为了祖国，有多少英雄豪杰为了保卫自己的祖国而壮烈牺牲;有多少科学家废寝忘食，为祖国做出了巨大的贡献;有多少人出国留学后时刻不忘祖国，学成本领后放弃了国外的优越条件回来建设祖国;有多少……

少年强则国强，所以我们要热爱祖国。怎样爱国呢?首先，我们要爱父母，爱师长，爱集体;第二，我们要珍惜时间，刻苦学习，做一个有用之人，用科学振兴中华;第三，我们要锻炼好身体，有了强健的体魄才能更好的为祖国服务。第四，不管什么时候，都以人民的利益为重，多为人民服务。

爱国，是种无比高尚的品德，是民族的灵魂。同学们，让我们从小做起，从小事做起，无论什么时候，都要爱国，为国争光!

Greet some of the audience as they arrive. It’s easier to speak to a group of friends than to a group of strangers. Know your material. If you’re not familiar with your material or are uncomfortable with it, your nervousness will increase. Practise your speech and revise it if necessary. Relax. Ease tension by doing exercises. Visualize yourself giving your speech. Imagine yourself speaking, your voice loud, clear, and assured. When you visualize yourself as successful, you will be successful. Realize that people want you to succeed. Audiences want you to be interesting, stimulating, informative, and entertaining. They don’t want you to fail. Don’t apologize. If you mention your nervousness or apologize for any problems you think you have with your speech, you may be calling the audience’s attention to something they hadn’t noticed. Keep silent. Concentrate on the message — not the medium. Focus your attention away from your own anxieties, and outwardly toward your message and your audience. Your nervousness will dissipate. Turn nervousness into positive energy. Harness your nervous energy and transform it into vitality and enthusiasm. Gain experience. Experience builds confidence, which is the key to effective speaking. 人生之路到底通向何方，这就要看人的理想如何。每一个青年，都应该有一个崇高的理想，就像一只航船，如果不扬起风帆，它就会失去前进的动力。那么风帆高悬，是不是就能“千里江陵一日还”了呢?其实不然。要是没有载舟之水也将是“欲渡黄河冰塞川”，失去了前进的条件。这个条件——实现理想的“载舟之水”，就是奋斗。我的理想便是北京的重点大学——清华大学，一个崇高的理想往往能催人奋发前进，发愤学习，成才可能实现理想，好的理想才能使人生变得更加有意义，才能使人生变得更加充实。我会沿着这个理想而努力奋斗的把理想转换为现实。

为了适应伟大历史时代的需要，我们要做个有理想有知为一种目标，一种动力，但必须要经过奋斗识的人，只有这样，才能“直挂风帆济沧海”，才能对祖国，对人民作出应有的贡献。

不知道同学们有没有看过一部动画片《机器人瓦力》，他讲述了发生在也许不远后的将来，那时的地球被层层叠叠的垃圾覆盖，没有绿意，没有生命，只有每天的大风沙来袭。人类没有灭绝，只是成了可耻的逃兵，在宇宙飞船上忘记怎么直立行走，忘记还有一个曾经的家园。这不是我们所希望看到的未来，但若现在每天不负责任地漠视与糟蹋，就是在一点点，抛弃我们的地球。

同学们，每年的3月12日，是我国的“全民植树节”。植树节，为了绿色和环境所设定的节日。我们中华民族自古就有“爱树、育树”的传统。爱白杨的挺拔，爱垂柳的柔美，爱松树不屈的风骨。除了这种精神的寄托外，人们更看重它的实用价值。有了树，才会有和谐美丽的大自然;有了树，才有清爽、新鲜的空气;有了树，才会有高楼、房屋;有了树才会有我们吃的各类食物。树，它不仅能防风固沙，保持水土，还能美化环境。所有这些，都使人们高度重视绿树的作用。于是才有了这一年一度的绿色节日-植树节。如今，植树造林已成为民族风尚，绿化家园成为时代的追求。

