I am a college student, this is my fourth year in the college, which means

转眼看我们的生活，生日吃蛋糕似乎已经成了一个不成文的习俗。一个好的生日蛋糕，是甜而不腻的，需要的不仅仅是香甜的奶油，还有松软的蛋糕。一个事物不是整体，多样的世界才能带来美妙的触动。快乐的人们不占少数，满心忧愁的却也不见减少。

那些关于月的传说与诗歌，几乎每人都已耳熟能详，阴晴圆缺不定的月，寄托了那么多人的悲欢离合。秋月总能兴起秋思——愁。

月色是秋思的源泉，是悲哀幽骚悱怨沉郁的象征，世纪后运转的一个最神秘亦最自然的布景，是诗篇里最微妙的一个消息。

在月下，李白斗酒诗百篇，是思乡的离愁，是境地的凄凉。众人皆醉我独醒，止不住的愁情。

而围圆桌而坐的人们，看着千年不变的月亮，谈着谈了千年的嫦娥、吴刚、玉兔和砍不断的树，吃饱含温情的月饼。

同一个月亮，却让愁的人更愁，让乐的人更乐。愁的思绪编织绕人心头，推之不去。乐的幸福让人低笑，从而愈加喜悦。

渴望或恐惧，也因此因人而异了。

看花开，会让我想起花落。

听别人的快乐，却想到自己的悲伤。

知足而又长乐，以平静的心态看待一切。学着，在悲的时候寻找希望，在快乐时留意不足。

静观这一切，觉得幸福而平静。

I always dream about returning to the past. As many people say childhood is

the happiest and easiest time in one’s life.

Children show you their true emotions. They know what is compassion and

what is tolerance better than adults. In their world all real thoughts are

presented. They may easily have different opinions with others but they never

understand what is animosity. They enjoy making friends but they never think

about making social communication net. Every child talks from the bottom of his

heart without evil plans hidden and never intrigues against each other. Only in

children’s way can adults make our life simple more real and more enjoyable.

I wish everyone’s heart would keep as innocent and lovely as they ever did

in their childhood. Then the walls between our hearts can be broken down and the

world would be a better place to live in.

The Spring Festival is coming soon, I feel so excited, my parents will be home and get together with me. They are busy all the time and have less vacation, they told me that they would have 7 days off and promised to stay with me. I have made some plans for the coming festival and I can’t wait to carry them out.

春节很快就要到来了，我感到很兴奋，我的父母将会在家，和我呆在一起。他们一直都很忙，没有什么假期，他们告诉我们将会有一周的休假，并且承诺和我在一起。我已经为即将带来的春节制定了一些计划，迫不及待要执行。

At the eve of the Spring Festival, my parents decide to go back to my grandparents’ house, we will spend the important day together. It has been three years since we get united last time, I miss the happy atmosphere, we talked so happily. I also miss my grandparents’ food, it is so delicious, my grandma always knows how to satisfy my stomach.

在春节的前一天，我的父母打算回到祖父母的家里，我们会一起度过重要的一天。这离我们上次相聚已经有三年了，我很怀念那愉快的氛围，我们聊得很开心。我也怀念祖父母的食物，那很美味，我的祖母总是知道如何满足我的胃口。

I plan to go to the park with my parents, as they are busy all the time, so they want to play with me in this holiday. I can see the beautiful scenery and have a nice talk to my parents, we can challenge some game together.

我打算和我的父母一起去公园，由于他们总是一直很忙，因此他们想要在假期里和我一起玩耍。我可以看到美丽的风景，和父母愉快地聊聊天，我们也可以一起挑站游戏。

These are my plans, I think I will have a nice vacation with my family.

这就是我的计划，我觉得会和家人度过一个愉快的假期。

People are beginning to attach much more importance to their health these days than ever before. They begin to realize that good healthis the most valuable possession a person can have. However, many people dont know how to stay healthy although great efforts have been made in this regard. In my opinion, there are three things we can do if we want to be in good.

