决定做什么以后，我们便分工进行，爸爸做肉馅，妈妈揉面，我和姐姐烧水。我们干起来都十分有劲，不到半个小时，肉馅弄好，饺子也弄好，水也快烧开。妈妈便熟练地包起饺来，我和姐姐也学着包起来，我好不容易包三个，累死，还真难学啊！妈妈说：“我就天生会做啊，不吃点苦，努力学，怎么能学得好呢？”我听有点惭愧，便吸取教训，重新扬起风帆，认认真真地包起来，这下做得更快一些。这就使我明白一个道理：学什么都应该刻苦。

过大概二十多分钟，揉面已经全部做成饺子，我和姐姐烧水也已经在锅里翻江倒海。妈妈便把饺子放进锅里，煮起来。妈妈在中途还加一些佐料，使饺子更加好吃约摸过十多分钟吧，妈妈便把饺子捞起来，分成四碗，在每碗中还放一些汤。我妈刚弄好汤，我便抢一碗津津有味地吃个痛快！由于吃得太快，舌头都火辣辣。

我们个个都吃得满嘴是油，便欢天喜地去看精彩电视节目。

啊，真是一个快乐春节啊！

我的春节和你们的春节大不相同，我回了河南汝南的老家，放了许多各种各样的炮，有大纸炮、飞天雷、飞天火箭、水雷等等。

有一天，我把一个有30厘米，直径20厘米的白色大纸炮放在雪堆里，它的威力比小型手榴弹的还大，我用火机点燃了火线，然后我很快的跑进了屋里，1、2、3轰的一声，好像大地都被震得颤动起来，我跑上去一看，雪堆上有一个很大的洞，比我想象得还要大。我们又把水雷往水里里一扔，很大一个水花一飞冲天，威力无边，把水面的冰都炸得飞了起来，水面上出现了壮观的景象，很多黑色的烟从水而起。

在老家过年真开心，我可以放炮，还可以率领很多童子军，我在老家的这几天玩得很开心。

“瑞雪兆丰年！”这场大雪连下了两三天。我戴上了手套，准备下去堆雪人。

下雪后，整个世界几乎是白茫茫的一片。每走一步，都会留下一个深深的脚印。我走进了草坪，找到了合适的地方，就开工了。我来拿雪，妈妈堆，眼看着雪人的身体就快堆好了，我也不忙着拿雪了，也和妈妈一起来堆雪人。可谁知，我一拍，就引起了“雪崩”，快堆好的身体，又变成了一小半，我又急忙跑去拿雪。终于，雪人的身体堆好了。我团了一个大雪球当雪人的脑袋。

我又去找了两根树枝，当作雪人的胳膊；还找了两颗差不多同样大小的石子当作雪人的眼睛，可鼻子怎么办呢？我先跑回去把树枝和石子送给了妈妈，妈妈也在为雪人的鼻子发愁。我从地上拿起了一点雪，团成了球，安在了雪人的脑袋上。妈妈也把树枝插在了雪人的身体上，我把石子“嵌”在了雪人的脑袋上，还给雪人画上了嘴巴、扣子。

从远处看，雪人穿着洁白的衣服，两只又黑又亮的眼睛炯炯有神，圆圆的鼻子下是一张微笑着的嘴，两只手伸着，好像在说：“欢迎！欢迎！热烈欢迎！”

我们回家后，从楼上向下望，一个雪人挺立在这风雪中！

在爆竹声中，我们迎来中国人最盛大的节日——春节，家家喜气洋洋，挂上红红的灯笼，贴上红红的春联，忙忙碌碌……

正月初一，又是一个快乐的日子。

以往我都是起得最晚的人，可今天我争个第一，因为极想闻闻那香气扑鼻的爆竹烟味儿。一串串鞭炮在人们手中点燃，声音真大，四处飞溅，仿佛要把每一个祝福送到千家万户。一阵爆竹声接连不断，噼里啪啦的，热闹非凡。我来到爸爸妈妈的房间，在鞭炮声中，开始传统的拜年仪式。我对父母说着一些吉祥话儿，爸妈就拿出压岁钱，让我高高兴兴，大家今年都能够吉祥如意，招财进宝。

在鞭炮声过后，就开始吃早餐。吃过饭后，我出去玩，在街上点燃的爆竹在地上开出美丽的花，漂亮极。我看着甭提多高兴。今天的小鸟也出来凑热闹，大概它们心里也很高兴吧。

在街上，我看见有人在卖玩具，有人在卖小吃、点心、水果，各种各样的都有，各种各样的货物样样俱全，琳琅满目，人们恐怕想买什么都难选择！顾客大多数是一些小孩，我瞧瞧，就数麻辣摊的生意最好。“我要一串年糕！”一个胖孩子叫道。

再去别的地方瞧瞧，在一家文具店摊前，我又停下脚步。那里有各种玩具：飞机模型、望远镜、电动汽车……尽是一些玩的东西。我发现最受欢迎的是玩具。

玩一上午，下午我又要去走亲访友拜新年，这无疑也是一件高兴的事。亲朋好友欢聚一堂，品尝着美酒佳肴，谈着一些开心的话儿。而最高兴的则是我们，只要嘴巴甜一点，多说些祝福的话儿，那可就大赚一笔！