我是来自七10班的郑静仪。今天我演讲的主题是《为梦想远航》。

海阔凭鱼跃，天高任鸟飞。每个人心中都怀揣着属于自己的梦想。同学，你有过梦想吗？

小时候我有一个梦想，我希望自己可以有许多钱。大人问：“有了钱你要做什么？”我天真地回答道：“我要买很多糖果。”的确，小时候的我们天真无邪，幸福与快乐是一曲不变的乐章；再稍微大一点，我上小学了，我希望能够成为一名班长，帮助老师管理班级；中学，梦想又变了，我不再是那个整天想着吃糖果或当班长的那个幼稚的孩子，现在的我希望可以成为一名尖子生。回到家可以受到家长的表扬，在学校可以得到老师的肯定；在同学之间有鹤立鸡群的表现。但是，渐渐地，我发现实现这个梦想不能只耍孩子气。之后，我学会了奋斗。

幸福是一只淘气的小鸟，当你苦苦地寻觅或守望她时，殊不知她就悄悄栖落在你肩头，只是由于你的左顾右盼而忽视了她的存在。

上学时，我的还成绩不错，所以志向很远大的，没想到高考落榜。一次偶然的机会，自己竟成了一名幼儿教师。我努力学着基本功，以用于课堂。我喜欢静，但与孩子们在一起，每天都吵吵闹闹的，因而对工作的兴趣一直提不起来。

有一次，因身体不舒服手捂着胃，显得很痛苦，孩子们看到到我痛苦的样子，都跑过来，问：“老师，你怎么了?”大家你一言我一句的问候着，接下来，我不知道我是怎样结束课的，孩子们眼眶里湿湿的，我也是，我那颗沉睡的心似乎被孩子们所浇醒。之后，孩子们晶莹的泪光时常浮现，面对他们纯真的爱，我竟有了一种负罪感。

从那以后，我以一种全新的姿态投入到了工作中，因为孩子们深情的目光给了我工作的力量，也坚定了我一定要把工作干好的信心。在工作中，我积极调整自己的心态，逐渐喜欢上了这些可爱的天使。在十几年的幼教工作中，我把自己的心血用于我的教育对象上。一声问候，一下抚摸，一个拥抱，一个微笑都是爱的真实的体现。在我们幼儿园里，大多数孩子的家境都不富俗，这就要求我们做教师的，不论贫穷和富贵，都一视同仁，我是这样说的，也是这样做的。我们班的杨青小朋友，单亲家庭，没有母爱，爸爸常年在外，家中还有老人，家庭比较困难，针对这个情况，我为孩子收集了十几件衣服，经常关心问候他，他的家人很是感激，衣物虽不贵重，但表达的却是我的一片真情。

作为一名幼儿教师，在我的心里，私心杂念，功名利禄，早已荡然无存。我总是以一颗爱心和耐心对待孩子，用自己最喜欢的一句话——“用一颗平常心去对待人和事” 来勉励自己。是的，以一颗平常心去看待、去教育我们的的每位天使，能够创造出教育的奇迹。

随着自己的逐渐成熟，加上自己扎扎实实的工作，勤勤恳恳的做事，我感受到了幼儿对我的喜欢，感受到了同事对我的认可，感受到了学校对我的肯定，同时也感受到了家长对我的信任。忽然间，我觉得我真的非常幸福。只有幸福的人，他的人生才是快乐和阳光的。因为感受到了幸福，我工作的热情更高了;因为感受到了幸福，我对孩子们的爱更浓烈了;因为感受到了幸福，我更加尽职了 。

一路走来，我又认识了孔子的“师者为师亦为范,学高为师,德高为范。”认识了韩愈的“师者，所以传道、授业、解惑者也。”认识了陶行知的“你的教鞭下有瓦特,你的冷眼里有牛顿,你的讥笑中有爱迪生。”认识了林崇德教授的“疼爱自己的孩子是本能，疼爱别人的孩子是神圣。”认识了当代作家贾平凹（wā）的“百无聊赖何为教，一事无成怎做授？”。从叶圣陶到吕叔相，从魏书生到余映朝，从夸美纽斯到苏霍姆林斯基，从杜威到马卡连柯，无一不诠释了“没有爱就没有教育，没有高尚的师德就无法成为一个优秀的教师。”

