The courses have brought many benefits to people. Many of the courses are provided by universities in foreign countries, and thus offer fresh ideas to us. Through them, we can keep up with what people are thinking all over the world. But that can also be a problem. Some of the courses may not be very suitable for Chinese students because of cultural differences and may cause chaos on Chinese campus.

网络这一词对大家来说并不陌生，的确，它给我们带来了很多方便，但是网络又像扑朔迷离又芬芳四溢的花丛，让人情不自禁的被吸引过去，不愿出走；又像一张最具有粘性的蜘蛛网，一旦碰上，多数人迷失其中不能自拔，有的人甚至走上违法犯罪的道路。 我在报上看到这么一则消息：有个12岁的学生，原本聪明伶俐，品学兼优，曾荣获河南省首届中小学生计算机网络知识竞赛一等奖。但自从在网吧迷上网络游戏之后，成绩便一落千丈，身体状况也急剧下降，精神萎靡不振，性格暴躁古怪，如同走火入魔。 每天一放学，他就往网吧里钻，双休日则更是无所顾忌，全天泡在网吧，有时还和同学们在网吧里“包夜”，十分痴迷。住校期间，他的生活费没几天就花完了，缺钱就编各种理由向家里要。如果要不到，他宁可在网吧里看别人打游戏，也不愿读书。这样，他每月都要在网吧里花上两三百元。钱从哪里来？他先是在家里面背着父母取钱，后来发展到在社会上去偷去抢，终于被送入了工读学校。因此，在我看来，我们小朋友自身，应该正确认识网络，能利用网络信息帮助学习，同时能认清过度迷恋的危害。

不要沉迷于游戏中不可自拔，既影响健康又影响学业。我还在报上了解到一位专家说过这样一段话：由于青少年自我保护意识薄弱，缺乏分辨力和自控力，很容易迷失于网络的陷阱，而且未成年人缺乏自制力，对各种新生事物的优劣本质还缺乏足够的识辨能力，往往被万花筒般的网络世界搞得眼花缭乱，容易被一些不健康的东西所迷惑，或是过度沉迷于游戏，从而对自己的成长产生不利影响。而又由于大多数网吧惟利是图，放纵甚至引诱未成年人接受这些乱七八糟的东西，导致时常有悲剧发生。所以，我们小学生不能沉迷于网吧，沉迷于网络游戏，上网时一定要节制，最好做一些对学习有用的东西。这样才有利于我们的身心健康的发展。