人们一直玩到深夜，嘴里啃着美味水果，手里燃放鞭炮烟花，载歌载舞，忘情地玩个痛快！

真心希望全国的小朋友在新的一年里快快乐乐，没有烦恼哟！

时间过得飞快，盼望已久的中国传统到来了，家家户户贴对联，还倒贴“福”字呢！我还知道贴对联的意思，是辞旧迎新，“福”字倒着贴，意味着新年吉祥如意！五谷丰登！

春节也是有来历的，传说一个叫“年”的怪兽四处捣乱，有一次，两个小朋友拿着红灯笼去玩，刚好撞见“年”，“年”吓得赶紧跑，小朋友发觉到“年”怕红，于是，回去告诉村里的亲戚朋友，后来，人们在这天都把红色放在自家，因此，人们把这一天称为春节。

春节是家家户户团员的好日子，到处都洋溢着节日欢乐气氛。我们家也不例外，那天晚上的团圆饭好丰富啊！鸡、鸭、鱼、肉——摆了满满一桌，香气扑面而来。到现在想起来，我都“口水直流三千尺”了，最开心的是有压岁钱哦，大人给孩子压岁钱，意味着可以平平安安、快快乐乐度过一岁。

吃过饭，当然是玩最有趣的烟花了，有叫“金宝石”的烟花，有教“孔雀飞舞”的，还有叫“炫彩风的呢，点燃后，顿时五颜六色的烟花跳了出来，一颗颗小火星好像五彩缤纷的圆盘，在空中构成一道美好的景象。

过来十二点，钟声响了，新的一年真正地开始了，我非常喜欢春节，在这里，我祝大家在新的一年里家庭幸福、学业进步。

过年了，每年都能看到对联，我都有非常快乐的感觉，因为他是从古到今传下来的东西，有非常深的意思。

正月初二，我要随爸爸到外公家拜年。外公是个退休驾驶，性格幽默，不仅我喜欢到他家玩，全村老小，没有一个不喜欢他的。

来到外公家门口，首先映入眼帘的是一幅大红对联。我对对联有着非常浓厚的兴趣，所以便仔细观察起来，可是我怎莫耶搞不懂，对联的横批‘福禄寿禧’全部贴倒了！而且上联‘一一二三四五六七八九十’多了一个‘一’，下联‘一二三四五六七八九十十’多了一个‘十’，进屋见到外公，竟然来不及对外公祝贺新禧，编队外公嚷了起来：‘外公，您怎么这么马虎！‘福禄寿禧’全倒了！’外公哈哈大笑起来，说道‘是啊！党的政策好，粮食价钱高，不仅中天不纳税，反而还给补贴。农民发了财，福，禄，寿，禧不都全倒[到]了么！’那么上联怎么又多了一个‘一’和一个‘十’呢？多衣[一]多食[十]十丰衣足食啊！这用的是谐音的方法，“哦”我恍然大悟，原来外公使用妙恋歌颂的政策好！

发现了家门口的对联的秘密，我便留心观察其他地方的对联了。经过外公的讲解和介绍，我知道了厨房门口的‘此木为柴山山出，因火生烟夕夕高’十合字联；房间门口的‘学勤尤知少，少知尤勤学’；书房门口的‘书读不怕多，多怕不读书’是回文联。没去外公家前，我认为我对对联的知识已经看的非常多，背的非常多，但是跟外公比还是差了十万八千里。后来跟随外公去了他的书房，一进去，我就惊呆了，那里面竟然对联，不仅让我学到了知识，而且让我感受到了中国文化的博大精深，我在对联中得到了快乐，这个念过的意义非凡。有多达5万本书，始终非常多都是关于对联的，而且外公每天都看，我看的书和外公看的书比起来，简直就是小巫见大巫。

Southern Chinese eat niangao (New Year cake made of glutinous rice flour) on this occasion, because as a homophone, niangao means "higher and higher, one year after another." The first five days after the Spring Festival are a good time for relatives, friends, and classmates as well as colleagues to exchange greetings, gifts and chat leisurely.

Burning fireworks was once the most typical custom on the Spring Festival. People thought the spluttering sound could help drive away evil spirits. However, such an activity was completely or partially forbidden in big cities once the government took security, noise and pollution factors into consideration. As a replacement, some buy tapes with firecracker sounds to listen to, some break little balloons to get the sound too, while others buy firecracker handicrafts to hang in the living room.

The lively atmosphere not only fills every household, but permeates to streets and lanes. A series of activities such as lion dancing, dragon lantern dancing, lantern festivals and temple fairs will be held for days. The Spring Festival then comes to an end when the Lantern Festival is finished.

China has 56 ethnic groups. Minorities celebrate their Spring Festival almost the same day as the Han people, and they have different customs.

My Sheep year Spring Festival is special. My uncle and my aunt came back from Shanghai. My family  were very happy to keep the Spring Festival with them. And it was the most exciting festival of all the festivals.

On New Year’s Eve, my father and my uncle talked about their work together. My mum did some cooking with my aunt Grandparents and I watched the New Year TV programmes. At about six o’clock, we had a special family dinner. We all thought the dumplings were delicious.

On the first day of the New Year, we visited our relatives. In the afternoon, we went shopping in Jiefanf Road. My uncle bought some Jay’s CDs. He likes Jay’s music very much. There were so many people on the road. It was more alive than any other time of a year.

On the second and the third days, we spent a wonderful weekend in the country. There were much bigger trees than in the city. And the animals were more beautiful than in the city. We all enjoyed ourselves.