星河耿耿，银汉迢迢，岁月的长河，千回百转，千淘万漉，使一颗颗明珠浮出了水面，他们的异彩流光，道德风范，照亮了实验中学发展的历程，为实验中学人留下了宝贵的精神财富。爱生如子的汤晓玉老师，带病上课的张朝理老师，曾经晕倒在讲台的权诠主任，张爱琴老师，还有一生执着的陈美容老师、段凤英老师。是他们用爱心撑起了一片蓝天，用师德铸就了实验中学的辉煌。

放眼物欲横流的世界，三尺讲台承载了多少薪火相传的道德与责任。风风雨雨，酸甜苦辣，时至文明昌达的今天，师德为什么背负着这么沉重的十字架？为人师者的种种滋味都已尝遍,也已经明白:那间教室里放飞的是希望,守巢的是自己;那块黑板写下的是真理,擦去的是功利,那根粉笔画出的是彩虹,流下的是泪滴。“我捧着一颗心来，绝不带半根草去。”，“立师德，铸师魂，练师功，树师表。”是这个时代的召唤，“春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干”是教师不朽的追求。虽然我们还很清贫，但三尺讲台需要我们去守望精神的家园。“桃李不言，下自成蹊。”让我们用慈爱呵护纯真;用智慧孕育成长;用真诚开启心灵;用希冀放飞理想,我将用自己的双手和大家一道默默耕耘,共同托起明天的太阳!

大家好，今天我演讲的题目是《从小事做起，培养良好的习惯》。俗话说“五岁成习，六十亦然。”这就说明良好习惯的养成对我们的一生会产生巨大的影响。一个好习惯会让我们终生受益，会成为我们一生的好老师。

古今中外，凡是有所作为的人，无一例外都拥有自己的好习惯。那么好的习惯从何而来呢?这就需要我们在日常生活中处处严格要求自己，努力做好身边的一点一滴。

但是，在我们美丽的校园中总有一些令人不满意的现象出现。我们不难看到，刚刚清扫后的校园，就有我们同学扔下的饮料罐，塑料袋;在书声琅琅的课堂上，有的同学却心不在焉，萎靡不振;在安静无声的自习课上，有的同学唧唧喳喳甚至高声喧哗;在庄严肃穆的升旗仪式上，有的同学却左顾右盼，窃窃私语。还有一些同学受一些不良习惯的影响，讲粗话，脏活，争吵，打架，搞不团结，把充满知识氛围的校园变成他们肆意放纵自己的场所，影响了学校形象和周围同学。

以上这种种现象，不仅严重违反了小学生日常行为规范，而且也破坏了学校为我们提供的优美和谐的育人环境，更不利于我们养成良好的行为习惯。

同学们，作为人生才起步的小学生，如花蕾、似朝阳。我们每个人的日常生活、学习都是由一件件小事构成的，小事如滴水，积多成汪洋，我们不能对这些不起眼的小事轻视怠慢。请记住：关注细节，生活无小事。所有成功者，无不是从小事做起;所有成功者，无不是关注身边每一个细节，无不是养成了良好的行为习惯。当然好习惯不是口头上说说，一朝一夕就能养成的，根据专家的研究发现：21天以上的重复会成为习惯，90天的重复会形成稳定的习惯。这就需要我们具有一种锲而不舍的精神，一种坚持到底的信念，一种脚踏实地的务实态度，一种自动自发的责任心，一种没有任何借口的行为准则。只有这样，我们才会成功，才会成为强者，才会立于不败之地。

同学们，让我们行动起来吧!从每一件小事做起，养成一个个良好的习惯，让好习惯和我们朝夕相处，帮我们打开成功的大门吧!

Chinese intellectual revolution and sociopolitical reform movement (1917 – 21)。 In 1915 young intellectuals inspired by Chen Duxiu began agitating for the reform and strengthening of Chinese society through acceptance of Western science, democracy, and schools of thought, one objective being to make China strong enough to resist Western imperialism. On May 4, 1919, reformist zeal found focus in a protest by Beijings students against the Versailles Peace Conferences decision to transfer former German concessions in China to Japan. After more than a month of demonstrations, strikes, and boycotts of Japanese goods, the government gave way and refused to sign the peace treaty with Germany. Faculty, family, friends, and fellow graduates, good evening.

