从这以后，我刻苦研究围棋，终于，功夫不负有心人。在07年5月的小学生围棋赛中，以第2名的好成绩直升2段，在段位赛上，以小孩组第1名的优秀成绩升上了3段。围棋伴随着我的成长，它带给我许多欢乐，同时也有许多烦恼。大获全胜时的欣喜，一败涂地时的垂丧，学棋时的枯燥。好象生活一样，只有不怕挫折，努力奋进，就能领会到生活中的无穷奥妙。

One Thing I’m Proud of I still remember how I became a good table tennis player.

The first day I went to high school, I saw some of my classmates playing table tennis. Amazed at how skillful they were, I was determined to be just as good. Later on, I often watched them carefully to learn their techniques. Then I kept practicing until I became confident enough to challenge the good players. At the end of the term I became one of the best players in my class.

I am really proud of this experience, because it helps me realize that we all can fulfill our potential and achieve our goals through hard work. It also helps me better understand the proverb "Practice makes perfect.”

我很自豪的一件事我还记得我如何成为一个优秀的乒乓球运动员。

第一天我去了高中时,我看到一些同学打乒乓球。惊讶于他们是多么巧妙,我决心一样好。后来,我经常看到他们认真学习他们的技术。然后我不停地练习,直到我有足够的信心去挑战了好球员。在学期结束的时候,我成为班里最好的球员之一。

我真的骄傲的这段经历,因为它让我意识到我们都能实现我们的潜能,通过努力工作才能实现我们的目标。它也帮助我更好地理解谚语“熟能生巧”。

《以本手之量，避俗手之陋，促妙手之质》

黑白藏玄机，落子生乾坤。围棋的学问流淌于中华民族的历史长河之中，更蕴含了人生的道理。“本手、妙手、俗手”是围棋的三个术语，它们分别代表了三种下法。而在我看来，为人处世之道也如这三招，只有脚踏实地，笃实基础，才能有机会妙笔生花，下出石破天惊的“神之一手”。如果心浮气躁，好高骛远，一招一式都急功近利，则只会下出一次次的俗手，长此以往，水平只会不进反退。因此，我们要多下本手，多用本手，在千百招本手中沉淀自己，从而蜕变成得心应手的妙手大师。

如果说妙手是拔地而起的万丈高楼，是画龙点睛的神来之笔，是一砖一瓦上栩栩如生的浮雕，那么本手则是牢不可摧的地基，朴实无华的小龙，随处可见的板砖。每一个人都下得出本手，本手就是我们人生当中每一天都在重复练习着的小事。而问题就在于，你要用什么样的态度去对待这看似普通的本手?韦东奕告诉我们，即使是像他这样的数学天才，也是通过千万道看似基础的数学题堆砌而成的;苏炳添告诉我们，即使是像他这样的亚洲飞人，也是通过千万滴挥洒跑道的汗水凝结而成的。要想做出非凡的成绩，就必须用平凡的练习提高自己。正如卖油翁所言：“无他，惟手熟尔。”看似光鲜亮丽的蝴蝶，其实经历了多少次不为人知的辛勤奋斗?每一次花开的背后，又怎么少得了千万次怒放的练习?

那么一个人在下了一辈子的本手之后，就能够变成一位大师了吗?显然不是的。从哲学上来看，本手与妙手的关系，便是量变与质变的辩证关系。我们不仅要注重于量变，不断在本手中积累经验，更要在关键时刻大胆出手，充分发挥创新能力，积极促成质变，下出妙手。建国三十年的积累，在改革开放中喷涌而出。中国领导人历代以来的薪火相传，高瞻远瞩的谋略，在几十年以来的稳扎稳打中体现得淋漓尽致，更在面对时代挑战，解决全球危机时交出了历史级别的模范答卷。中国人民在中国共产党的领导下一次次证明，我们既有绵延磅礴的基础，也有出人意料的智慧!

要兼顾量变与质变，并不是一件容易的事情，关键还在于能否结合实际，顺应规律。诚然，我们应该要有把握妙手的魄力，不能畏首畏尾。也只有我们敢于出击，一剑封喉，才可以得到升华和淬炼。但是，如果“为赋新词强说愁”，每一招都想出奇制胜，脱离了实际情况，往往只会破绽百出，满盘皆输。即使在当下来看貌似合理，当纵观全局时，也必将有损裨益。正如美国放任新冠病毒肆虐全国，英国束手无为遵循“优胜劣汰”，日本向太平洋倾倒核废水……这些在他们眼里是解决燃眉之急的“妙手”，必将成为导致他们在瞬息万变的国际格局中落败的“俗手”，成为在他们血管里蔓延的毒药。

人生的道路上，我们每个人都是初学者，自当以谦卑的姿态小心前行，走好每一步不可或缺的本手。切不可心高气傲，脱离实际，让看似“聪明”的俗手成为自己的绊脚石。只要我们仔细规避目空一切的狂妄，沉潜于量变，再给每一个力所能及的机会临门一脚，谁说我们不是大师呢?

