Far and away the most important holiday in China is Spring Festival，also known as the Chinese New Year. To the Chinese people it is as important as Christmas to people in the West. The dates for this annual celebration are determined by the lunar calendar rather than the GREgorian calendar，so the timing of the holiday varies from late January to early February.

To the ordinary Chinese，the festival actually begins on the eve of the lunar New Years Day and ends on the fifth day of the first month of the lunar calendar. But the 15th of the first month，which normally is called the Lantern Festival，means the official end of the Spring Festival in many parts of the country.

Spring Festival is the most importantand popular festival in China.Before Spring Festival ，the people usually clean and decorate their houses.And they go to the Flower Fairs to buy some flowers.During Spring Festival ，the adults usually give lucky money to children.People often get together and have a big meal.Some people eat dumpling for dinner.

今天是立春，离除夕夜只有三天了。因为我要回老家过年，所以像贴对联、贴“福”的事都要提前完成。

我妈的单位发了一些“福”和对联，所以说，下一步的任务，就是把这些东西贴上去。

首先是正门，正门的左侧没有墙，只好把对联贴在门上，先撕下一块透明胶，把对联放正，粘住上面的一外角，就固定好了。再后来，就再撕下三块透明胶，一个角粘一下。就这样，一会儿功夫，就把一幅对联贴好了。上联：锣鼓喧天天天报平安。下联：爆竹一声声声除旧岁。横批：吉祥平安。

对联已经贴完了，该贴“福”了。中国虽然有倒贴福，用此以象征“福到了”的含义，不过如今也有许多人正贴福了。我们家就不管这些，只是正着贴上了事。也是用同样的法子，把正门、层里的门上都贴了福。不过，有一扇门，就不能只贴一面。

那是我屋的门，上面贴上了鼠年的花纹。这个花纹是自己带胶，去年贴的时候也不曾考虑过如何撕下来，那真的是挺麻烦的。所以，只有在门玻璃上两面贴福，才能挡住这一个“羊”花纹。

可是，双面贴福有一定的问题：一是我们家的福很大，贴上之后会挡住太阳光。二是双面贴福的话，两个福必须做到完全对齐，如果不对齐，会影响美观，多出来一块儿很不好看。不过，“千门万户曈曈日，总把新桃换旧符”，鼠年所留下的，自然不能展现出来。于是，我先是用之前的方法，贴上了一个福。再转到背面，尽力地对齐四个角，好不容易对齐了，贴上一块儿透明胶，打开门从另一侧看，底下多了一块儿。所以，我只有再去对齐，还叫来人帮我看看。费了九牛二虎之力，终于，两张福完美的重叠在了一起。

贴福，贴对联真的很有趣，一年过去，为自己家中改变一番，增添新年的新气象，何尝不是乐事一件?

这个春节与以往的春节有相同之处，但也有不同之处。相同之处在于，这个春节从开头到结尾，每一天都洋溢着轻松快乐的气氛;不同之处在于，今年的春节比以往的春节显得更加文明。正因为快乐和文明，才使得这个春节充实了许多。

大年二十九，我们全家人吃过年夜饭，坐在一起吃着瓜子，看着春晚。突然听到了大门外有人在叫我们，我和妹妹跑出去一看，原来是邻居家的阿姨叫我们出来放烟花，就在我和妹妹正幻想着一会儿放的烟花会是多么精彩时，爸爸和爷爷也出来了。

我们走近一看，只见他们家只准备了几根“钻天猴”，而我们手里也仅有几根小烟花棒。姨夫很疑惑地问爸爸：“你们没买烟花吗?”爸爸淡定地回答说：“没有呀，你们不会也没买吧?我们本来还想看着你们家放呢!”于是我们两家就“齐心协力”消灭了那几根烟花棒。放完之后，尽管是这么一点，可是冒出的烟把我们大家呛得不轻。爸爸说：“你看这些烟花会产生多少污染呀。”姨夫点头说：“要不以后咱们两家不放了吧。”爸爸开玩笑地说：“当邻居这么多年，今天我才看出，原来你思想觉悟这么高。”话音未落，大伙儿都笑了，过了一会儿，我们两家就各自回家看春晚去了。

回到屋里，我们全家立马就被电视里的相声吸引住了，全家人乐的合不拢嘴，窗外的烟花声不再像往年一样不绝于耳了，我心想：“这才是文明过春节，虽然没有了烟花的陪伴，可是只要有家人在身边，这个春节不但是快乐的，而且是有意义的。
