Lily and I are very interested in science, so we decided to visit the Science Museum today. It is not too far from our homes.It is about two kilometers, so we thought it was better to go there by bike.

There we saw a lot of interesting things and equipment. We could touch them and even operate something. We thought we had learned a lot and were more interested in science.

4月25日，我们冒着蒙蒙细雨，带着好奇的心情。乘着汽车来到了座落在沙市区图书馆参观了《海洋珍奇动物》展览。

走进大厅，登上几级台阶来到了第一个展厅，使我最感兴趣的是古稀鱼类——中华鲟。

中华鲟身体的两侧披着纵行五道坚硬的鳞，骨欲柔软，属于软骨硬鳞鱼类。它头尖，口呈筒状，鱼体长约两至三米左右，但我们看到的大概是最小的，只有35～40厘米。它是于一亿五千年前中生代时期留下来为数不多的古稀鱼类。应此它在动物分类上占有独特的地位，是我们研究古代鱼类演变进化的“活化石”，属国家一类保护动物。

中华鲟，性成熟迟，一般要十至十五年。十几年的漫长生活，使它们的身体长得相当大了。因其鱼体属于所有长江鱼类之首，所以有“长江鱼王”之称。其次是我喜欢的一些五彩缤纷的贝壳，有虎斑宝贝、钳子、

胎贝、扇贝、珍珠贝壳、牡蛎贝壳等。大概过了四～五分钟，我们离开了第一个展厅。

走进第二个展厅，我最喜欢的是会飞的鱼——飞鱼。

飞鱼是一种具有滑翔能力的鱼类。它有一对发达的鱼鳍，伸展开就像小鸟的翅膀。当遇到敌害的时刻，便急速地摆动尾巴，尽力使鱼体跃出水面4～5米高，然后展开鱼鳍飞行。时间过的真快，我们依依不舍的离开了图书馆。

深深的海底，记下了地球历史的秘密;晶莹的海水，孕育着无数珍奇的生物种类。同学们，海底是无限美好的，让我们带着问号，去探索吧!

我们继续往前走，突然，“嗷呜”的一声吓了我们一跳，原来是大老虎发脾气了，瞧，它是在怨我们不给它吃的呢它贪婪的四处张望，好像在找什么，那凶猛的眼神，怪不得没人喂它食物呢?

我又看到了笨拙的大笨熊，可爱的大熊猫，还有机灵的小松鼠……它们长相不同，性格不同，真是惹人喜爱。

今天，我到镜湖圆参观了恐龙、亚热带蝴蝶化石西部巡回展。除了两个巨大的恐龙化石外，还展出了416种蝴蝶标本、以及三叶虫、恐龙蛋、六方珊瑚、海百合、野牛头等动植物的化石。

给我印象最深的有三叶虫化石，它的形状是椭圆形的，身上的骨骼呈条状，全身分三个部分;还有椭圆形的恐龙蛋;身上有许多蜂窝状的小孔、半圆形的六方珊瑚;三叠纪的海百合，杆是条状，花像贝壳，花脉像手指，杆上有许多节，跟现在市场上出售的百合花基本相同;晚更新世的野牛头，头顶像起伏不平的小山丘，头上部两侧对称长着一对儿牛角，牛角非常粗壮，可以看出这头野牛生前非常凶猛;枯叶蝶，翅膀像一片枯叶，当它落在树上的时候，如果不仔细看，一定会看成是一片树叶;猫头鹰蝶，展开的翅膀像猫头鹰的脸。

我最喜欢的是四川自贡市大山铺出土的距今约1.6亿年的多齿盐都龙，它是四脚行走、善于快跑的小型鸟脚类恐龙，体长约2米，体形纤细灵巧、头小、牙齿数目多，常常成群结队地出现于湖岸平原地带，以小型灌木的嫩叶为食，也吃少量昆虫和其它小动物。它的头是三角形的，长长的尾巴可以调节它长长身体的平衡，整个身体的形状是波浪型，背部较突出，肋骨较细，全身的骨头呈节状，最大一块骨头在臀部。前腿比后腿短，后腿主要用于行走，前腿是用来捕食的，前爪很锋利，应该是便于削下树叶和抓住小动物，后爪骨头非常结实，每个爪子都是5个脚爪，中指最长，每个指头都很锋利。

大自然真是丰富多采，将来我们还要继续去发现，去探索。

星期天，我一大早起床、刷牙、洗脸，然后吃饭。爷爷、奶奶、爸爸带我和弟弟、妹妹一家人去民族文化体育中心参观海洋生物展览。

一进展览厅大门，我就看到一群身上有漂亮花纹的鱼儿，大小像一本小字典。我们又往前走，看到一种特别奇怪的鱼，它的嘴很大，我不知道是什么鱼。它的边上一种和金鱼体型一样，颜色怪怪的鱼在游来游去。忽然，我看见地上静静地躺着一条鳄鱼，一个大约4岁的小女孩在摸它，于是我也大胆的去摸它。鳄鱼猛地一抬头，把我吓了一大跳。

