网络的危害

网上游戏、网上聊天和网上色情是网络三个魔爪，是使青少年堕落的三大杀手。有的学生热衷于网上聊天、网上交友，须不知由于不知道对方的真实身份，对方的性格品德，甚至对方的性别，一些人由于交友不慎而使自己掉入对方设计的陷阱，失物失财、甚至丧失性命的事例在全国各地屡屡发生。很多学生因网上交友不慎而离家出走去投奔网友。给平静的学校、家庭带来了巨大的波澜，严重破坏家庭的安宁幸福和学校正常的教育教学秩序……

由于网络游戏和聊天充满刺激、惊险和浪漫，许多学生一旦接触，便深陷其中而不能自拔、网上“三魔爪”又被称作“电子海洛因”，是杀人不眨眼的刽子手。沉迷网吧的危害究竟在哪里，我们认为，主要表现在以下几个方面：

1、摧残身体

如果长时间上网，对一个人眼睛的伤害非常严重。由于学生对游戏的痴迷，达到了可以不吃饭、不睡觉的疯狂地步。由于玩游戏时精力高度集中，伴随着血液加速、心跳加快，人的体力、精力消耗很大。再加上电游、网吧空气混蚀，人口密度大，烟味、食物味、汗臭味，五味俱全，机器声、打闹声、脏话声，声声刺耳，卫生、环境条件极差，严重影响着身体健康。所以一般玩通宵电游的网迷走出网吧时，眼睛通红，蓬头垢面，两腿发软，形似缟素。青少年学生正是长身体的时候，如果不知饥渴、不分昼夜的上网，其对身体的危害不会亚于大麻、白粉等毒物，这并非危害言耸听。

2、心理受损

3、滋生是非

进出网吧的大多是中小学生， 小的几岁，大的十七八岁，他们大多没有收入，为了能弄到进网吧的钱，有的结伙敲诈，有的偷盗抢劫。还有一类人进出网吧，他们纯粹是敲诈中小学生，经常有打架斗殴的事在网吧发生，有的网吧经营者唯利是图，向过夜未成年人提供饮食住宿，子女夜不归宿，家长自然心急火燎，亲戚朋友、老师一起出动，到处找人，确实给家庭、给社会带来了不安定因素。

4、影响学业

5、 多布置作业，甚至抄作业做，对未完成作业的同学要严厉惩罚。

感悟：对最后一点我赞成，可前两点我有自己的看法。大概是小学的“题海

战术”功勋“卓著”，小学毕业考试的成绩让学生们体会到了它的巨大功能，令她们念念不忘。到初中之后学习的难度增加，他们又想起来对自己用这一狠招。我的可怜的学生！

6、 多讲课本上的课后习题。

感悟：自己的确对课后的“研讨与练习”关注不够，大部分是要求学生自己

完成，事后的检查也没有。学生是在提醒我不能丢了教材！

7、不能拖课，要将课间十分钟还给学生。

感悟：以后无条件执行！

8、上课声音洪亮，多讲普通话。

感悟：自己是外乡人，普通话有时讲的不标准，带有很重的地方口音。本来一进新学校，我自己格外注意这个问题，不想还是出问题。还是要加强普通话训练，“说”是教师的重要基本功之一！

9、多写正楷字，一笔一画的写！

感悟：本来自认为自己的字写得不错，周围同事也是这么说的，可在学生面前却行不通了。究其原因是，自己的字连笔多，有时字多或者一急，就显得潦草。这真是一个不应该出现的意见。

10、课堂上多训练朗读。

感悟：与自己的想法不谋而合。在教学中我一贯主张读中感、读中悟，甚至仿照韩军的名文写了《没有朗读，语文教学找不到回家的路》一文，表达自己的观点。可能问题出在自己的朗读水平不高，对学生朗读指导不到位上。

感悟：以赛代练，以赛代学，在丰富多彩的活动中学习语文，是大家的一致追求。我在今后要多动脑筋，丰富他们的学习与生活！上次的“这就是我”语文实践活动，以“赛”的形式，鼓励学生全程参与，气氛热烈，学生的热情十分高涨！

13、平时测验要写作文，可以训练学生作文的速度，提高写作水平！

感悟：有两次单元检测，我考虑到时间的关系，就不要求他们作文，没有想到他们自动请缨。我的感觉是：喜从天降，何乐而不为！写作是语文教学的重点和难点，次数训练是基础，所谓量变导致质变嘛。学生都懂这个道理！

14、抓好预习，利用多种机会养成学生自学的习惯。

感悟：教学的最高境界就是：教是为了不教。好的学习习惯会让他们受益终生！“地球人都知道”！

15、不准对学生瞪眼睛，不准大声批评学生，不准打断学生的发言，不准拐弯批评学生。

感悟：学生是聪明和敏感的，我们每个老师都要当心呀！

严禁酒后驾车Drinking, No Driving

This year, the most stringent traffic rules are carried out, in order to reduce traffic accidents and improve citizens’ safety and property. One of them is strictly prohibited to drunk driving. I think it’s reasonable to this issue, no matter how strict the traffic rule is. Drinking reduce people’s sensibility that people can’t react immediately when the unexpected situation occurs, due to the anesthetic effects of alcohol. Besides, people will be tire easily after drinking, which is desperately dangerous to driving. In addition, people are usually excited after drinking. With stimulation of alcohol, people sometimes overestimate their own and try to do something dangerous despite of the advice of the people around them. In my opinion, it is necessary to ban on drinking while driving, for the sake of safety.