First, we should have the right food, because proper nutrition is the most important for good health. Avoid foods with lots of sugar and fat. Eat plenty of high protein foods, vegetables and fruits. Do not overeat. Secondly, we should get proper amount of sleep, because without enough sleep, we will often feel tired and irritable. Allow ourselves at least eight hours of sleep each day. Have a nap at noon if time permits. Finally, we should exercise regularly, because life depends on exercise. Regular exercise strengthens our hearts and lungs . In addition, it prevents us from putting on weight.

If everyone is to do so, there will be much less complaining about poor health and there will be much more happiness in our life.

人们开始更加重视他们的健康现在比以往任何时候都要多。他们开始意识到好的饶恕的人可以拥有最宝贵的财富。然而,许多人不知道如何保持健康在这方面虽然已经取得了巨大的努力。在我看来,有三件事我们可以做,如果我们要在好。

首先,我们应该有合适的食物,因为适当的营养是健康最重要。避免食物有大量的糖和脂肪。多吃高蛋白质食物,蔬菜和水果。不要吃得过多。其次,我们应该得到适量的睡眠,因为没有足够的睡眠,我们往往会感到疲倦和烦躁。让自己每天至少八小时的睡眠。如果时间许可,中午打个盹。最后,我们应该定期锻炼,因为生活取决于运动”。有规律的锻炼可以增强我们的心和肺。此外,它阻止我们发胖。

如果每个人都这样做,将会有更少抱怨糟糕的健康状况,将会有更多的幸福在我们的生活中。

光阴如梭岁月匆匆。飞逝的20XX年已被尘封的记忆所存，三百多个日日夜夜就这样不动声色的与我们擦肩而过，在忙忙碌碌中，转眼又迎来了新的一年。

站在新年的门槛上，我们习惯于回望——-不仅为了留恋，更是为了梦想与希望。回首自己过去的一年，生活中不乏酸甜苦辣，其中有成功的欢乐，也有失败的痛苦。无论是感激或遗憾，快乐或忧伤，平坦或挫折，收获或失去，都一直伴随生活。生活不是你想象的那么美好，也不像我们预测的那么顺畅，好在自己学会了包容别人，也学会了善待自己，懂得了珍惜生活中的那一缕阳光，开心过好每一天

曾经，我们幸福快乐，在美好的日子里感受无尽的欢乐；也曾我们苦闷焦虑，在失意的日子里品尝淡淡的苦涩。我们努力生活着，有期盼，有失望，也有迷惘。站在新年的起点上，总会有些触动我们心灵深处的东西，诸如时光的流逝，人生的易老。是呀，多少欢乐和失落，多少茫然和困惑，都成为无比美好的记忆了。

年年岁岁花相似，岁岁年年人不同。新年伊始，让我们把一切所经历过的，统统成为过去吧！以往的成功也好，失败也罢，让我们卸下沉重的包袱轻装上阵。新的一年，翻开新的一页，所有的期待与希望、向往与憧憬向我们走来。生活还要继续，梦想不断延伸，脚步依旧执着。整理好行囊，带上健康与平安，因为健康是幸福的起点，平安是最单纯的快乐，伴着一份好心情，微笑着出发，脚步轻盈，且歌且行。

新年新气象，让我们舞动起心灵的旋律，携一缕阳光，掬一捧清风，以崭新的姿态迎走进新的一年。认真地工作，从容地生活，微笑、自信，保持良好心态，让生活如歌，让日子鲜活。

Dear friends,

May I have your attention,please? I have an announcement to make.A student touring group from Australia is coming to visit our school on Friday afternoon,April 12.Our guests will arrive at 2:00 p.m.and leave at 6:00 p.m. We are going to hold a meeting to welcome them on the playground at 2:10 p.m..Everybody is required to attend it on time.After that,they will be shown around our classroom building,lab building,library,school-run factory and swimming-pool.Last of all,a get-together will be given in the auditorium.There will be singing,dancing,music,games and exchange of gifts.Please take an active part in it.
