烟草是生长在南美洲的一种野生植物，最初印第安人将烟叶口嚼或做成卷烟燃烧吸吮。烟草在全球盛行了200多年，直到20世纪，人类才开始认识到烟草对人类的危害。1977年，美国癌肿协会首先提出了控制吸烟的一种宣传教育方式——无烟日。这天，在美国全国范围内进行“吸烟危害健康”的宣传，劝阻吸烟者在当天不吸烟，商店停售烟草制品一天。美国把每年11月第3周的星期四定为本国的无烟日。以后，英国、马来西亚、中国等国家和地区也相继制定了无烟日。

Tobacco is a wild plant grown in South America, the first Indian to cigarettes made of tobacco chewing or sucking combustion. Tobacco is popular in the world for 200 years, until twentieth Century, people began to realize the tobacco harm to human. In 1977, USA first proposed the cancer association of tobacco control as a publicity and Education -- no tobacco day. On that day, "smoking is harmful to health" campaign in American nationwide to discourage smokers, smoking in the day, the shop the sale of tobacco products a day. The third week of November each year American Thursday its no smoking day. Later, Britain, Malaysia, China and other countries and regions have established no tobacco day.

1987年11月，联合国世界卫生组织建议将每年的4月7日定为“世界无烟日”，并于1988年开始执行。但因4月7日是世界卫生组织成立的纪念日，每年的这一天，世界卫生组织都要提出一项保健要求的主题。为了不干扰其卫生主题的提出，世界卫生组织决定从1989年起将每年的5月31日定为世界无烟日，中国也将该日作为中国的无烟日。

In 1987 November, the United Nations World Health Organization recommends that defined April 7th in every year as World No Tobacco Day ", and in 1988 started. But April 7th is the anniversary of the founding of the World Health Organization, every year on this day, the World Health Organization have proposed a health care demands of the subject. In order to propose not to interfere with their health topics, WHO decided from 1989 to May 31st of each year as World No Tobacco Day, Chinese the day as Chinese No Tobacco day.

Mothers Day Mother’s Day is a holiday when children honor their mothers with

cards, gifts and flowers. In many countries, such as Denmark, Finland, Italy,

Turkey, Australia and the US, people cel lebrate Mother’s Day on the second

Sunday in May while many other countries of the world celebrate their own

Mother’s day at different times through out the year.

One of the best ways to celebrate Mother’s Day is to give your mom the day

off. Let her relax with the rest of the family doing all the housework. Usually,

dad and the kids will let mom sleep late that morning as they go into the

kitchen to prepare her favourite breakfast. Never forget to place a vase with a

single flower on the table beside the food. The kids can pick up the flower from

the garden or buy one from the shop. Arrange everything nicely before mom wakes

up. Some families will carry the food and mom’s favourite sections from the

newspaper to her bedroom so that mom can have breakfast in bed. Presents and

cards from the kids can be handed to mom by themselves or just placed on the

dining table.

After breakfast, go anywhere mom likes to go. Shopping, swimming or going on

a picnic in the garden. Make a special Mother’s Day dinner or take mom out for a

great meal in a famous restaurant she loves most.

Anyway ,let mom enjoy the whole day and feel your love, and then the Mother’s

Day can be a good one. As Mother’s Day is around the corner, it’s time to take

actions!

As the new bell tolled, the Chinese people exclaimed with excitement, "the New Year is here! New Year! Ah! What a wonderful New Year! I am excited to run back and forth in my home, unable to restrain my joyful mood, the Spring Festival composition 600 words. 经常看新闻的同学可能知道，近期恐怖分子十分厉害，伤了多少人！又一次，恐怖分子将一辆公共汽车炸毁。车上的人死的死，伤的伤，外国的士兵那他们也没办法，地球被誉为母亲，死伤那么多人，她岂能不痛心。

索马里海盗也是举世闻名，据说美国准备解决他们。海盗海盗，一定有船只支撑。在美国劝降的时候，海盗们一定不会投降，击败对手只能从舰下手，击毁战舰，索马里就完了。战舰中有油，这可是对母亲极大的污染那！

只有让世界和平了，才能让家园安全。从我做起，从小事做起，让战争不复存在，让地球永世长存。

世界和平该有多好,不再有满地的血腥味,不再有”血海”不再有失去家人的痛苦,不再有…….

现在我终于认为美国是最狠毒的国家,我看到了报纸、电视的新闻上,到处都有因为美国士兵的残暴行为致使伊拉克的人民惨死街头;老人、妇孺衣不裹体;皮包骨头真是惨不忍睹，报纸上还清晰的看见一个刚刚被炸掉双手的少年……为什么要战争?谁能告诉我。不就是为了扩大自己的疆土;不就是为了想做世界霸主。但我们同在地球上呼吸着同样的空气，都是父母所生的血肉之躯，人类为什么要自相残杀呢?我疑惑了，我对伊拉克的人们深感同情。听说美国的环保意识很好，而且不捕杀野生动物，但现在死去的是人啊!难道别的国家的人民就连动物都不如吗?!天理何在!

假若伊拉克真的有什么错，美国真的要当世界警察，难道就没有其他的解决方法吗?非得战争吗?聪明的你能告诉我吗?

啊，我真希望世界和平，真希望这个地球上的人类能和睦相处，共创美好的家园，和平万岁!

改变世界从改变自己开始！

“当我年轻的时候，我梦想改变这个世界;当我成熟以后，我发现我不能够改变这个世界，我将目光缩短了些，决定只改变我的国家;当我进入暮年以后，我发现我不能够改变我们的国家，我的最后愿望仅仅是改变一下我的家庭，但是，这也不可能。当我现在躺在床上，行将就木时，我突然意识到：如果一开始我仅仅去改变我自己，然后，我可能改变我的家庭;在家人的帮助和鼓励下，我可能为国家做一些事情;然后，谁知道呢?我甚至可能改变这个世界。”

在我们年轻时，都有着自己那所谓的伟大的理想，当一位科学家、一位医生、一位老师、一位对国家有贡献的人，但都不曾去努力，最后只能让这些成为浮云……

或许，我们大家可以想一想“差不多先生”。凡是他都是做的差不多，但是他并没有想过，如果“十”和“千”只是一撇之差的话，那为什么不把十都写成千，或者是吧千都写成十呢?如果火车等他了两分钟，那么他也许可以上车;如果在他临终前找的不是牛医，那么他也许可以活得更久;如果……但是世界上并没有如果，也没有后悔药。

如果，他在生前能够严格的要求自己，他可以改变自己的命运，甚至是改变这个世界。

如果不知道差不多先生，那么我们还可以想想一代诗仙——李白。铁杵磨成针的故事，想必大家一定再熟悉不过的吧。小时候的李白不喜欢念书，常常逃课，到街上闲逛。如果李白没有遇到那位老婆婆，想必他并没有现在那么有名气。“只要我下的功夫比别人深，没有做不到的事情”这一句话，令李白很惭愧，从此他每天的学习他别用功，而且再也没有逃过学。最终，成为了名垂千古的诗仙。

如果，李白没有遇到老婆婆，即使是他好好学习可能也不会成为诗仙。

如果，如果，如果，如果我们可以稍微的努力一下便可以改变自己，甚至是改变世界。

“我可以改变世界，改变自己，改变隔膜，改变小气，要一直努力努力努力，永不放弃，才可以改变世界，COMEON改变自己”。
