眼泪，可以毫无顾虑地流下；悲伤可以毫无顾虑地扔掉；快乐，可以传染身边的每一个人。我真正明白了：哭，不是懦弱的表现，眼泪也不是弱者的代名词，它是一种无拘无束的豁达，是一种情感的表达。但走出悲伤后，要背上不论多重的行囊，向着目标，一步一个脚印，笔直的路将会在前方延伸。切记，一定不要在悲伤中过多停留，让希望与自信在我们的世界布满。