I am honored to address you tonight. On behalf of the graduating masters and doctoral students of Washington Universitys School of Engineering and Applied Science, I would like to thank all the parents, spouses, families, and friends who encouraged and supported us as we worked towards our graduate degrees. I would especially like to thank my own family, eight members of which are in the audience today. I would also like to thank all of the department secretaries and other engineering school staff members who always seemed to be there when confused graduate students needed help. And finally I would like to thank the Washington University faculty members who served as our instructors, mentors, and friends.

As I think back on the seven-and-a-half years I spent at Washington University, my mind is filled with memories, happy, sad, frustrating, and even humorous.

Tonight I would like to share with you some of the memories that I take with me as I leave Washington University.

I take with me the memory of my office on the fourth floor of Lopata Hall - the room at the end of the hallway that was too hot in summer, too cold in winter, and always too far away from the womens restroom. The window was my offices best feature. Were it not for the physics building across the way, it would have afforded me a clear view of the arch. I take with me the memory of two young professors who passed away while I was a graduate student. Anne Johnstone, the only female professor from whom I took a course in the engineering school, and Bob Durr, a political science professor and a member of my dissertation committee, both lost brave battles with cancer. I remember them fondly.

I take with me the memory of failing the first exam in one of the first engineering courses I took as an undergraduate. I remember thinking the course was just too hard for me and that I would never be able to pass it. So I went to talk to the professor, ready to drop the class. And he told me not to give up, he told me I could succeed in his class. For reasons that seemed completely ludicrous at the time, he said he had faith in me. And after that my grades in the class slowly improved, and I ended the semester with an A on the final exam. I remember how motivational it was to know that someone believed in me.

I take with me memories of the midwestern friendliness that so surprised me when I arrived in St. Louis 8 years ago. Since moving to New Jersey, I am sad to say, nobody has asked me where I went to high school.

I take with me the memory of the short-lived computer science graduate student social committee lunches. The idea was that groups of CS grad students were supposed to take turns cooking a monthly lunch. But after one grad student prepared a pot of chicken that poisoned almost the entire CS grad student population and one unlucky faculty member in one fell swoop, there wasnt much enthusiasm for having more lunches.

I take with me the memory of a more successful graduate student effort, the establishment of the Association of Graduate Engineering Students, known as AGES. Started by a handful of engineering graduate students because we needed a way to elect representatives to a campus-wide graduate student government, AGES soon grew into an organization that now sponsors a wide variety of activities and has been instrumental in addressing a number of engineering graduate student concerns.

I take with me the memory of an Engineering and Policy department that once had flourishing programs for full-time undergraduate, masters, and doctoral students.

I take with me memories of the 1992 U.S. Presidential debate. Eager to get involved in all the excitement I volunteered to help wherever needed. I remember spending several days in the makeshift debate HQ giving out-of-town reporters directions to the athletic complex. I remember being thrilled to get assigned the job of collecting film from the photographers in the debate hall during the debate. And I remember the disappointment of drawing the shortest straw among the student volunteers and being the one who had to take the film out of the debate hall and down to the dark room five minutes into the debate - with no chance to re-enter the debate hall after I left.

I take with me memories of university holidays which never seemed to apply to graduate students. I remember spending many a fall break and Presidents Day holiday with my fellow grad students in all day meetings brought to us by the computer science department.

I take with me memories of exams that seemed designed more to test endurance and perseverance than mastery of the subject matter. I managed to escape taking any classes that featured infamous 24-hour-take-home exams, but remember the suffering of my less fortunate colleagues. And what doctoral student could forget the pain and suffering one must endure to survive the qualifying exams?

I take with me the memory of the seven-minute rule, which always seemed to be an acceptable excuse for being ten minutes late for anything on campus, but which doesnt seem to apply anywhere else I go.

I take with me the memory of Friday afternoon ACM happy hours, known not for kegs of beer, but rather bowls of rainbow sherbet punch. Over the several years that I attended these happy hours they enjoyed varying degrees of popularity, often proportional to the quality and quantity of the accompanying refreshments - but there was always the rainbow sherbert punch.

