Nevertheless, those teens hold that the media only provide information, what they as viewers do with that knowledge is up to themselves. A Summer Camp

This summer, I had some special days. I joined Dongzhou International Educational Exchange Summer Camp.

书记来了，市长来了，司令来了，政委来了，公安、交通、交警、卫生等各部门的负责人来了。来到民工中间，问寒问暖，承诺一定尽快送他们回家，让焦急的民工得到了温暖的抚慰。新城、雁塔政府动员起来了，他们认真履行着自己的职责;交通局、公交公司动员起来了，他们调来了状况良好的大客车;西安旅游集团动员起来了，他们备好了民工路上所需的食品饮料;公安干警动员起来了，他们明确自己的任务是维持秩序，并用警车开道护航;石油公司动员起来了，他们确保的是油料充足;卫生系统动员起来了，救护车和医护人员一路相随为的是保康健;我们的部队动员起来了，他们自带车辆和路上所需的一切给养。短短的几个小时，西安就调集了268辆长途客车，把急切返乡的民工送上了回家的路。

根据对近十年高考全国卷作文题的梳理，发现2007和2010年是看图写作题，其他都是材料作文，由此可见全国卷作文的“习性”所在。

2007年全国Ⅰ卷的那张图想必许多90后学生都不陌生，图中一个小男孩摔倒在地，旁边分别举着“家庭”、“学校”、“社会”牌子的三个大人不约而同地说：“出事了吧!” ……小伙伴们，这两幅图你们都读懂了吗?

2010年全国Ⅰ卷的看图作文是“动物世界”，有猫，有鱼还有老鼠。三只猫坐在桌子前，面前摆着四盘鱼，有一只猫却离开饭桌要去逮老鼠，这时，另一只猫嘲笑道：“都什么年代了，有鱼还吃老鼠!”

从这两道看图写作题可以发现，高考全国卷作文题很贴近生活，同时又很考验学生的思辨能力，看似很粗浅的场景，但想写好并不容易。

不过，除了这两年的作文要求看图写作外，其他年份全是材料作文，无命题作文，离不开“要求选好角度，确定立意，明确文体，自拟标题;不要脱离材料内容及含意范围作文，不要套作，不得抄袭”这些作文“标配”，且材料多以小故事为主，考生思考空间较大，但一不小心，可能就会偏题。

全国卷爱拿小动物当主角

有心人可能会发现，纵观过去十年的全国卷作文题，小动物们当之无愧地成为 “第一主角”。

2006年的全国Ⅰ卷“老鹰抓走了小羊”;在2008年的全国Ⅱ卷中，老鹰又当“反派”，只是这次被抓的是爬上海滩的小乌龟;2009年全国Ⅰ卷的的材料是“动物总动员”，有兔子、乌龟、松鼠、青蛙，还有“思想家”仙鹤;2010年全国Ⅰ卷有吃鱼的猫和逮老鼠的猫;2014年的全国Ⅰ卷的材料是“山羊过独木桥”，全国Ⅱ卷则把野生动物都“搬”了过来……

紧扣社会热点也很常见

世界读书日、全民阅读等近几年都很受重视，在全国卷的作文题中，过去十年间关于“阅读”的题目也出现过两次，比如，2006年全国Ⅱ卷的材料中谈到关于我国国民图书阅读率降低和网络阅读率升高的现实问题;2010年全国Ⅱ卷的作文材料则是世界读书日这天关于“浅阅读”的讨论。

紧扣社会热点事件也是全国卷作文的“爱好”。比如，2015年全国Ⅰ卷的材料就是真事。内容是这样的：“一位父亲在高速公路开车打电话，旁边的孩子一再提醒，父亲不要拨打电话，可是父亲不听劝阻，最终孩子选择报警。警察前来后对父亲进行批评教育，此事引起社会争议。考生要以此为内容写一封800字的信，可以写给违章当事人，也可以写给女儿和警察。”

如果平常多看新闻的考生，对于这个事件可能就没那么陌生了，写起来自然也顺手些。不过，这是过去十年间全国卷作文第一次写书信，由于现在写信的人越来越少了，格式写得对不对又得另当别论了。可见，高考前对写信的格式也应该重温一下。

1 命题特点：

任务驱动，理性思辨

2016年的全国新课标卷的作文会怎样命题?沿袭去年模式，还是另辟蹊径?广东省中学语文特级教师、广州执信中学语文科组长曾湖仙分析，由于今年有多个省份加入到全国卷使用的行列，命题当力求平稳。所以，今年还会沿用2015年的命题方向和形式，即提供现实性强的材料，规定具体的写作任务和要求。

不过，2015的全国卷作文题出现了“任务驱动”作文，比如去年课标卷2要求考生从提供的三个候选人中推选一个最具风采者，课标卷1就“小陈举报父亲老陈开车打电话”的事，给小陈、老陈或其他相关方写一封信。

教育部考试中心相关负责人曾说过，“通过增加任务型指令，着力发挥试题引导写作的功能，增强写作的针对性，使考生在真实的情境中辨析关键概念，在多维度的比较中说理论证”。