爸爸边走边给我们照相，也给海洋生物照相，他指着一种像鸭子的海洋生物，告诉我它叫尖嘴鳄。再往前，一种大小和尖嘴鳄差不多，身上长满刺的生物，像海龟，又像刺猬，我问爸爸它是什么？爸爸说：“这是鳄龟”。我好奇地说：“鳄龟也有盔甲啊？”走到海洋老寿星海龟的身旁，我跟弟妹们说：“这只海龟这么大，我从来都没有见过。”一条嘴上长刺，还“穿”着硬壳的怪鱼趴在水底一动不动，我惊呼：“快看看，它嘴巴上还长着一根根细细的针呢！”把弟妹们逗得哈哈大笑。

之后，我们还观览了吓人的海怪、能踢的狗头鱼、可爱的海绵宝宝、凶狠的大鲨鱼等许许多多五颜六色、奇形怪状的海洋生物。“海洋的生物真多啊，真是一个奇妙的世界！”我高兴地对爷爷说。

回到家，爸爸叫我们写今天的事情，他还把我们今天的照片存了起来，说是记录着我们最快乐的时光。是啊，今天是我最高兴的日子哦！

今天是星期六，阳光明媚，在三教庙有一个海洋生物的展览，我和徐晨，江雨菲、祖雨童，还有王嘉琪提前约好的在大门口集合。下午一点半，我们到达了目的地买了门票，怀着好奇的心情去参观了。

我们又走向另外一间展厅，这里全是我们所学课文“黄山奇石”里面描写的那些怪石了，例如：“仙桃石”、“猴子观海”等等。可它们的年龄最小的就五亿岁，太神奇了！

我们出来的时候，还看见一位传奇人物的雕像，就是孔子。他底着头，闭着眼睛，好象在思考着什么。旁边是一座桥，桥下有一个传说中的金蝉，听说，谁能把一个石子仍进它的嘴里，那就说明他很有才华。

又回到大门口，我看见了一只大乌龟，它背着重重的壳，在水里游来游去。还有一个天文学家——张衡发明的“地动仪”，上面有一只大龙，周围有一圈小龙，只要是地动了，一只小龙嘴里就会吐出来一个球。有意思极了。

不知不觉，到了该出去的时间了，我们只好望了望燃灯佛舍利塔，奕奕不舍的离开了三教庙。

有好多家长都说上当了，因为宣传册上说是活的海洋生物展览，结果大部分都是标本。我妈妈说：“他们夸张的宣传是不对，但是标本也很值得参观，海洋生物神奇奥妙，等待人类的探索与研究。如果人类不保护海洋，继续制造污染垃圾，那么以后我们能看到的只有标本了”。妈妈说的对，只有保护环境，保护海洋，我们和海洋生物都会有一个美好的家园。

今天爸爸带我去参观科技馆。我很喜欢发明创造，我知道科学技术是人类进步的最大推动力。进入科技馆后，迎面采了一位讲解员给我们做讲解。我仔细听着他解释这些高科技产品的由采。那天，我看到了很多以前从没看到过的飞机模型、卫星模型等等。真是大开眼界的一天。

Today father took me to the Science and Technology Center. I am fond of invention very much. I know that science and technology is the greatest driving force of human progress. When we entered the Center, there came an interpreter who explained to us the process of those inventions. I saw many plane and satellite models that I have never seen before. Its really an eye-opening day to me.

On a Saturday afternoon our Chinese History teacher took us to visit a museum.

The exhibition hall was decorated in an antique mode. Charts and pictures were hung on the walls. Many ancient utensils, weapons and arms, robes, crowns, coins, or naments, books and farm tools as well as recently unearthed relics were exhibited. Each dynasty was presented in a separated room along with written and pictorial descriptions. Our teacber now served as the narrator, giving us a detailed lecture on the development of Chinese history, and elucidated his new viewpoint on how to divide Chinese history into different stages.

We were happy to have such a vivid lesson, one that made us not only review what we had learnt in class but also feel proud of our motherlands great and glorious historical culture of more than five thousand years.

Last Sunday morning, my friend and I went to visit the Beijing Zoo. We went by bike. It took us about half an hour to get there. When we got there, it was already crowded with people. There were a lot of foreign visitors, too. It is said that the Beijing Zoo is the largest in Asia and one of the largest in the world. There are hundreds of different kinds of animals. It world take a whole day to see all the animals there. So we decided to see some of the most interesting ones. We saw the elephants first and then the monkeys. Finally we went to see our favourite “friends”--the giant pandas. We were delighted to see them waving to us. We really had a wonderful time in the zoo.

On Sunday,my father took me to visit the zoo.

In my vacation, my family and I went to National Park. We visited the island in the center of the lake.

Last week, I visited the geological museum with my best friend, Liu Bing. It was my first time to go there. The moment we arrived there, we found that the building was grand.
