We stayed in the Shu Ren College. There are many big trees around it. We had meals in the restaurants, but I didnt like the food.

I have a very cheerful holiday in “The National Day”. My parent and I went to Shanghai about nine days ago. 经过了一个假期的休整，迎着新学期的灿烂阳光，大家精神饱满地步入校园，我们又相会在这片芳草地，共同迎接又一个新的开始。一样的老师，一样的同学，却是不一样的心情。少了高一的潇洒与放纵，多了高二的紧张与凝重。如果说高一是我们高中生活的开幕式，那么高二无疑是我们高中生活的重头戏。至于高三那个闭幕式的成功与否，就完全取决于高二这场重头戏的精彩与否了。

在新学年中我们面临新的挑战，同时也孕育新的希望和憧憬。我们每一位同学都应站在新的起跑线上认真审视自己，以满腔的热情投入到新的学习生活中去，以自己的勤奋与智慧书写新学年的新篇章。

有一句话说得好：“我们不能选择生活，但是可以选择生活的态度。”好的态度能弥补不足，不良的态度将使优势变成劣势。成功和失败往往取决于两种态度：一种是积极向上，一种是消极悲观。一个人的态度决定了他的将来，态度是通往成功之门的钥匙，它始终会影响一个人学习和生活的质量。所以，我希望我们每一位同学都能发扬积极进取、意志坚定、刻苦学习的精神，要有责任心、要经得起挫折，要乐观坚强，要胸有大志，要用积极的态度创就我们人生的辉煌。 作为学生，始终要把学习放在第一位。只要你踏实，永不言弃，就势必会走在前列，重要的是：千万不要失去了学习的目标。一个人做事想要成功，就必须先树立目标，一旦有了目标，你就会有足够的时间和精力来学好每一门科目，你可以为自己制定一个短期的学习目标。任何成功的获得都要靠自己的努力，要踏踏实实，端正态度，认真对待学习中的挫折和失败。上课时，你必须全神贯注地认真听讲，尤其要注意老师强调的重点。其次要注意预习时标记的不懂之处，当老师讲到该处时，一定要仔细听，积极思考。要知道学习是没有捷径可以走的，很多东西在追求前是个梦，追求过程中是篇诗，追求后则是一首老歌。惟有追求的过程才是最美丽、最浪漫的时节。

昨天的一粒种子和一滴汗水，是今天的一朵花和一个硕果，无论是在课堂激烈的讨论中，还是在操场热情的跑道上，请尽情享受属于你的那一片天空吧!古人云：“天行健，君子以自强不息!”让我们在这新一轮朝阳升起的时刻，为了自己的理想共同努力!

Before we read the books, the introduction will be showed ahead of the

stories’ beginning. At first, I get used to the introduction and have the main

idea of the stories. But later, as I read more books, I find the introduction is

not a good way to help readers to appreciate the charm of the stories. Usually,

the readers will get the main idea before they read the stories, because some

introduction is very specific, even the ending of the story is being told, so

readers will not feel excited and surprised in the process of reading. While if

they havent read the introduction, then every detail of the story will attract

them, because they have no idea what will happen in the next chapter. So I

advise not to read the introduction, and the unknown plot is full of

attraction.

I always think there is not enough time. For example， I have just taken a

three-day holiday. But when I look back， I just feel that it‘s only one day.

There goes a proverb， “Time is money”。 Now I want to say， time is more precious

than money， because when money is spent， we can earn some more again. However，

when time is gone or lost， never will it return.

Time goes without being noticed. The time for our study and work is usually

limited. So I think we must make full use of our time. But it‘s a pity that I am

always not aware of the importance of time until it’s too late.

So I think， I should get into the good habit of saving time because wasting

time is equal to wasting one‘s life. Do not put off what can be done today till

tomorrow!

I grew up in a small village. I am the second child of the family, and my sister is the eldest. Our house is on the main street of the village so I always saw a lot of people on the streets There were farmers, fishermen, and a few merchants in the village. My sister and I used to play with the next-door children; their father is an elementary school teacher. Sometimes when we played together in the house we made so much noise that my mother wanted us to play outside, so we went to the seashore to look for crabs and clams, and pretty seashells, too. Also, we enjoyed running on the beach chasing each other. On breezy days we used to enjoy flying kites on the beach. When I look back on my early life in the village, I feel I had a happy childhood.

我在一个小村庄里长大。我的第二个孩子的家庭，和我的姐姐是老大。我们的房子是在村里的大街，所以我总是看到很多人在街上有农民，渔民，和村里几个商人。我的妹妹和我经常玩邻家的孩子;他们的父亲是小学教师。有时，当我们发挥我们在房子里做了这么多的噪音，我的母亲希望我们在外面玩，所以我们去海边寻找螃蟹和蛤蜊，和美丽的贝壳，太。同时，我们喜欢跑在沙滩上互相追逐。在起风的日子里，我们喜欢在海滩上放风筝。当我回头看我的早期生活在村里，我觉得我有一个快乐的童年。
