As for me, I dont like to travel in this hot weather. I just want to stay

outside scenery. Sometimes I will read some books, enjoy the novel and make

myself lost in the fiction world. The things I like to do most is to find a

coffee shop and then choose a table that is near the window, so that I can see

今天，是20--年的跨年元旦，回顾20--年，我成长了许多，我学会了许多知识，更懂得要与同学们和睦相处。

我一大早就迈着轻盈的脚步来到了学习，手里还提着一大袋沉重的零食，望着我们的教室，心想：我们班现在会变成什么样子呢？同学们会在干什么呢？我兴冲冲地奔入了教室，一进屋就看到了同学们忙碌的样子，有画画的，有挂气球的，大家都在忙着装饰教室，因为我们这次的主题是“绿色、节俭、温馨、健康向上，”不需要奢华的物品，黑板都是用粉笔勾勒出的画，虽然节俭，但是也可以把教室打扮得金碧辉煌。

老师宣布元旦联欢会开始后，第一个表演节目的就是我，我紧张地走到台中央，吹起了一曲《感恩的心》，我想着：怎么办，我根本就不熟练。但是，我竟出人意料地吹了下来，真是不可思议，我向大家鞠了躬，就走下了台，台下一片鼓掌声。

在所有节目中，最让我难忘的就是班里五名同学表演的小品《奇葩的同学》，其中笑点很多，把我们平时学的知识都编成了一个个搞笑的段子，比如“投篮”想象成了“头蓝”，还有把乘法口诀编成了“一一”不舍、五八“同城”、九九“鸭脖”，逗得全班同学们捧腹大笑，还有数学中的“鸡兔同笼”问题，让他们编成了带有很多包袱的小品，比如鸡为什么要和兔关在一起？怎么不和狗关在一起？问题提出了很多，很有笑点。同学们的活学活用真是让我佩服的五体投地。

随着时间的推移，联欢会接近了尾声，我们与老师拍了一张合照。元旦就在这同学们的欢声笑语中度过了。希望20--年的我会更加努力，有更大的进步。希望我们的学校越来越好，希望我们的祖国越来越富强、昌盛。

为什么狗会占在马的位置上呢？

换句话说，你在有才，你今天没有帮助这个企业

在某前的阶段达成有价值的目标

请问，这个才有没有用呢/？这个才叫通才，是没有用的

我在企业当中见到过很多有才人，

但是他们在企业当中并没有展现出来！

并没有得到一个很好的位置而这些人还特别郁闷，抱怨，一致闷闷不乐

是因为他们拥有的才不否和企业目前发展所需要的技能跟能力结构

什么叫做德？

在企业当中，这个德是指你要和这个企业的愿景，理念以及价值观保持高度一致，

随时随地能在企业的各种场合能够尽情的发挥出来

你还要爱岗敬业，能吃苦耐劳勤不怕脏累，热爱企业，报效企业，为企业做贡献

There is a legend about a bird which sings just once in its life, more sweetly than any other creature on the face of the earth. From the moment it lea一ves the nest it searches for a thorn tree, and does not rest until it has found one. Then, singing among the sa一vage branches, it impales itself upon the longest, sharpest spine. And, dying, it rises above its own agony to out- carol the lark and the nightingale. I read the book then watched the movie, both of them ga一ve me great shock, I really admire Meggie,she had the courage to use her whole life to love Ralph, never ga一ve up. She believed that she would love Ralph only in her life. But I don’t like Meggie’s attitude to love, Ralph is a Father, and he mustn’t love Meggie, they really loved each other, but they are not destined to be together. So in my opinion I think Meggie should give in, she shouldn’t fight with God, Ralph had told her he would serve God forever, so Meggie wouldn’t win. Maybe giving up is a good choice. Their love is painful.

Tell the turth I don’t like Meggie neither Ralph, Ralph could not give Meggie happniess while Meggie couldn’t support Ralph to concentrate on his work. So they would not ha一ve happy life, they only made each other feel sad .

Frank is my fa一vorite role. he was short but strong ,and he was one of the main labor in his family. He didn’t want to be a shepherd, but the family needed him , and he must feed he the sheep so that everybody in his family can live better. Once he escaped from home , but it wassn’t long before his father found him and take him home. I feel so sorry that he had a miserable fate. He longed for freedom but most of his life didn’t belong to himself, it’s really a pity .

Frank was different to every man in their home, he loved his mother deeply, and he always helped his mother do the housework. he dreamed to be an outstanding boxer. Frank was considerable, and he always try his best to make Meggie feel happy. As Meggie’s oldest brother, he could be worried about Meggie’s fa一vorite doll, and he even tried to fixed the doll which was distroyed by Meggie’s other brothers. Frank and Meggie would always tell each other what they thought in their deep heart , and they are close friends.

