说起骑单车，我是去年的暑假在华师大学的。开始时，我骑得好慢，我心想：首先练好车技，然后再来快的。慢慢地我的车速快起来，脚好似跑步的，单车风驰电掣的飞起来，突然前面出现了一个超级斜坡，我赶紧刹车也停不下来，非常紧张。由于车速太快，单车飞离地面有几厘米高。这时我真是又紧张又兴奋，不知如何是好。单车离地面越来越低，我心就越来越紧张，想刹车，但是又有可能惯性把我摔倒；不刹嘛，怕单车到地时再刹会失灵，摔得更惨。我下定决心刹车，争分夺秒为车子减速，最终还是摔跤了，但不是太重，我倍感幸运。我经过这次的教训，再也不敢把车子骑得太快了。

这就是我，这就是镇定的我。