I take with me memories of purple parking permits, the West Campus shuttle, checking my pendaflex, over-due library books, trying to print from cec, lunches on Delmar, friends who slept in their offices, miniature golf in Lopata Hall, The Greenway Talk, division III basketball, and trying to convince Dean Russel that yet another engineering school rule should be changed.

在我的家乡，有一位与我的父亲同龄人。他就是全国闻名的身残志坚的农村科技铁人姜德明。他立足农田，孜孜不倦地研究着小麦、棉花如何在家乡的土地上能够有更高的总产量。当他的研究取得了初步成果时，癌症又一次地向他袭来。他没有倒下，拄着拐杖依然风里雨里地留在田头，走访在农户家中。不懈的努力，他培育出的优良品种得到了推广，种植技术得到了普及，粮食总产量大幅度提高，农民的双手欢迎这样的农技员。把他誉为“农技铁人”。他是我们老区青年的好榜样。去年，他在我市青年成人宣誓仪式上谆谆告诫我们，为老区经济的腾飞，要努力学习，掌握科学文化知识，立足本职，捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去!我们记住了这位铁人的话，我们意识到了自己的责任，我们盐阜老区的青年们都会努力的。

一九九三年，那个莞邑大地并不寒冷的冬天，杨双奇、刘少荣等几位比较早来到东莞工作的湖南人，心里面非常真实地稍稍有些寒冷与萧索----萧索着对亲情、乡情、友情的渴望。这种萧索着的对亲情、乡情、友情的渴望在他们智慧的碰触之中诞生了一个叫做“xx团拜会”的特殊活动模式。

一九九四年三月六日，是一九九四年元宵节之后的第二个星期天，xx团拜会第一次正式集会。

每年一届，宵节之后的第二个星期天从此成为xx团拜会的习惯性活动日。一直坚持到今天。

xx团拜会起源于工作、生活在莞邑大地的湖南人内心里那萧索着的对亲情、乡情、友情的渴望，所以，xx团拜会自始迄今坚持“不谈国是，只叙乡情友情”的宗旨。

xx团拜会只有一个目的----为大家搭建一个沟通交流的平台，提供一个沟通交流的机会，有益身心健康，提高幸福指数，促进资源整合，成就更大梦想。

我们都有欢笑和泪水，欢笑和泪水最直接地表明了我们人类不完全是，或者说注定无法成为，纯粹理性的动物。我们无法超越肉身，成为自己生活的无情旁观者。正如古语所云：“人非草木，孰能无情”。情因何而生，情由何处而来?情乃因相互接触所生，情乃沟通交流的自然而然成果;非刻意而能为之。许多时刻、许多地方和许多人因我们xx团拜会而获得了特别的意义——对于我们而言;我们为它或他或她而感动不已，没齿难忘，刻骨铭心。

中国少年先锋队是在中国共产党领导下建立的儿童组织。1949年新中国成立后，在10月13日又建立了中国少年儿童队，1953年6月改名为中国少年先锋队。光阴似箭，初入小学，老师为我们佩带鲜艳红领巾的那一幕还历历在目，同学们“好好学习，天天向上!”的誓言还回荡耳际。 。今天，鲜艳的领巾，依然映红我们稚嫩的脸庞;星星火炬，仍指引着我们前进的方向。红领巾，那是英雄先烈们鲜血的凝聚，她永远是我们胸前最亮丽的色彩。“准备着”不仅仅是口号，更是行动。亲爱的队员们，愿你们胸前的红领巾更红更艳，愿你们的雄心壮志更高更远。认认真真学习、规规矩矩写字、堂堂正正做人。

最后我想说的是：让我们一起抓住希望的机遇，撑起命运之舟，托起明天之阳，为少先队的未来而努力!让明天为我们骄傲!让希小因我们而自豪。

人的生命是最宝贵的，只有有了生命才能创造财富，才能使世界变得更美好。只有同学们的欢声笑语、活泼身影，才能使我们的校园充满阳光，充满生机。但是人的生命又是非常脆弱的，如果我们不重视安全，视安全隐患而不顾，对安全问题措施不及，防范不严，责任心不强，把生命当儿戏，那么造成的后果不堪设想。交通事故猛如虎狼，我们身边随时都潜伏着张牙舞爪的杀手，随时都威胁着你的生命安全。一件件，一桩桩血腥的报道，令人胆战心惊，一幕幕惨剧目不忍睹。只因为忽视了安全问题，一个个生命如鲜花在瞬间凋零，后果带给社会、家庭、亲人只是悲痛欲绝的伤心，沉重的打击，血的教训。到那时，这一切都为时已晚，我们失去的已经太多太多，对生命的关爱，不能成为美丽的词藻，难道只有失去之后才能醒悟？由于安全意识的淡薄，难道我们不该反思吗？而我们今后应该怎么做，更令人深思。