I was so sad when I learned that Frank killed a man and he was sent to the prision. It is really a big shock to Meggie, for Frank was the only one who can listen to Meggie’s secrets. She thought she lost Frank forever. I cannot imagine how painful for Frank to spend dozens years in the prision. He once had good dream about his life, but he had to waste most of his life in prision. In my opinion it was Frank’s father that distoryed his life. His father didn’ t give him freedom, and Frank can’t had strong resistance spirits, and because he didn’t control himself and broke the law.The energitic Frank will never come to us, and he became a man who didn’t wanna talk. He began to be afraid of the world…it is really a pity.

As for Meggie, I think she was a good girl. She was beautiful and smart, but she it was wrong for her to love Ralph. Meggie was an excellent girl, she was able to find an outstanding boy to love her, but she put all her love on Ralph even she married Luke. She married Luke just because Luke looked like Ralph. Meggie wanna be a thorn bird, but I think it was too cruel to her. She was so kind that she shouldn’t stand that king of pain, and I think she was born to ha一ve a happy life. I pity for her.

Both the story of thorn birds and the legend are painful and beautiful, but not every one can be the thorn birds, because it is not our porpose to ha一ve a painful life. We are born to be happy. Olny happiness is the ture meaning of life while the story was written for us to enrich our life. It is a wonderful story.

The large number of our population has become one of the most serious

problems of our society. According to a recent survey of the National Bureau of

Statistics, there are more than 1.3 billion people in our country, which account

for about 1/5 of all the people in the world. the same survey also predicts that

our population will grow quickly in the years to come.

Overpopulation has brought about a series of negative effects to our

economic development and social security. In the first place, too many people

impose a heavy burden on our environment. As a result, we suffer from a shortage

of fresh water and natural resources. In the second place, as the supply of

labor GREatly exceeds the demand of the society, many people become employed.

This is a source of social unrest. Last but not least, we have to manufacture

all kinds of products to meet the needs of the people, which causes environment

pollution to our lakes and land.

Serious though the problem seems, we have to take some measures to tackle

it. On the one hand, the government should carry out more strictly the policy of

family planning, thus reducing the total number of population. On the other

hand, all the people should realize the harms of overpopulation. With the

concerted efforts of all the parties concerned, we’re sure to solve the problem

后来，我到外面读书了，再后来，我远离家乡当兵了。部队四年，是我人生中的丰盈，却也让我生命中有了一个不可隬补的遗憾。在一个热得让人心烦意躁的夜晚，我接到了奶奶的病危通知书。离家几千里之外，等我请得假来，等我风尘仆仆地奔回家时，奶奶已驾鹤西去，我竟见不着她老人家的最后一面!跪.倒灵前，我泪如雨下，哭喊着，我声嘶力竭。守灵时，妈妈拿出一罐未开封的饼干，对我说：女儿，这是奶奶留给你的，前段日子，还念着这是你最喜欢吃的饼，不舍得吃，特意要在你年末探亲时再给你，但如今……妈妈哽咽着无法成语。颤颤地接过罐子，抚摸着，我分明触摸到了奶奶的气息，那样的温暖与熟悉呀。颤颤地打开它，和着迸流的泪水，我吞咽着，吞咽着奶奶的惦念与爱护。我，再也没有机会对奶奶尽孝了！我，再也无法承欢于奶奶的膝下了！

有了问，我们才能不断创新。18世纪时一个叫盎布鲁格的医生他对一位病人的病情束手无策，病人去世后他不断询问其他医生查看医书，反复对自己提出疑问，最终探索出了通过叩击胸腔，倾听胸腔音变就可以诊断出胸部疾病的方法。这一发现对后世影响很大，拯救了无数病患。盎布鲁格的医生正是心中有疑问，不愿放弃才有了这一成就，若是换做一个不喜提问的人情况可能就大不相同了。可见问的力量不容忽视。

“问”简简单单的一个字，却包含着千千万万个问题；“问”寥寥数笔的一个字，却包含着数不清的努力与奋斗；“问”普普通通的一个字，却总让人发现它的奇妙与非同一般。既然它如此富有内涵，那便让我们问的明白，问的高兴，问的超脱！

很多时候，我们总是被最初的心动压上全部的执着，即使我们都已经猜到了结局，可是就是会想去追寻，只为那最初的心动。

曾经有过那么一个女孩，脾气有点坏，一直不屑于家庭，总是自以为是的认为，即使没有爸爸妈妈的帮助也可以活下去，也可以活的好好的，有一天她认识了一个学长，比她高一个年级，他们每天都会聊天，每天女孩都会寻话题聊，从日常生活到了人生理想，学长表现的很稳重成熟，女孩则是一副逆反的心里，把自己所想的都说了出来，甚至离家出走…学长听到后，立马劝阻…女孩还是好倔强，最后，学长只留下了一句“希望好自为之，不要让我失望”，最后，那成为了他们最后一次聊天。

