Our school is in the west of the city. It is very big with a tall teaching building.

Our school is so beautiful that we all like it very much.

Computer games is a hot topic nowadays. Some people hold that it is bad.

And others hold that it is good. In my view, whether good or bad is determined

by the players.

If one plays computer game properly in his spare time, computer games can

be an excellent source of joy. For example, something impossible in your real

life can be realized in the computer

games. You can pilot a space craft and travel in the universe. Every coin

has two sides. If one plays computer game excessivly, it may affects his

eyesight and study.

The computer games itself is only a tool like knife. If we use it properly,

it can pare apples. But if we use it to attack others. It immediatly becomes an

lethal weapon.

I am xxx. I was born in Changsha. I graduate from senior high school and major in English. I started learning English since I was 12 years old. My parents have a lot of American friends. That’s why I have no problem communicating with Americans or others by speaking English.

In my spare time, I like to do anything relating to English such as listening to English songs, watching English movies or TV programs, or even attending the activities held by some English clubs or institutes. I used to go abroad for a short- term English study. During that time, I learned a lot of daily life English and saw a lot of different things.

I think language is very interesting. I could express one substance by using different sounds. So I wish I could study and read more English literatures and enlarge my knowledge.

记得有一次，是在放学的路上，我们班的某一个女生，不小心撞到了我的耳朵，把我的耳钉撞掉了，耳朵还流血了，我便大哭起来，我们班的几个女生都在安慰我，可是，她们谁安慰我都不行，我就是哭。

我还有一大优势：有恒心。

那天，我和我的朋友一起剥花生，开始，我们觉得这是一种乐趣，就开始高高兴兴的剥了起来。可是，我们还没有剥到一半，我们就觉得没意思了，我的朋友便去看电视了，正在我想走进屋里看电视时，我的耳边就回荡起了妈妈的那句话：做事情要有始有终，有恒心。然后，我又坐在那里剥起了花生，最后，我坚持下来，终于，慢慢一盘的花生便呈现在我的眼前！这是对我恒心的一个小小的考验。我看到了我的大海，我看到了我的成果，我好高兴！

这就是我，一个既爱哭，又有恒心的可爱的小女孩。

我最喜欢的颜色是蓝色。人家说，喜欢蓝色的人性格活泼直率，有极加的变通能力。说到这里，我不由地想到我的性格，我的确是个有个性、敢作敢为、敢说话的人。一次，妈妈带我去她的同学家玩。刚到那位阿姨家，我便见到一位小妹妹躲阿姨家，好像很怕生。我见到此景，便知道可以表现以下我的交友能力啦。我坐到了那位小妹妹身边，伸出手，说道：“来，我们交个朋友吧！”她也伸出手，和我握了握。聊了一会儿，我和那位小妹妹便成了无话不谈的好朋友。因为我的口才，我的人缘特别的好，上课发言也总有我的份。我长大想当一名律师，难道从小开始练习口才不是我长大当律师打下的基础吗？

我有许多爱好。但最让我喜爱的还是看书。我喜爱阅读，不单是它能教我许多知识，它还能我心情愉快，变的开朗活泼。一天，我在学校处的很不愉快，百般无厌地回到家。见到父母亲，因为心情不好，而跟他们大吵一架。这时，心情落到了最地层，我躲在房间，无意中翻开一本逗你笑一笑的笑话书，书里又浮县出我百看不厌的的笑话。不一会儿，我就被这本书逗笑了。我的心情仿佛又好了许多，回忆起刚才对父母亲的不不对，真实惭愧不已呀！

这就是我，一个普普通通的小男孩。

在学校里，许多人以为我很内向，但在生活中其实我和班里的其他同学差不多，爱说话、活泼。尤其到了星期六星期天，有时把作业好不容易做完了，就合院子里的朋友们一起在中心花园奔跑、玩耍，当然也没疯到容易发生危险的程度。

有时把家里弄的乱七八糟，收拾就要花半小时左右的时间，因为我的玩具实在多得不得了，桌子底下全是，怎么收拾到最后还是弄不到一块儿。

有人可能以为我写作业很快，其实并不是这样的，每天几乎都要写到八九点。如果哪个老师给我们布置一个小报或作文，我就只能拖到星期天才肯做，因为光想就要花大半天。虽然我作文写得看起来不错，但那并不是我的强项，除非是命题作文或编故事，每当要做这类作业时我都认为压力很大，小学生可真辛苦，刚出生时其实多么幸福。

我原来体质很差，所以体育一直不好，但没想到我只是在家练了几个星期，跑步和跳绳就有了很大提高，而且还在三跳运动会上和李丹婷取得了双人女子单摇第一名的好成绩。经过这一次运动会后，我对体育方面有重新有了自信心。

最近要开运动会了，老师在选跑步的运动员，让我们跑八百米。可我才跑了四百米就不行了，其他很多同学都跑完了。所以我以后还要继续努力，好好锻炼身体。

人无完人，金无足赤。以后我还需学会取人之长补己之短，让我为班集体争光，做一名优秀的小学生！

我走到镜子前面，看看镜子中的他。我笑，他也笑；我哭，他也哭。我向他招招手，他对我说：“你好，我叫延立敏。”一双水汪汪的眼睛，两条眉毛乌黑，一个不高不低的鼻子下面是一张樱桃小嘴，笑一笑，两排美中不足的牙齿站在嘴巴里。一张瓜子脸后面扎着一只马尾辫。中等身材，体形瘦瘦的，让人觉得弱不禁风。这就是我——一个开朗、乐观的女孩子。我喜欢旅行，从小就幻想能到威尼斯玩一玩。

有人说，人最大的敌人是自己；而我要说，人最好的朋友是自己。有人说，人最有力的竞争对手是自己；而我要说，人最好的合作伙伴是自己。有的`人捶胸顿足地埋怨上天让自己怀才不遇，而我要为自己当一次伯乐。因为，我了解自己。

才学着说话，坐在床上闲着无聊，便拿起笔乱画。不经意间，竟一口气从1写到了100。那张嘴巴蕴藏着丰富的表情：高兴时，撇撇嘴，扮个鬼脸，生气时，噘起嘴能挂住一把小茶壶。从这张嘴巴说出的话，有时能气得别人火冒三丈，抽泣大止，有时却能让人大笑不已，哭笑不得。那年，我才2岁。

我这个人不仅感情丰富，还也很爱动。一有空，我便拿出铅笔在美术本上勾勾画画，画熟了，便三笔两笔地画出一只小狗或树木之类的东西。画厌了，又不知从哪拿来的一团五彩缤纷的橡皮泥捏起来。我对未来初中的生活充满了期望。我希望能在这三年里快乐地度过，能和同学们结下深厚的友谊，能从老师那里学到更多的知识和道理。
