体育方面，俗话说的好“身体是革命的本钱”，没有一个很好的身体，其他的都是“浮云”。因此我每天要合理饮食，多吃有营养的饭菜，少吃垃圾食品，每天早睡早起，并养成一个早起锻炼的好习惯。在周末学习之余，我还要多去户外运动，如多打羽毛球、踢足球等等。

这就是我的计划，我知道说容易做到难，但是为了我梦想，我目标，我会努力奋斗的！

我已经做好准备，写好计划，等待新学期的到来。

在过去的路途中，你是否拥有过欢笑，拥有过阳光，这都已成为永远的会议，加上一把锁将它封闭起来吧!摆在我们面前的一切都是新的，疑讹让老师看到一个崭新的自己。下面是我新学期的计划:

新学期，新气象。在新的一学期里，我们都有一个新的目标新的计划，我的计划主要在数学英语物理语文和小四门上面体现语文方面要做好课前预习，贺客后练习复习，课文中不懂的问题下课要向老师提出;数学方面主要是多练数学不像其他科目死记硬背药或学应用;英语单词是要死记硬背。

还有语法是靠练习的;其余的都是靠背。除此之外每个科目还要建立一个“错题集”，当卷子，练习册上又错题时，就及时把他腾上去。以上就是我新学期的学习计划，希望我的计划能给我和大家带来坚持不懈的动力和认真学习的端正态度。

书山有路勤为径，学海无涯苦作舟。站在新的起跑线上，我们的目标就在充满希冀的前方。我要加油，在绚丽多彩的初中生活中，好好学习，这是冲刺，面向新的征程，也许会有坎坷，艰险，但我坚信:我一定会战胜一切困难，避过所有的浅滩，到达成功的彼岸!

新的学期又开始了我们又迎来了一个崭新的学期。在这个学期，我要定个计划，我要比往年更上一层楼。

在学习方面，我上课应该认真听讲，不该讲的话不要讲，不和别人说话，不摸来摸去，不做小动作，把老师讲的一字一句都听进去。而在写作方面，我相信我会越来越好，就像芝麻开花———节节高。骄傲个粗心始终是我最大的克星，也是我成为一名三好学生的绊脚石，在这个学期里我要把老毛病治好，消灭掉，把它给该个彻底。

数学对我来说一点也没有困难，只要上课认真听了，而且听得懂勤思考，即使是奥数题或者聪明的题目也会被我一一击破。和语文一样，我最大的敌人还是粗心，要是连个数字都会抄错，审题也不大仔细，看一眼就过了，有时侯全军覆没也不知道。我不晓得我的心有多粗但我相信我一定会改的!!!

英语我一点也不怕，不过自从上个学期我们班落后很多以后，我真不甘心。所以在这个学期，我们要下定决心超过其他两个班。

生活方面，我打算把我的眼睛保护好，不让他下降，要让他上升!!虽然只有0。5和0。4但离0。1不远了。在学校我天天要把眼保健操做好做到位，坐姿端正;在家里，电脑少玩点，电视少看点，不能连续用眼2小时。

在这个学期，新的起跑点，让我们多着终点的的目标起跑、加油、冲刺吧!!

First of all,I need to greatly improve my English in this semaster,for I’m already in Junior 2 now,and there’s no time to waste.

I’m really not good at English,and I think there’s a long road ahead of me.I am thinking about taking a TOEFL course on weekends to prepare for entering college.Besides,I need to learn something from my life,for example,I can read some kind of English books,watch some Enghlish movies etc.

On another hand,I wanna improve my spoken English,cuz its a kind of language which is used to communicate with others,but not just a subject that can prove I am a good student.My plan for the future is to study abroad,so the skill of spoken Enlish is really important to me.
