I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing

sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Schedul-ing Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

Wang’s lab.

Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design.

My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format.

Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm.

By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations.

It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments, too.

In the second semester, I joined the workshop-schedu ling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant.

The schedu ling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances.

To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Schedu ling method based on hybrid Petri Nets.

The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale.

I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea.

Recently, I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel.

I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem.

This project is now under construction.

Besides, In July 2000, I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation.

In my senior year, I met Prof.

Xiao-Song Lin, a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside, I learned graph theory from him for my network research.

These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.

I hope to study in depth .

I am a man of stable character and have the patience to do things, with steadfast diligent, bears hardships and stands hard work, positive attitude. Accounting professional study more cultivated my careful, rigorous learning attitude to life. The school with a good relationship between teachers and students, good team cooperation spirit, has the strong logical thinking ability and strong sense of responsibility, and will continue to be in the later work. Practices, in financial software practice class, we modify employee data input to the customer, business process, documents drawn up, and statements of production output has done a lot of practice. Through practice accounting accounting process simulation, learned from collecting original vouchers, filling in accounting vouchers, registration books, invoicing, to the whole process of making statements. Through professional learning, I more determined the choice of the accounting of this industry, I think is fit for the job, and hope that in the course of accounting career achievement! I is now in the junior accountant and certified public accountant, hope to enrich accounting expertise, efforts to develop to become a qualified accountant. My first name in Chinese means surpass. Life is a long and tough run to go. I must learn how to survive in this fast moving society and try to thrive.

I’m open minded, easy-going, warm hearted with a sunshine smile. I have superb and god features such as honesty and sweet temper. Also, I much enjoy making friends from all walks of life. My favorite fun is travelling around the world.

I was borned on Feb. 2, 1976. I had an elder sister two and half years older than I. Frankly speaking, I should say I had a good and memorable childhood in my life. I was not a leading student in my elementary school but in junior middle School. I scored good marks and ranked high both in my class and in the grade. Thats the honorable and shining time. Things began to change from the date I stepped into the No.28 senior high school in Shenyang. I always chose the wrong school to go to. Therefore, I learned and cherished the most remarkable experiences in my schoolings. I made a very good and dependable friend and related to him till now. I cherished it deep in my heart so much.
