要做到全面发展，没有体质是不行的，所以在体育这方面大家要也要努力。虽然学习很重要，但是不要把时间全部放到学习上，没有事情的话，要多去走走，看看展览，掌握好社会和自然的知识，扩大自己的知识面，并提高自己的综合素质。

再来谈谈集体活动方面的事情吧。

在学习之余，我会积极地参加学校和班级的集体活动。我想参加爱心社的捐献活动，并把自己的一些书捐献给那些想读书的孩子们。让他们知道他们并不是一个人，世界并不是无情无义的，全世界的人都在关心着他们。

立志宜思真品格，读书须尽苦功夫。没有一个人天生就是天才，即使是天才，他们也要下“功夫”。

世上无难事，只怕有心人。没有什么事情是能阻止我们的!让我们向着未知的世界和自己的目标前进吧!

为期十多天的20**年“国培计划”培训结束了。作为本届培训班的学员，我深感荣幸，非常感谢各位专家教授和一线老师在这10多天里给予我们的这次培训。十天的培训虽然很短暂，但是十天的培训很扎实，十天的熏陶让我有了脱胎换骨的感觉，理论讲座为我的头脑增添了许多新的教育理念，情感教育让我收获了一份快乐心情。在培训中，能够得以聆听众多专家、乃至省内有名的专家教授的讲座，倾听他们对小学英语教学的理解，能够观摩一线教师以及省内外优秀教师的课堂教学，学习他们的教学技能，对我来说是一次思想上的洗礼，心灵的震撼和理念的革新。

通过这次培训让我对新课程理念下的教学方式与学习方式的变革有了新的理解;让我对做一个富有人格魅力的教师充满了希望;解开了我在语音教学中的存在的迷惑，异文化渗透教学让我更加喜爱英语，为自己是一名小学英语教师而感动自豪，再次疏理了我在撰写教学论文时的一些不清晰的思路，点燃了我对成为一名合格的优秀的小学英语老师梦想，让我知道了如何有效的开发课程资源，更好的利用课程资源进行教学，为培养我们小学英语教师的专业能力指明了方向，并学会了实现自我的价值，改变自己的心态，用阳光灿烂的心态面对工作和生活。实这十天来十几场讲座都很精彩，获益匪浅，这几天我反思了一下自己有以下几点心得体会：

1、教书育人。

教书育人至少要做好三件事：教会学生做人，教学学生思维，教给学生知识(尤其是要教给他们获取知识的方法)。要正确高效地影响学生，我们自己首先要有渊博的学识和高尚的人格魅力。我们应引导学生做高尚、智慧和勤奋的人，应培养学生的责任感，教给他们中国最传统的东西，教会他们如何爱国。

2、阳光心态。

好的心态使你成功，坏的心态毁灭你自己。事情本身并不重要，重要的是你对它的态度。当你看到反面的时候，不要灰心，因为调过来就是正面。改变不了事情，就改变对事情的态度。再说，是好是坏还不知道呢。把问题当成成长的机会，人生就是一个解决问题的过程。学会为小事高兴，会有更大的高兴出现。我们应该为自己的当前满意，相信自己的生命，要睁着眼睛去旅游，牵着蜗牛去散步，享受生命的过程，活在当下，才能精彩每一天。

3、终身学习。

作为一名教师，应该审时度势，做终身学习的典范。唯有如此，我们的教学才能从不断的学习中汲取营养，充实知识，提高本领，胜任工作，充分发挥模范带头作用。否则，我们就会落后于时代，就难以完成肩负的职责任务。

通过本次紧张而短暂的培训，让我品尝到了一顿最丰富、最美味、最营养、最有价值的“知识文化大餐”。我要重新审视自己，作为一名年轻的小学英语教师，我要不断的学习，不断的提高自己的专业知识与技能，不断的充实自己，找到自己的人生价值，在教学中通过自身的素养来感染学生，让学生从心底里信服老师。同时在今后的教育教学工作中我要努力实践、开拓创新，积极将本次培训所学的经验及方法运用到教育教学中，不断提高自身教育教育水平。同时，在这里还要感谢学校领导能给我这样一个学习的机会，在今后的工作中我会努力实践、勇于开拓，为我校的小学英语教育事业尽一份自己的力量。