从那以后女孩也坠入了低谷，学习在下滑，老师也找过她谈过几次话，之后再也没用过了，在那段时间里，女孩整天玩着手机，甚至要到三四点，到上课就睡觉……后来，女孩在听到了一句话，成为了她的转折点，回到宿舍后，她想了很多认为自己不能再这个样子，要证明自己说的（和学长说的那些想法）并不只是天真的想法，而是自己人生的追求，也不想让曾经那么信任自己的人失望…后来女孩整天埋头在学习，每天的忙碌…终于女孩做到了，她做到了，可是再也找不到学长（毕业）了，不知道他在哪里，也不敢联系，就算自己做到了，可是还是不敢…

点评：执着，似乎是时下青春里最好的代名词一般，每个年轻人身上都背负着“执着”的代言。文字简单自然、朴实大方，也基本上表现了女孩的基本的特点！

幸福的礼物

“噼噼啪啪……”热闹的爆竹声响彻云霄，绚丽多彩的烟花在夜空中绽放，我们在冬天迎来了春节。在这喜庆的节日里，冬天不再寒冷，人们团聚在家中，欢乐无比，一起见证新年的到来。听，我们家录音机中播放着《春节序曲》，欢乐的喜气荡漾在我们家。大家忙得不亦乐乎。爷爷忙着把灯笼挂上墙，“爷爷，我来!你腿脚不方便。”我赶紧去帮忙，搬来小椅子，掂起脚尖，小心翼翼地把灯笼挂了上去。“呵呵，我们家的小不点长大了!”那灯笼在灯光的照耀下，更加红艳。“走，我们再去贴春联。你贴上联，我贴下联。”“春满人间欢歌阵阵。”我展开春联，抑扬顿挫地念道。“福临门第喜气洋洋。”爷爷也摇晃着脑袋，用不标准的“江阴普通话”对道。“哈哈，横批：五福四海!”祖孙俩异口同声。厨房里飘出了诱人的饭菜香，原来是妈妈正在准备丰盛的团圆饭。“吃年夜饭了!”大家欢聚一堂，品尝着桌上香掉牙的佳肴，欣赏着窗外美丽的烟花，我们全家完全沉醉在浓浓的年味儿中了。随后，“第二道年夜饭”——春节联欢晚会“上桌”了，欢笑声，赞叹声，融合一体，交汇成了一首幸福的交响曲。冬天啊，你给我带来了幸福。

Zhang Dong is my best friend. He entered our class last semester. He is a

boy. Both of us are good at English, so we often have a chat in English in our

spare time. After school, we often play football together on the playground. He

runs so fast that I can not catch up with him. He is an excellent student. He

But in our life, there are a lot of people have the bad habit of smoking, though they know the dangers of smoking to human body, but they are going to do, or really confusing.

In my side, though in many places with big slogan: no smoking, but there are still many people smoking unashamed. Although the cigarette case, all printed with the words, "smoking is harmful to health" but people turn a blind eye, to continue to their "hobby".

在我的身边，虽然在许多地方贴着大大的标语：禁止吸烟，但是还是有许多人毫无顾忌的吸烟。虽然在所有的香烟盒上，都印着“吸烟有害健康”的字样，但是人们视而不见，继续他们的“爱好”。

“商家既然知道‘吸烟有害健康’，为什么还要生产香烟呢?”我感到疑惑不解。不知是谁答道：“当然是因为吸烟的人多，生产香烟有钱赚咯。”我想：如果国家增加税，让商家赚不到钱，反而亏本，会不会减少香烟的身产于享受呢?答案是肯定的。当国家像“虎门销烟”一样来对待香烟，吸烟者一定会像吸食鸦片的人一样，变得越来越少，说到香烟危害的人也会越来越少。

吸烟的危害数不胜数，所以我奉劝那些吸烟者：吸烟只有害处，吸烟只是能满足呢们的一种欲望罢了，所以你们还是尽早把烟戒掉吧。

Echo,my favourite teacher,is a pretty and slim lady.One of the most

important reason that I like her is that she is very sincere.When she talks to

others,she always has a smile on her face.I think Echo is a natural teacher

beacuse she has a lot of good methods on teaching.She is not only quite

friendly, but also humorous.Her class is full of fun that you have never feel

bored.To improve our grades,she usually gives us some advices about how to learn

English well.Whats more,she sacrificed her own time to help every student,no

thought of gain.Sometimes,she nearly has no time to have lunch.When I ask her

questions,she must spare no effort to make me understand,with patience and

careness.I have never seen such a good teacher as her before.A good teacher can

point out the direction and give you endless strength when you get into

trouble.Im lucky enough to have such a good teacher present to my life. Echo

has a great inflence on me.Im thankful her help very much.
