我们生活在一个信息科技发达的时代，网络的应用已经逐渐取代电话和电视，给我们的生活带来了许多的方便，已然成为我们的生活中不可或缺的一部分。然而随着网络科技的逐步发展，网络的应用逐渐普及，以网络为载体的犯罪行为也逐渐出现。企业电脑安全受到侵犯的比例为50%，1998年我国公安部破获黑客案件近百起，其中以经济为目的的计算机犯罪占70%，计算机犯罪能使一个企业倒闭，个人隐私的泄露，或是一个国家经济的瘫痪，这些绝非危言耸听。因而网络安全的维护变的越来越重要。

计算机网络犯罪的原因多种多样。（一）计算机使用者安全意识淡薄。很多计算机并没有安装杀毒软件或防火墙，或者不能保证杀毒软件的每天更新，这就给计算机犯罪人员以可乘之机。（二）网上贪图非法钱财。实施网络犯罪的动机多种多样，但从数量上分析，贪图钱财、牟取私利占大多数。（三）取证困难，证据有限网络犯罪留下的最多也仅有电磁纪录，而不会有指纹、DNA等证据，而且这些证据十分容易毁灭。（四）多数国家对计算机打击力度不大。大多数国家的法律对防治网络犯罪没有做大的努力，其现有的法律不足以对互联网犯罪构成真正的威胁。

在我看来，预防网络犯罪我们首先应该从在日常生活中建立一个健全的人生观价值观开始，而不是随性而为。网络在我们日后的生活肯定会占据越来越重要的位置，我们应该应用在学校学习的知识和生活中的经验，积极地预防和避免上当受骗。在平时积攒足够的网络使用经验和网络犯罪防范意识，充分的保护自己，远离网络犯罪的侵犯。

Fourth,the crackdown is not great on the computer in majority of countries. The laws of most countries do not make efforts on the prevention and control of network crimes,and the law is not sufficient to constitute a real threat to the Internet crime.