新的学期已经开始了。我们告别了初一生活，迎来了一个比较重要的时期—初二年级。在这个学年中，知识会更加有难度，并且也是个两极分化的时候。在这个学期中，我们可能要遇到各种各样的问题，也会经历一些坎坷，有时候在学习中，更会出现一些困难。所以在这个学期开始之前，我们要为自己制定一份新学期计划，来让这个学年度过的更加有调理，更加顺利。

首先，在学习方面要有好的学习方法，努力做到事半功倍，遇到问题一定不能视而不见，要积极去解决这些问题，平时在课前要做好预习的功课，课堂上也要认真听讲，认真思考，全身心的投入，课后要巩固今天所学到的知识。作业也一定要认真完成好，尽量少出现错误。在学习之余，也可以做一些练习题，让学到的知识变得更加牢固，因为熟能生巧，所以我们一定要注意平时的学习。

其次，是常规和纪律方面。好的习惯是生活中很必要的，所以我们在平时一定要注意常规方面的问题，从点滴做起，任何时候都要严格要求自己，并且时时刻刻遵从老师的要求。纪律是学习的前提，所以在每时每刻，都要遵守校规班规，不违纪。并且我相信自己一定会继续发扬自己的优点，也会努力改正自己在各方面的问题，在严格要求自己的情况下，也要提醒和帮助其他同学，一起让班级整体变得更加完美。

最后，要尽快适应初二的学习生活，做最好的自己。当然，我身为班干部，一定要处处为班级着想，多为班级建设作出贡献，也要为班级的一些事情出谋划策，尽自己的一份力。不能因为自己而给班级拖后腿，在班级中要积极担当责任，也要有责任心，把老师交给自己的任务落实好。身为团员，在平时，也要多听取同学和老师对自己提出的建议和意见，不断的提高和完善自己。

又是一个新学期了（一句被重复过无数次的话）,没办法，一想到学习计划，我脑中浮现的就是 新学期 这三个字。经过了高一一年的学习，我想我对于高中的学习情况已经有了很大的适应，在这一年的学习生活中我也改掉了很多不好的习惯，最大的一点就是开始知道什么才算得上是认真学习。

首先，我认为，学习中不可忽略的一点就是要学会分析自己的学习特点，像我 理解能力还可以，老师讲的东西不是不懂，但却总出错（用家长们的话说就是不认真），而且对于一些死记硬背才能学会的东西总觉得不耐烦，因此，在这点上，我希望自己能在新学期里对待学习更认真，更有耐心。

其次，我觉得，在学习中，确定学习目标也是很重要的，学习目标是学生学习努力的方向，正确的学习目标更是能催人奋进。反之，没有目标的学习，就是对时光一种极大的浪费。所以，我暂时的目标就是先进入全班前10名，而对于我较弱的数学我会努力，让它也有所进步。

计划写完了，我想，按照惯例，似乎还应该加上几句鼓励的话，但我觉得，有一句话会胜过许许多多鼓励的语言，那么，我就以它作为我学习计划的结尾吧，那就是 定了计划，就一定要实行。

转眼间，只剩下最后一学期了。坐在教室里还不到100天，就要告别亲爱的母校，步入新的初中里，在这最后一学期里，我的打算是这样的：

以前上课的时候，同学们的书里都写满了密密麻麻的资料，而我的书里只都短短几行字，所以，这学期，我要做到“课前预习，课后补习”，不管是什么课文，都要查找相关资料，做好笔记，晚上的时候还要想：今天我学到了什么?

以上是上学的时候，那么放学的时候的呢?每次放学回到家都要看电视，作业还得放到晚上去做，不到个十一、二点，作业是不会写完的。所以，这学期，我打算以回到家就要把作业做完，做完后还要认真检查一遍。可到了晚上呢?每次老师布置作业都少不了“读三十分钟课外书”这一项，所以，晚上的时间都用来看有益的书。

还有至关重要的一项，就是自己的竞争对手。我这学期的竞争对手是李婉莹，她每次考试都名列前茅，所以我这次一定要努力学习，快马加鞭，尽快赶超她，一定要上个好名次!