一、几点重要原则

1.智者利用押题，傻子依赖押题!

2.书面表达整篇背诵绝无必要，可以以看读为主，关键是从中汲取一些常用的词汇和表达，并能得体熟练地运用。考场上应变能力很重要!

3.英文写作模仿很重要。有时也很有效。但不能过于牵强，尤其是对一些长难句的刻意模仿使用。

4.文似看山不喜平，起承转合一定要有!

5.“见微知著，一叶知秋”，几个亮点足矣：有道是：浓妆淡抹总相宜，作文写得简洁到位要比长篇大论更显功力。

6.心不为形役。不要身陷逐字逐句“英汉对号”式的字面翻译，要把表达的主动权始终握在自己手里。

二、善用万能句以不变应万变

历届高考，书面表达考得最多是提示作文，即提供一定的情景内容，要求考生完成100词左右的短文。

从命题方式看，有短文提示、要点提示、图画提示、情景提示以及图表提示等；体裁以应用文为主，记叙文为辅：题材为广大中学生所熟悉的日常生活。从提供要点的情景方面看，历届高考书面表达题均属供料小作文，采用文字供料或文字说明加图画(图表)的方式供料。

备考时，同学们要利用有限的时间把以前背的范文整理一下，从中选出不同体裁、不同题材的范文各一篇(范文以高考真题的高分作文为佳)，把它们重新记忆，一定记牢。这样，高考时不管什么样的文章都可套用背诵好的格式。避免考场上因紧张而无章可循。

最后阶段，还要总结一下写作时常用且能出彩的固定句型、句式，比如强调句型、定语从句、名诃性从句等，牢记英语的五个基本句式，背诵平时老师总结的万能句。以不变应万变。

考场答题前，应仔细审题，研究所提供的文字和图画(图表)材料和作文要求。分析、提炼要点，理顺要点，确立基本的写作思路，不要忽略任何一个词。关键的词更不能遗漏，构思好写几个方面，缺一不可。

写作时，尽量用学过的英语句型和词组。少写长句和复杂句以免弄巧成拙、漏洞百出。但目前高考有关书面表达的评分标准要求作文中应有“较多的语法结构和词汇”，因此同学们在书面表达中不能都写小句、短句和单句，还要正确运用高级词汇和复杂结构。恰当运用过渡词，使写出来的文章含金量更高，更具可读性。

三、高分作文六大特性

1.条理性。指的是合理安排文章结构。首先，在文章思路、组织材料、叙述顺序等方面要有一定的条理性。其次。根据需要，安排好段落，各段之间要层次分明，也要重视每一段的开头和结尾，开头语往往是总起句，结尾语往往是总结句。

2.准确性。指要求写出语法正确的句子，包括时态、语态、用词和句法等，要准确、地道地表达。必须要牢牢掌握一些常用句型或习惯表达，避免中式英语，在实践中不断总结中英用法的差异，养成用英语思维写作的习惯。

3.流畅性。指根据整篇文章思想的需要，有效采用不同的连接手段，使文章层次清楚、行文连贯。

4.简洁多样性。简洁性就是语言简洁，不重复。多样性就是能随情景内容的变化写出句式多样的语句。这也是新课程标准对写作的评价标准。

5.思想性。新标准对写作的要求，增加了情感因素，在准确流畅表达写作要点的同时，适当增加句子的感情色彩，增加一些人情味，使文章读起来更亲切，完全达到与读者进行交流的目的。

6.美观性。指的是卷面书写规范、清楚、干净、整洁。

四、怎样才能有‘拽”的感觉

1.高考写作的实质——变相考查句型与词汇的灵活应用

英语写作不同于语文作文的写作，如果说语文作文是一个自由发挥的舞蹈，那么高考英语写作就是带着枷锁在跳舞。我之所以这样来形容，是因为高考英语写作的内容都已经通过文字、表格、图片这三种形式给定，内容方面，不需要学生进行发挥，大家所需要发挥的就是不要老去给这个不变的内容穿毫无变化的校服(简单句)，而要去穿一些不一样的衣服，让它显得不那么单调，让阅卷老师能看到不同，而那些所谓的衣服也就是多变句型与词汇。

