你看，又有一队运动员们入场参加比赛了！咦？怎么还有一群大学生跟在运动员后面？噢，他们是志愿者。他们帮腿脚不便的运动员拿着运动用具，正在尽心尽力地为他们服务呢。有了他们的帮助，运动员才会取得好成绩。

你瞧，轮椅跑步比赛开始了！运动员用双手使劲地驱动着轮椅，不断地向前、向前。观众们挥舞着手中的吉祥物——悦悦，扯着嗓子，为运动员们加油。结束比赛了，运动员顾不得劳累，他们向观众微笑、拍手，时不时还送来几个飞吻，他们是在感谢观众呢。

回到家，残运会的主题歌一直在我耳边回荡。就像歌词中唱到的那样，只要我们都真心付出爱，我们就不会有障碍，因为“我们都一样”。

今天，我们全校三至六年级去西湖体育馆观看残运会的一个比赛项目——坐式排球。

在路上，我一直在想：坐式排球？坐着怎么打呢？坐在哪里打呢？一到现场，我就恍然大悟了，原来运动员都是腿部有残疾的，他们坐在地上打球，我心想：难度一定非常大，这样打球一定很累！我就迫不及待地想看个明白了。

我们一共观看了两场比赛，第一场是辽宁VS甘肃，第二场是云南VS江苏，其中，令我印象最深刻的是第二场。

比赛开始了！只见江苏队的运动员把球往上一抛，然后用力地把球打过网，只听见“嘭”的一声，这位队员来了个重重的扣球，我心想：他们力气真大，简直跟正常运动员一样！然后，云南队的队员看球飞过来了，马上挪到前面，反其道而行之，轻轻地打过去，以柔克刚，江苏队前排的队员也轻轻地将球打过来。这个来回两队不相上下。突然，云南队的队员来了个扣杀，江苏队没接住，耶！云南得了1分！我们全班欢呼起来。该云南队发球了，他们轻轻地将球拍过去，江苏队也轻轻地将球拍过来，这时，云南队的一个队员为了抢球，把手伸到了网面上，触网了！犯规了！江苏队得了1分。唉，心急吃不了热豆腐啊！接下来，场上的比分越来越紧张，1：1，2：1，2：2，3：2，3：3……我们支持云南队，所以我们就放声为他们加油，在我们的加油声中，云南队终于夺得了冠军，我们兴奋地挥舞着手里的旗子，我也不例外，因为云南队也是我支持的队伍。

我想：虽然他们残疾了，但是他们跟我们一样坚强，一样生生不息，一样青春飞扬！

明天学校又要举行足球赛了，我不由得捧起了床头那张大照片。

那是去年夏天足球比赛后我站在颁奖台上，双手捧着冠军奖杯的照片。照片上身穿运动服的我既帅气又可爱，脸上挂着掩饰不住的笑容……它是我无数张照片中最得意，最值得骄傲，最引以为自豪的一张照片。这张照片不仅我喜欢，妈妈也很喜欢，所以妈妈就把它放大了。那次的足球比赛，是我们闪电队与子弹队的巅峰对决赛，当时我是闪电队队长任前锋，常文昊是副队长任左中场，张思文是右中场，杨春贺是后卫，肖tian浩是守门员。

比赛开始了，我先抢到了球，向前冲了几步就被对手拦截了，我冲上去把球截了下来，传给了中场张思文，我快速进入对方球门左侧，张思文又迅速将球传给我，我正要射门，一看位置太偏无法进球，我就来了个“借刀杀人”，朝正在迅跑的对方9 号队员朱央正踢了过去，球正好落在朱央正头上，朱央正还未转过神来，球就被“顶”进了自己队球门，这一球进的实在是太精彩刺激了，全场顿时哈哈大笑起来，接着是欢呼声一片。我们闪电队的队员激动得拥抱在一起，而对方却指责起了朱央正，说他是“叛徒”、“卖国贼”，朱央正一脸委屈地被换下了场。

接下来的比赛，对方对我实行了围追堵截，严看死守，由于对方防守严密，很难施展球技，于是我来了个“金蝉脱壳”：我故意向远离球的方向跑去，队友又把球踢给我，拉拉队员为我欢呼起来，“语健，语健，雄姿在线！”拉拉队的欢呼声更激起了我的士气，我猛地飞起一脚将球射进了对方的球门，拉拉队为我的精彩表现再次欢呼起来，“邱语健，好样的！”“语健，语健，雄姿再现！”我和我的队友越踢越勇，比赛又继续进行了几分钟后结束了。