最后一项，就是目标分。上个学期期末考考砸了，完全是因为粗心大意和没定目标分，这次我的目标分焕然一新了：语文92分，数学90分，英语98分。我一定要好好学习，达到我的目标分。

最后我还想说说我的梦想，那就是能考上大学。这个梦想对于我来世十分困难，但是我坚信，人只要有所信念，有所追求，再大的困难都会迎刃而解!

这就是我这个学期的打算了，相信我能做到更好!

根据我的不足我制定了几条学习计划：

2.完作业后，复习当天的内容并预习第二天上课的内容。

3.遇到不懂得要及时问老师或问同学，弄明白。

4. 每天晚上听30分钟英语，训练自己的听力。

5.还要认真完成老师布置的作业，绝不马马虎虎。

6.我要做到上课认真听讲，不做小动作，争取将老师课上所讲内容完全消化，让思维与老师同步。不懂的地方，一定向老师和同学请教，至到弄懂为止。每天按时整理上课笔记，当天的知识当天复习，当天掌握。 一般先以课本为先，书上的内容是基础。在掌握的基础上，做专项训练，按层次补缺和提高。我还需要建立一本错题集，将在练习中做错的题目和尚未弄懂的题目及时记录下来，逐一解决。

7.天坚持朗读外语作品，养成良好的语感。认真记单词，严格避免中考因单词而失分。

我要坚持写日记、作文。以前，我写的日记“干干的”，主要就是缺少观察;以后，我打算每天看三十分钟的课外书，在寒假期间把一些所见所闻记录下来，并把有一些有意义的人或事写成文章。看一些优秀的作文，学习别人的写作长处。在网上查找写的好的文章，向人家学习学习。另外，我还要一个小册子，起名为“日记小材料”，平时发生一点小事都要留心观察，把一些精彩的东西记录下来，那可是写文章的好材料哟!到时候要写东西，那就不愁“没事可写”了!

Australia is one of the famous Oceanian country. The country is famous for its wool production and seashore tour. As the climate there is warm and comfortable, many people spend vocations there every year. I’m a super fan of water entertainment, so I choose it as my destination.

In Australia, the sky is bluer than blue, the clouds are whiter than white, all the local people enjoy an optimistic and active life. They also show their kindness and enthusiasm to the tourists.

The first step should be Sydney Opera which is among the most brilliant and splendid architectures in the world. Many world-class plays are put on in it .The surface and shape of it is like a seashell with glory decorations inside.

Then Melbourne is a good choice to be as the next step. In Melbourne, skin screen is a must to take with as the sunshine is upset and may burn your skin. The most attractive thing to me is the Australia Open, which is one of the biggest world-class tennis competition. Summer holiday plan

Summer holiday is coming. How excited! I havemade a plan for my summer holiday. First of all, I will go to Hong Kong tovisit my aunt. And then I will stay with her for a while. As Hong Kong is the shoppingparadise, of course, I will ask my aunt to go shopping with me . I will also eatthe delicious food there. And then I will go home. I know that study comesfirst. Today is March 8th, the new term, the last but the most important term of junior high has been on for more than seven days. It means that there are only about three months left for us to study. We suddenly feel that time passes so fast. We still remember the first day we come to this famous middle school, but now, two and a half years has passed. Have you ever looked back and thought, what you did and learnt in the two and a half years? And how much did you learn from teachers, books or in any other ways?To ask yourselves, have you ever wasted time? If you say “never”, that’s very good. But if you say “Yes, often,” it is so regretful. But everything has passed anyhow, we can’t get it back, so the only thing we cann do is, to make better use of the time.

From now on, study hard. It’s not so late that everything can’t be changed yet. Everything is possible only if you try your best to do it. Believe yourselves, “Every man has his price.” Maybe you are good at study, you are good at singing or you do well in drawing……

So I always believe myself no matter where, no matter when. It’s very important, I think. Let’s try our best and put our heart into it. Wish you make good results in the last exam.

The winter vacation is not so far from us.there are lots of thing I have done while this vacation.For one thing ,I have my lessons reviewed ,in order to improve the qulity of study.For the other thing,I wish I would be betterafter hard working with my course.at first, I must correct all my final examination paper. Secondly，I insist on reading English books and newspapers every day.I also keep on oral pratice.

In my spare time,I will take an active part in activitise.I can gain the first hand imformations through the activitise which can help me to extend my knowlege.
