台上一分钟，台下十年功，我现在明白，哥哥姐姐们舞刀弄剑的飒爽英姿可是下了苦功才练出来的。我也要不怕辛苦，坚持不懈地继续学习武术，让我的身体更强壮，意志更坚强。