2.写作的评分标准——怎么去迎合评卷老师的胃口

我了解到目前很大一部分学生的作文都处在15分左右，写作满分25分，15分也就是个及格分，那么15分和20多分的作文到底差在哪里?这个问题很容易回答。15分的作文中规中矩，该对的都对，包括内容要点的完整，语法与词形的正确，但是全都是简单句子的堆砌，没有任何亮点。而20多分的作文在句型词汇方面就做了很好的包装，它的句子穿的衣服已经不是校服，而是李宁、耐克，或者是阿迪，所以让人觉得很“拽”，而高考英语写作要的就是这种很“拽”的感觉。

3.写作提分的三要素——句型。连词。高级词汇

句子是我们写作文最大的单位。有了漂亮的句子。用好的连词将其连句成段，再加上一些如星星般亮点词汇的点缀，一篇好的高考英语作文就诞生了。而这三个因素中最容易把握的是句子，最难的是高级词汇，限于大家的词汇还比较有限。一篇文章中出现那么一两个就够了。我们应该把重心放在句型上，因为这个最容易把握。

但是大家又有这样的困惑，学校里老师也给了我们很多的句型啊，动辄成五十上百句的，大家背得挺多，但是面对考试的时候，发现背的那些怎么也用不上。其实不是那些东西没有用，而是它们太干了，就好比一根干骨头，大家嚼起来很没有味。也不知道该把它们往哪里放。

在这里我给大家提供一种比较切实可行、迅速提高的练习方法，在接下来的时间里只要大家按照这个方法来，就一定会有收获。

找出历年真题，一周只需要写两篇。但是要这么来写。

1.把你要写的内容要点用九到十句的汉语表达出来。

2.逐一地进行翻译，不是用简单句。而是要刻意地去想：

(1)可以用什么样的复杂句；

(2)怎样去避开不会的表达，转义。

例如：

这本书是如此的有趣，以至于我读了一遍又一遍。

2.This was such an interest，ing book that l read it again andagain，

这四句译文当中无疑评卷老师最欣赏的是第四句，因为它用了倒装。

(1)要求论述两个对立的观点并给出自己的看法。

3.我的看法...

The topic of ①-(主题)is becoming more and more popular recently. There are two sides of opinions about it. Some people say A is their favorite. They hold their view for the reason of ②-(支持A的理由一)What is more, ③-----理由二). Moreover, ④-------(理由三).

While others think that B is a better choice in the following three reasons. Firstly,-(支持B的理由一). Secondly (besides),⑥--(理由二). Thirdly (finally),⑦--(理由三).

From my point of view, I think ⑧(我的观点). The reason is that ⑨----(原因). As a matter of fact, there are some other reasons to explain my choice. For me, the former is surely a wise choice .

(2)给出一个观点，要求考生反对这一观点

在云端翩翩起舞固然令人向往，但大千世界的芸芸众生又如何做得到?倒不如脚踏实地行走于地面。如我般凡夫俗子何必好高骛远?不如把握此刻，脚踏实地的生活。

目标，依实力而定。远大的人生目标的确能够催人奋进，但倘若这是一个不切实际、永远无法到达的彼岸，却只能让人在旅途中屡遭失败。现实一点，针对自我的实际情景确定一个适宜的目标，让自我付出努力后能够品尝成功的喜悦，而不会丧失对生活的信心。

拼搏，依体力而行。人生的旅途漫长，它需要我们有强健的体魄去穿过几十载的光阴，去劈波斩浪，奋力前行。有时应对汹涌波涛，在你勇敢挑战之前，请冷静地思考一下：我能够战胜吗?倘若有几成把握，的确该放手一搏;如果心中根本没底或明知自我不行，就不妨激流勇退。“人为刀俎，我为鱼肉”之时，倒不如像刘备一样巧妙脱逃，以谋求日后更大的发展。“留得青山在，不怕没柴烧。”我们要量力而行，而不是呈一时之勇，以免落得头破血流的下场。

结果，要欣然理解。很多时候，总听见身边的人抱怨：“我如果……就能够……”只可惜上天不会让时间倒流，应对成功亦或失败，我们要用平和的心态去理解;假想如何如何，只会徒增悔恨。坦然理解现实，从中总结经验，吸取教训，前事不忘，后事之师，才能吃一堑长一智。应对半杯水，与其哀叹“仅有半杯了”，不如欣喜“还有半杯呢”。

哲学家维特根思坦说：“我贴在地面步行，不在云端跳舞。”成为世界首富，获得诺贝尔奖，或载入史册万古流芳，非我所能到达。于我，有切实的目标，尽可能拼搏进取，淡然看花开花落，脚踏实地，从从容容生活。