休息15 分钟后，在我们以2:0 占绝对优势的前提下进入下半场比赛。

下半场进行的可不如上半场顺利，还没过10 分钟，子弹队就率先突破我队防线进入一球，我方急忙叫停，研究战术，组织反攻，比赛僵持了一段时间，眼看就要结束了，我队防线再次被突破，出现了2:2 平，比赛进入到白热化状态，我方再次叫停，认真研究对策后，比赛又开始了，场上双方拉拉队也互不相让，一个比一个更响亮……一开场，常文昊就首先冲到了对方的球门前，我在中线位置控制着球，而张思文还在我后面，我“声东击西”地大喊一声：“张思文接球！”接着，我做出了向张思文踢球的假动作，不出我所料，对方队员果然都向张思文那边跑去，而我一转身突然把球踢给了常文昊，常文昊接到球，一脚就踢进了对方的球门，我们又进了一球。

“我们赢了！我们赢了！”本次比赛完全出乎了人们的预料，谁也不会想到我们四年级的小兄弟闪电队居然能战胜五年级老大哥子弹队！伴着掌声和欢呼声，我走上了领奖台，“咔嚓”一声，妈妈就这样把我领奖的瞬间拍摄了下来。

一看到这照片，我就会热血沸腾，兴奋不已，就会难以抑制那幸福的表情，明天又要参加比赛了，我坚信我会表现的更突出，我更坚信总有一天，我不仅要踢出学校，还要踢向全国，踢向亚洲，踢向世界！让国人不再为足球郁闷、伤心！

in the morning,a librarian let me to wipe the mirror in every toilet from one to

finished all work.I was very tired,but looking at the shiny and clean mirrors I

encouraging for the contestants. The contestants listened with confidence and

strove hard to paddle, and the water splashed everywhere. Each dragon boat

chased after each other. At last, the laggard No. 1 finally caught up with the

far ahead No. 2. The audience couldnt help cheering. There was a sea of joy

everywhere. Ah! This is the most unforgettable day for me.

决赛是我们班和四(8)班对决!这一次，我们站成了“弓”字形，脚顶着脚，身体使劲向后倾斜，两只手像大钳子一样抓着绳子。忽听到老师一声哨响，比赛开始了，四(8)班也使出了吃奶的劲，拼命往后拉着。我们也不甘示弱地使劲往后拉，红领巾慢慢向我们移来，同学们都累坏了，有的满脸通红，有的青筋都暴出来了，有的小手都拉红了!个个都满头大汗……但是，我们还是忍受着疼和痛，使劲拉，红领巾渐渐向我们移了过来，就在我们高兴得有点忘形的时候，四(8)使劲一拉，唉哟!我们又一次输了!

红队一开始就派出了大力士杨胡宇，想给蓝队一个下马威，蓝队队长见事不妙，便派出最瘦小的罗鑫尧，对罗鑫尧说：“咱们第一关就靠你了！”罗鑫尧哪知道？他面对的可是强壮的杨胡宇，还满怀信心地说：“包在我身上了！”来到“对战桌”前，罗鑫尧一看是杨胡宇，吓得腿都发软了，杨胡宇对付他，可是“张飞吃豆芽——小菜一碟”啊！他赶紧坐在地上想溜之大吉，小学五年级作文《扳手腕比赛作文600字》。队长怎么会让他溜？又是推，又是拉，费了九牛二虎之力，总算把他的屁股固定在椅子上。我们看见了哈哈大笑，罗鑫尧也不好意思了，只好和我们一起笑。刚一上阵，我们还没来的及加油鼓劲，杨胡宇就使出了所有力气，将罗鑫尧的手按在桌子上。第二盘用左手比赛，我们原以为会和上局一样，目不转睛地看着他们，可谁知，他们的手在空中僵持了许久，罗鑫尧满脸通红，杨胡宇将头埋得低低的，两眼紧闭着，使出了浑身力气。也许是杨胡宇没力气了，也许是罗鑫尧要反击了，也许是……我们赶紧喊到“加油！”“加油啊！”这时，杨胡宇又来了劲，最后杨胡宇将罗鑫尧的手按在了桌子上。

接下来的比赛，红队一路畅通无阻，以6：0的好成绩，取得了胜利！在场的同学无论输赢，都欢呼雀跃：“班主任万岁！班主任万岁！”
