谈到东西方冷 战的结束，造就短暂的世界和 平时代的来临，就不得不让人想起前苏联一位伟大的政治家、1990年诺贝尔和平奖获得者――戈 尔 巴 乔 夫，他和他的《改 革与新 思维》结束了一个强大的军 事苏 联，结束了一个强大的华 约军 事集团。因为他是结束东西方冷战最主要的人物，所以世界爱好和 平的人们都很怀念他，我断言将来历史会给他写上浓重的一笔。但由于他断送了苏联共 产 党的前途，一手造成了苏 联的解体，在俄罗斯很不受欢迎，甚至有人主张对他进行行事诉讼。

另一方面世界局部战争却从未停止过，由东西方对抗引发的朝鲜战争、越南战争；边界领土冲突引发的中印、中苏、中越边境冲突、英阿马尔维纳斯群岛（福克兰群岛）之战；种族争端引发的五次中东战争、印巴冲突、前南斯拉夫的克罗地亚、斯洛文尼亚、波黑种族冲突；价值观取向、宗教教义引发的我国三 年解 放战争、两伊战争、阿富汗战争、美伊战争；此外还有无数个象斯里兰卡、柬埔寨、土耳其、北爱尔兰、海地、苏丹、斐济等国家和地区的局部冲突和战争。

热爱和平的人们，我们所看到的战争，永远是影视作品中宣传正义的战争场面和英雄人物形象。战争的伤亡，仅是一个枯燥的数字表达；战争的惨烈换来的只是人们的艺术享受和肾上腺素的升高，面对艺术化了的战争场面，唤醒人们的仅仅是爱恨情仇。人类的英雄崇拜情结与生俱来，人类对其他民族、其他群体或其他个体的征服欲也是与生俱来的。政治强人对局势、对战争的掌控，决定着人民的生死。芸芸众生的生 存权全都掌控在政治CEO手中。

有多少人会去想，战争波及的无故人群和战争造成的家破人亡、妻离子散？又有多少人会去思考，战争是不是解决争端的唯一手段和途径？战争对社会、文化、环境、经济和人民生活的影响究竟有多大？不同意 识形 态、不同种族、不同文化背景、不同宗 教信 仰、不同地区、不同国度的人们都应该反思这些问题。如果国与国、人与人之间都学会妥协、让步、理解别人约束自己、相互包容，或许可以避免很多军事冲突以至于战争。人 权高于主 权的理念应该为全体人民所接受，为避免战争灾难的降临，请社会、民众、国家及伟大的政治家们优先关注人 权。

战争，是政 治巨人间以无故的民众做棋子，以大好河山做棋盘的一次对弈，无论谁胜谁负，受损的是大好河山和自然环境，受害的永远是普通民众。发动战争的政 治CEO，一般都具有口若悬河的辩才，颠倒黑白、指鹿为马的诈术，以某某主 义欺骗、蒙蔽人民于无形之中。反思历史，反思战争，无有例外（请读者原谅，此处不能说得太直接明了，否则会成为张 丹 红第二。）。时代进入到今天，人民应当醒悟，应当为维护自己的生存权而反对任何形式、任何理由的战争。希望政 治巨人们能怜天下苍生之悯，停止以战争手段创造历史，停止以战争手段扬名立万。让人类都能享有和平发展的生 存 权。

世界的局部战乱，受影响和受害的不仅仅是战乱地区和战乱国度，影响的是全世界人民的和平发展和正常生活，全世界人民都应该放弃自己的极端立场，与人为善，和谐相处，让我们一起来反对战争，阻止战争，维护世界持久和平，造福全人类，造福子子孙孙。

为英雄而歌。６０年前，世界反法西斯战争在中国划下了句号；６０年后，世界各国持续了春夏两个季节的纪念活动，在中国这个当年的反法西斯东方主战场又一次达到高潮。回首二战，回首德意日法西斯共同施于人类的这场前所未有的浩劫，回首这场以人类正义的胜利而告结束的战争，有太多的血火记忆和历史昭示，值得全世界共同珍藏。

鲜血和牺牲，属于全世界。死亡人数超过５５００万，受伤人数超过１．３亿，历史上从来没有哪场战争，叠加了数量如此庞大的死亡和牺牲。在为二战的根本转折做出决定性贡献的斯大林格勒会战中，几乎每２０秒就有一名苏军士兵牺牲；通向日本的要塞——硫磺岛之战中，７０００名美军官兵阵亡于这个无人居住的火山小岛；淞沪会战最激烈阶段，中国军队每天要消耗整整一个师正是这些逝去的生命，堆成了通向胜利的道路，砌成了让后人永远景仰的高山。

万众一心，属于全世界。战争，让反法西斯同盟中每个民族的精神状态都达到了众志成城的制高点。前苏联的工人走出车间，组成了一个个歼击营；１００万英国妇女，掀起了轰轰烈烈的“妇女志愿服役”运动；中国的每一个城市乡村，都活跃着各种抗日队伍，他们原本是商人、演员、学生、农民然而，当战争强加在头上的时候，他们唯一的选择就是朝着侵略者迎头而战。 万众一心，超越了民族和国界。如果没有从莫斯科一路打到柏林的苏联红军，被囚禁的犹太人或许永远无法走出纳粹集中营；如果没有美军轰炸机对日军制空权的摧毁，亚洲或许又要添无数冤魂；如果没有中国战场以１４年空前牺牲牵制强大的日寇，欧洲战场也无法集中兵力西线作战在这样一种精神、一种力量、一种气势面前，孤独的法西斯注定失败。

曾经浴血奋战的反法西斯老战士们，同样属于全世界。更应该属于全世界的，是对和平的永远呼唤。曾经让全人类付出巨大代价的反法西斯战争，以战后６０年世界大战的缺席，作为对人类的回报。但，这６０年里，局部战争并未间断，地区冲突屡见不鲜，强权政治、霸权主义以及形形色色的恐怖活动成为人类安全新的威胁。今天的日本，当年的战犯还在受到供奉，右翼分子企图为法西斯招魂的闹剧，仍在一幕幕上演
