里的缆车是开放式，一辆车只能坐两位，听导游说这里的缆车路程是中国之最。随着缆车缓缓开动，沙漠美景就呈现在我们的眼前，在金灿灿的阳光照射下，举目四望，连绵不断的沙丘高高低低一直铺向远方，一望无际，让人仿佛置身于波涛起伏的金黄色海洋之中，远处的蒙古包像朵小蘑菇在那里自由生长着，沙漠之舟的骆驼远远望去像一群忙碌的小蚂蚁在运送“粮食”。我兴奋的难以言表。

从缆车上向下俯视，沙丘上有许多不规则的线条，像海洋中的波浪一样，每个沙丘上都稀稀疏疏的野草，它们能在酷暑严寒缺水中生长，你看！它们长得还非常茁壮和翠绿，它们的生命力是多么顽强！

最好玩的要算是坐沙车了，一会儿上沙坡，一会儿下沙坡，好像玩过山车一样，我们和风儿一起唱呀，！呐喊呀！开心地乐不可支！我们的欢笑声和广阔无垠沙漠融合在一起。

最刺激的是滑沙，在差不多五层楼那么高的陡峭沙坡上，坐在一个滑板，从坡顶滑下来，当我坐上滑板往下冲时，我觉得自己像雄鹰展翅一样。飞流直下。看着大人们一个个紧张的样子更可笑，但每个人还是勇敢体验了一会。

时间过得特别快，夕阳染红天边，我们迎着晚霞离开好玩的响沙湾！

暑假终于到来了，我们全家终于有机会一起出门游玩了，所以妈妈要带我们去厦门旅游。和我们一起去的还有爸爸、奶奶和姥姥，我的心里写满了期待，厦门之旅会是什么样子的呢?

第二天，我们乘坐的飞机飞到了厦门，一下飞机，我就受不了了。一股热气扑面而来，就像刚出笼的包子一样，厦门不是像新疆那样干热，而是又潮湿又热。导游来接我们后，我们就去了厦门的第一个景点——南普罗寺。

导游告诉我们南普陀寺是厦门著名古刹，居于鹭岛名山五老峰前，背依秀奇群峰，面临碧澄海港，风景绝佳。始建于唐代，为闽南佛教胜地之一。寺内天王殿、大雄宝殿、大悲殿建筑精美，雄伟宏丽，各殿供奉弥勒、三世尊佛等。藏经阁珍藏佛教文物丰富多彩，有经典、佛像、宋代铜钟、古书等，明万历年间血书《妙法莲花经》和何朝宗名作白瓷观音等最为名贵。寺宇周围保留众多题刻，著名的有明万历陈第、沈有容题名石刻和清乾隆御制碑。寺后崖壁“佛”字石刻，高一丈四尺，宽一丈。寺后五峰屏立，松竹翠郁，岩壑幽美，号“五老凌霄”，是厦门大八景之一。

美丽的南普罗寺，给我留下了深刻的印象。

今天一大早，我满怀着激动的心情大步走向汽车。你知道我为什么这么兴奋吗？因为我们要去厦门的鼓浪屿。

在路上，我觉得天是那么蓝，树是那么绿，花儿好像在向我挥手，草儿好像在向我点头，一切是那么美好啊！经过十几个小时的行驶，我们终于来到了我梦寐以求的厦门。那时已经已经是早上五点多了，天还是灰蒙蒙的，为了能早点目睹鼓浪屿的美景，我们早早地来到了售票处，谁知那里已经人声鼎沸，人山人海。我迅速地站到了队尾，焦急地等待着，十分钟过去了……半小时过去了，天渐渐亮了起来，售票广场上的人越来越多，终于买到了登船门票。我们一行人急冲冲地跑向码头，搭上了轮船。海面在太阳光的照射下，波光粼粼。过了一会儿，我们下了轮船。“鼓浪屿”三个大字出现在了眼前，我仔细地看了一下地图，发现鼓浪屿其实是一个小岛，虽然区域面积非常小，但是却有很多的旅游景点。如：钢琴博物馆、皓月园、日光岩、沙滩，我最喜欢的要数沙滩了，金色的沙子被海浪冲得很平整。我忍不住脱掉鞋子奔向大海，沙滩上留下了我的小足迹，一股浪潮击来，拍打着我的脚，好像在说：小朋友，跟我来做个游戏吧！”我用自己的小脚丫在沙子里用力地踩出了一个深深的小脚印，然后在旁边刻画出了自己的名字。这时大浪袭来，我的脚印和名字转眼消失了。我不仅感叹道：“多么神奇的大海呀！”

厦门之旅使我非常难忘，因为在那里留下了我的欢声和笑语。

When it comes to what impacts it would bring, in my eyes, it would give a huge boost to tour industry both at home and abroad. And it would give Chinese deeper insights into foreign cultures. Of course, the dark side of this phenomenon also exists. For instance, the uncivilized behavior of some Chinese tourists may have a negative impact on China‘s image. Anyway, overseas travel is beneficial. What really needs to occur is consumer education.