这给大家带来一个很强烈的信号，高考作文命题形式开始变化，更是高考作文写作风气开始变化，由欣赏抒情、文采，转而注重理性、思辨。这是中国高考命题的进步，也是中国高中作文教育的进步，更是中国教育理念的进步——须知，世界教育之潮流，正在理性与思辨思维之培养;而“任务驱动”作文，最能考查学生之理性与思辨力。

曾湖仙认为，作文题给的材料开放度比较高，不会是非黑即白，也不会只有单向立意，而是能给考生多角度多侧面的思考、权衡、判断。

广东广雅中学高三语文备课组长张璇也谈到， 2016年广东考生应对全国卷作文题，审题训练应关注2015年课标卷作文的三个新变化，适当调整备考策略。当中首要的就是要重视“任务驱动”。“考生在备考中，应设身处地地考虑题目设定的特定情景，思考面对这种情况时我如何处理，写出自己的独特思考，切忌天马行空无视任务的套作。”

2 备战指引：

综合材料内容及含意

张璇还谈到，区别于以往的“不要脱离材料内容及含意的范围”，2015年课标卷作文首次调整为“综合材料内容及含意”。此用语变化体现出课标卷作文对材料的综合理解、整体把握较之以往更为强调和重视。因此在备考中，考生应综合理解材料，抓主体事件，勿走以往抓个别词句便立意行文的老路。

曾湖仙也建议，剩下这两个月时间，考生作文训练应该从这几个方面着力：一是尽量命制能提供多元选择、无明显是非结论的材料进行作文;二是训练学生的说理能力，学会多角度、多层次分析;三是在“综合(不脱离)材料内容和含意”的要求下，把握从就事论事到因事及理(含意)的度，避免学生用例失当、说理空泛的毛病。

据分析，从“自选角度”到“选准角度”到如今的“选好角度”，课标卷要求中对写作角度的界定越来越清晰。一则材料可供切入的写作角度可能有很多，但中心角度和重要角度就只有几个，其他只是次要角度。因此在备考中，应学会在立意时选取更为中心和重要的角度切入，如此方能斩获高分。

3重点提醒：

全国卷发展等级多了10分

张璇提醒考生，关注课标卷作文的评分标准和能力层级与广东卷的不同，力求在“发展等级”上有所突破。

据介绍，课标卷的作文评分标准中基础等级的分值为40分，而发展等级的分值则为20分，与广东卷相比，发展等级多了10分。而发展分的界定包括深刻、丰富、有文采、有创意四个层次。

课标卷作文题的能力层级也与广东卷不同。《2011年全国课标卷作文解析》(余闻)中说：“本题考查考生的写作能力，能力层级在原来设定的E级基础上，又加上了F级(探究)。”强调考生要像重视“有文采”一样，重视“发展等级”中的“深刻”、“丰富”和“有创意”。

因此建议考试在备考中，要格外重视“深刻”、“丰富”、“有创意”等探究能力的要求，进行相关的提升。比如，通过观点、说理来提升“深刻”，通过加强生活积累和文化积累，多读书，多思考来丰富自己的论据，更丰富自己的思想;通过见解新颖、材料新鲜、构思新巧、推理想象等，让思维“有创意”。

“讲道理”是阅卷重点

阅读下面材料，根据要求写一篇不少于800字的文章。

高考成绩公布后，小钧同学的成绩只够上一般本科院校，他因此十分犹豫，读一般本科院校，今后毕业就很难在城市立足，多半会到偏远的地方;如果上高职院校，有可能一辈子做一个蓝领，难以出人头地;如果复读，就要耽误一年，还担心明年不一定能去重点大学;还有两个高中同学劝小钧暂时放弃上大学机会，和他们一起创业，以后根据实践需要再选择上学……

小钧在某论坛发了一个帖子，向网友诉说了自己的犹豫和困惑。该论坛组织大家讨论这件事。请你参与这场讨论，写一篇文章，发表你的看法，帮助小钧做出选择，体现你的思考和判断。

这种问题是很现实的，有学生会遇到。材料没有硬性的是非判断，提供多个去向，省略号表明还可以有其他选择，考生依据心中所想，参与讨论即可。这就是真实、有用的写作。

这类作文一般都会有类似“表明你的态度，阐释你的看法”的写作要求。这一要求明确表明考生对材料要有自己的认识，以考查学生独立思考的能力。常见不少考生从材料得出观点之后，拼凑一些事例论证了事，极少自己的分析说理。议论文“讲道理”应该成为阅卷重点，考生明确观点后，你要告诉读者观点之所由来。如广州一模题，如果认为应选择画展主办者的新闻刊登在《暖闻》栏目，则要分析为什么这则新闻最为温暖或者最合适。又如上面的题目，如果主张小钧可以考虑就读高职院校，那么你要有劝小钧选择高职的理由阐述。

已经连续10年高考自主命题的广东，明年起高考恢复使用全国卷。发轫于2015年全国卷之“任务驱动型”新材料作文，业界认为这不仅是高考作文命题形式的变化，更是高考作文写作风气的变化——由欣赏抒情、文采，转而注重理性、思辨。