记得有一个故事。几个学者与一个老者同船共渡。学者们问老者是否懂得什么是哲学，老者连连摇头。学者们纷纷叹息：那你已经失去了一半的生命。这时一个巨浪打来，小船被掀翻了，老者问：“你们会不会游泳啊？”学者们异口同声地说不会。老者叹口气说：“那你们就失去了全部的生命。”

虽然这只是一个故事，但其中蕴含的哲理却耐人寻味。灾难的发生对每个人来说，不分贫富贵贱，不论性别年龄。无论咿呀学语，还是学富五车，无论幼小纤弱，还是身强力壮，如果缺少应有的警惕，不懂起码的安全常识，那么，危险一旦降临，本可能逃离的厄运，却都会在意料之外、客观之中发生了。尤其是我们这些自我保护能力弱的小学生，更应该从小做起，从自我做起，树立良好的交通安全意识，养成良好的安全习惯，才能远离交通安全事故，保障家庭的幸福和社会的和谐。

遵章守纪，就是尊重生命，尊重自我。当我们能做到这一切的时候，我们的社会便向文明的彼岸又靠近了一步。重视交通安全，是我们每个人的义务，更是我们每个人的责任。让我们携起手来呵护这文明之花，让我们远离伤痛，珍爱彼此的生命吧。

对于我们初三学生来说，在校时间屈指可算，我们即将迎来人生的第一次挑战——中考。为了能顺利考上理想的学校，从现在起我们必须兢兢业业、全力以赴。为了能搞好学习，以下是几条建议，供同学们参考：

首先，应该做到认真听课，将老师课上所讲内容完全消化，让思维与老师同步。一般先以课本为先，书上的内容是基础。在掌握的基础上，做专项训练，按层次补缺和提高。另外还需要建立一本错题集，将在练习中做错的题目和尚未弄懂的题目及时记录下来，逐一解决，形成巩固。

其次，在复习中应该提倡务实精神，重视规范化和格式化，要养成科学、严谨的态度。因为任何一次不规范的答题都有可能造成中考时的失分。要学会分析自己的学习特点，老师讲的东西不是不懂，但却总出错，对于一些死记硬背才能学会的东西总觉得不耐烦。为此，要科学安排时间。否则，再好的计划也会付之东流。

第三、复习过程不可轻视。俗话说“学而时习之”。复习，是我们掌握、运用所学知识的重要环节。复习过程中遇到自己不能解决的问题，应及时虚心向老师、同学请教。不能“似懂非懂”，更不能“不懂装懂”，那是自欺欺人。

苏格拉底曾说过：世界上最快乐的事，莫过于为理想而奋斗。正是为了理想而奋斗，霍金才成为了理论物理学家。理想是每个人在成功路上的导师，让我们去奋斗，去实现我们的理想。是理想让对生活失去信心的人重新看到生活的美好，是理想让失业的人找到了生存之道，理想更让我们找到了未来的自己。约翰逊的名言中写到过：人的理想志向往往和他的能力成正比。所以我们要用我们自己的能力给我们的理想打下基础，证明我们曾经也为理想努力过，奋斗过，付出过。我们的理想可能是科学家，因为我们认为科学是智慧的象征，科学带给人们的是方便简洁；我们的理想也可能是教师，教学带给孩子们的是知识，培育出的是为国家尽力的人才。我们的理想也可能是……

有一句诗是：宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来。理想就像这句诗一样，要想把理想变成现实，就要经历挫折和失败后才知道不是什么人都可以实现理想的，就像宝剑一样经过无数次打磨才会变成一把锋利的剑，也像梅花一样在风雪中才会有花香。
