speech. Also its a good chance for me to improve my English. I hope I can make

a good performance today. The topic of my speech is "After studying here".

Before I came here, I can never imagine that I can learn so much knowledge

about other countries, which cant be got from my books in school. Three months

ago, I took my first class. Unfortunately, I felt so embarrassed, because I even

cant speak any words, though I know I really love English.

After that, I took some of my tutors advice and previewed the lesson that

I’ll learn. What’s more, in every class, I JUST try my best to say as much as

possible. Now, I can only remember it’s a really hard time. What’s worse, I had

to go to my high school and went there at the same time.

After several weeks, I began to get used to the atmosphere in web .At least

Im not afraid to speak in front of my tutor and foreign teachers.

During web’s period, I found I had improved a lot, both physically and

mentally. For example, how to be a confident person, how to plan for my future.

And the most important is that I have learnt how to communicate with others,

which is a necessary skill. Nowadays studying is not the only thing that we high

school students should do, there are some more important things we have

ignored.

First, I am grateful for my parents. They have spent so much money for me,

but never ask for anything in return. I really know how hard it is to work on

such living conditions.

Now it’s time to introduce my tutor sally. It was she that led me to the

right studying here. It was she that helped me deal with all kinds of annoying

things. Also there are some other teachers that I appreciate, especially Laura

and Anita. Of course, I like to take foreign teachers classes. Anyway, thanks

all of you!

I know I am young; there is a long way in my life. I have to face the

difficulties and solve them by myself. But I know I must keep on my dream, I

agree that If you put your mind to, you can accomplish anything.

I know I’m not the best ,but I’m the most diligent one，I hope you can

我叫xxx，今年十二岁，生日是四月十七日，可爱的白羊座，万能的O型血，我毕业于利辛县实验小学。

我是那种“，动如脱兔”的类型，鼻梁上架着一副眼镜，哎！都是电脑惹的祸啊！我个子不算高，不过短小精悍，浓缩就是精华嘛！

我的成绩嘛，小学在班上还不错喽，多次获得各科奖项，曾任班长、中队长、大队委和副大队长，也是老师的得意弟子，然而这都已成为过去。在现今这个高手云集的班级里，我已感到了压力。不过我相信，压力就是动力，我一定会努力加油的！

我喜欢体育，爱跑步、跳绳和乒乓球，小学还多次在运动会上获奖；我经常参加学校组织的各类活动，表现也比较好，很多时候，都被当成榜样。

以前班上的同学和朋友都上了各自不同的中学，到水二中的很少。所以，在新的环境中，我相信我会认识更多的新朋友，希望大家也能愿意和我交朋友。

通过我的描述，相信大家对我有所了解了吧，在接下来的三年的学习期间，希望我们愉快相处。

Stress is a state of being upset that happens when we are under pressure.

Both our feelings and our bodies get upset.

We can even get emotionally and physically sick if we have too much stress

for too long. Stress can come at us from every direction. For instance, it can

come from fights with other people. It can come when we have too many things to

do and too little time to do them. It can also come when we do not have enough

money to pay for what we want. Since stress can make us sick, we have to learn

how to deal with it. There are good ways and bad ways to do so. We should deal

with stress in good ways, of course. Good ways to cut down on stress include

changing our lifestyles. For example, we can learn either to get along with

people or to stay away from them. We can decide what to do now, what to do

later, and what to leave off doing forever.

We can also figure out how to get money or we can cut down on what we want.

We should not deal with stress in bad ways because bad ways to cut down on

stress just lead to more troubles, for example, skipping out and leaving our

work undone, blaming our problems on someone else, stealing or cheating.

我的性格就像一朵变幻莫测的云，一会儿一个样，这会儿可能还是温顺的小绵羊，但下一秒可能就变成了凶巴巴的大白狼。这就是多面的我！

我又大方又小气，为什么大方？因为我喜欢分享的快乐。一次，我带了满满一袋糖果，口袋塞得像猪八戒的肚子，鼓鼓着都撑快爆了！结果，同学们像饿狼看到羊一般，扑向了我，而我毫不犹豫地把这甜蜜的供品奉上，因为跟别人分享，自己的心里也好像长出了一朵芬芳的花。可为什么我又小气呢？一次美术课上，同桌想跟我借卡纸，想到他平时上课那么不认真，我一眼都懒得理他，一脸嫌弃地说:不给！他苦苦地恳求：就一张，不多不少，就一张！我恶狠狠地瞪着他，生气地说：不给，谁让你上课总不专心，这就是惩罚！他马上乖乖就范，不敢再说话。这就我爱憎分明的小气啦！

我既勤快又有点小懒惰，为什么勤快？一旦我勤快起来，那可是谁也拦不住的。像妈妈做午饭时，我就义不容辞的成了协助小能手啦！从洗菜到切菜，一条龙服务，而且质量保证过关合格。妈妈的夸奖就是我变身勤快小公主的动力。那为什么会懒呢？这个让我来举个例子吧！就像晒被子一类的活，一旦妈妈给我下干活指令，懒洋洋的爸爸就会推三阻四，我也赶紧躲得远远的，生怕被妈妈抓去，最后的结果一般都是妈妈自己乖乖无奈的收拾残局，我想：生活里的小懒惰你也应该有过吧！哈哈......

我就是一朵云，一朵飘忽不定的云！为什么人会有这么多面呢？我认为在不同情况下人的性格会变，你觉得呢？