今年，为了减少交通事故，保证人民的人身和财产安全，我国开始执行史上最为严厉的新交规。其中一条就是严禁酒后驾车。对于酒驾这个问题，我认为不管多严格的规定都是合理的。由于酒精的作用，喝酒会使人的反应能力降低，无法快速应对意外事件。此外，喝酒后人很容易感到疲劳，这对开车来说是很危险的事情。再者，喝酒也会使人产生兴奋的感觉。在酒精的作用下，人有的时候会高估自己，因而会不顾旁人劝告而做出一些危险的举动。在我看来，为了所有人的安全着想，严禁酒后驾车是十分必要的。

As a good learner， we should have good habits and ways of learning。

We need to get ready for our lessons before class and always listen carefully in class。 It’s good to study in groups and help each other。 We should do more reading in our free time。 If we have some problems， we’d better ask others for help。 As a student， working hard is important， but don’t forget to do sports and keep healthy。

I think all these above will be helpful to us。

As a product of modem computer and the Internet, online games have won great popularity among people, youngsters in particular. However, some people believe that young people who lack self-discipline can easily get indulged in these games and their health and academic performances are severely affected. This phenomenon can be found on TV reports from time to time, and many teachers and parents have expressed their concerns over this.

However, some others argue that online games are not always harmful. They can train the ability of youngsters to respond to things quickly. Moreover, they can stimulate their imagination and their interest in computer science. More importantly, it does bring people much pleasure and satisfaction, and release their pressure greatly.

From my point of view, online games are a wonderful entertainment if you play them in a reasonable way. When they interfere too much with your life, youd better give them up at once. Yet if you have enough self-control over them, you can certainly obtain real pleasure and benefit a lot from them.

有许多人都很喜爱网络，但网络游戏却让人情有独钟。有些人迷上游戏之后，昼夜地玩着游戏，还有的甚至把眼睛给玩瞎了。所以我要提醒大家要少上网玩游戏，否则你就会迷失自己，陷入网络游戏中不能自拔。

有许多网络游戏是骗人的。比如：网上枪战游戏虽然能使你能身临其中，激烈的战争场面、震撼的声音让你感到心惊胆颤，每当打中敌人时就会兴奋不已，会赢得一些积分，可以让你买更多、更先进的武器，这些不断地刺激你、诱惑你，等你赢得的积分越多，奖品就越丰厚，于是，玩家便拼命地花时间、花钱玩游戏。但结果呢？对积分的追求却永远毫无止境，这样不仅使自己的身体受到了严重的伤害，还会将家里玩得|“倾家荡产”、“一无所有”，更严重的是：你的学习也受到了极大的影响，思想上不求上进，只知道玩游戏。家长禁止孩子玩游戏，可是令家长想不到的却是孩子会偷偷地溜到网吧里继续玩游戏，玩得没钱了，就想法子弄钱，甚至去偷、去骗……这时候，思想已经完全驶向错误的方向，长大后，你会为此一生都在后悔！

成都某高校的一个大学生，有这样一张作息时间表：13∶00，起床，吃中饭；14∶00，去网吧玩网络游戏；17∶00，晚饭在网吧叫外卖；通宵练级，第二天早上9∶00回宿舍休息……

这位大学生几乎把所有的空余时间都拿来打游戏，并开始拒绝参加同学聚会和活动。大约两个月之后，他发现自己思维跟不上同学的节奏，脑子里想的都是游戏里发生的事，遇到事情会首先用游戏中的规则来考虑。他开始感到不适应现实生活，陷入了深深的焦虑之中。

目前，有不少中国年轻人像这位大学生一样，长时间沉迷于网络游戏后，发现自己身心上出现了这样或那样的问题。据统计，目前中国网络游戏玩家人数已达700万至1000万，其中相当一部分是20岁左右的年轻人。

网络游戏成瘾引起的社会问题已经出现。湖北一名16岁少年沉迷网络游戏，竟半夜持刀砍伤母亲，抢走8000元钱；3月，湖南沅江一名14岁少年因网络游戏入魔产生幻觉，从4楼跌落身亡。

同学们让我们好好反醒一下，
