无独有偶昨天我参加某幼儿园的庆典活动时，每个班的孩子都要上场。还在化妆的时候，就已经有好几个三岁左右的小孩子在哭，很害怕。后来在一些节目中，有几个两三岁的孩子，站在台上显得很茫然，不知所措，甚至现出惊恐的神情，最终哭了起来。台下一片笑声-----因为成人觉得他们很可爱，很好玩!其实这么小的孩子来到一个完全陌生的环境，站在舞台上被强烈的灯光照射着，被闪光灯闪着，被音乐声震着，而台下黑压压这么多人喧哗着.......想想其实很多成年人都未必适应，何况两三岁的孩子。可我们成年人完全没有去想过孩子的感受，在他们如此无助地站在舞台上时，不但没有同情反而以此为乐，这是多么残忍啊!

我想起《幼儿园》中的很多场面：孩子在穿衣、搬椅子、冲凉等等环节时的无助、无奈。而导演也解说就是为了表现人终其一生都是如此无助甚至绝望!我由衷地感到悲哀!如果真的能多一点换位思考，真的多一点童心，真的能蹲下来聆听孩子.......或许孩子们不会如此无助!

可现在孩子们的确是无助的!尤其在“六一”的舞台上，他们成了道具，成了木偶，成了幼儿园宣传教育成就的工具!

早上醒来，到了做运动的时间啦，这个暑假体重增加了不少，肚子上还多了一个游泳圈，应该减减了。所以爸妈要求我每天早上锻炼身体。为了提高我的积极性，爸妈也陪我一起去。“哎呦喂——”我极不情愿地伸了伸懒腰。

我们跑步到了南城文化广场。

先做仰卧起坐。做好一切准备，双手抱头，深吸一口气。“哎呀哎呀，加把劲呀，嘿呀...”我自己给自己鼓劲，刚开始体力还行，轻轻松松搞定十个，还有二十个，我用舌头润滑了一下嘴唇。一鼓作气，“呀——”我使出我全身的力气“十一、十二…二~~九、三~~十。”最后我连数数的力气都没了。还好完成了今天的任务。哎，做俯卧撑去。

我和爸爸都爬到旁边的草地上，我们两个把双手撑在草地上。刚才的仰卧起坐搞得我全身力气都没了。费了九牛二虎之力，终于做完了二十个，累得我气喘吁吁。

半个小时之后，我已经累得满头大汗，又上气不接下气的跑了回家。

看来我的力气还是不够呀。以后得多多锻炼喽。
