之后的日子里妈妈常带我去游泳。我发现游泳的花样很多，有蛙泳、有自由泳、有蝶泳、有仰泳、还有花样游泳。我只学了其中的蛙泳，但和其他的人交流中，我自学会了自由泳泳，蝶泳也会了一点点。虽然这不是专业的蝶泳和自由泳，但我很快乐，因为我发现自己的学习能力挺强的。尤其在游泳方面很有天分。呵呵。

在我游泳运动中，我发现游泳还有其他的一些好处!游泳可以使关节不易肌肉受伤，在游泳时水的作用使肢体血液易于回流心脏、使心率加快，长期游泳会使心脏运动性增大，收缩有力，游泳还能改善体温调节机能、预防感冒、强壮我们的身体、在必要的时候还可以自救。

游泳给我快乐，游泳给我信心，游泳给我强壮的身体，游泳给我说不完的好处。这就是我喜欢游泳的理由。

Last month we had a sports meeting.Though the weather wasnt very fine that day,the students were all very excited and the whole school was alive.

This time,I was even more excited.Because I went in for the sports meeting and my item was high jump.I didnt want to get any place,I only wanted to enjoy the game because I knew I wasnt good at sports.

我喜欢运动是跳绳。因为跳绳可以使我们的身体保持健康，感到快乐，欢笑。体育课班级进行跳绳比赛，老师让我们一分钟能跳多少就多少。我跳绳时非常快，身子如燕般轻盈地上上下下，如同被包裹在彩色的光圈里一般。绳子美妙的在空中划出了个弧度，绳舞蹁跹，若隐若现。跳绳在我手上，一会变成单脚跳，一会变成单脚换跳、双脚并跳、双脚空中前后与摆布分跳等姿势。努力!我给我自己设定了一个目标，130下。在我自己的呼喊下，我一次次的增高跳绳的次数，50下…80下…100下…当跳到100时，我就觉得没有力气了，为了完成目标，我最后还是坚持着。目标让我有了坚强的勇气。眼看离我的目标越来越近，绳子突然不小心打到了我的脸上，我感到一种火辣辣的疼痛，为了完成目标我告诉自己要坚持住!若是我能够坚持下去的话，就成了班上的首榜了。坚持就是胜利的道理。绳子在空中上下翻飞，弧圈酿成了一个圈，150下，谁都不敢相信。

通过跳绳这件事情，我让自己明白了一个道理，任何事情只要你肯努力了，坚持到底，没有困难能挡住你的决心没有做不到的事情。

“运动对人的身体有很大的帮助，还有很大的好处”我想确实是这样的，如果每天都参加运动或者活动，那么就能够有强健的身体，每天快乐的生活，还有旺盛的精力投入学习中!每天锻炼一小时，健康生活50年，幸福生活一辈子。说起来容易，做起来不容易，为了美好的明天一定要坚强做到。

俗话说，生命在于运动。而我最喜欢的体育运动是打乒乓球，它顾名思义声音一定很大，是乒乒乓乓的，至于为什么会喜欢，接下来就让我来给你解释说明吧！

从我上三年级开始，就学会了打乒乓球，这项运动不仅能疏通血脉，还能强身健体呢！每次，我都找爸爸来陪我练习，我们先做热身运动，之后便开始了“腥风血雨”的“恶战”，由爸爸先发球，我紧接着他回了一球，马上开始反击，爸爸打得我“落花流水”，我不甘心要求再来一局，并以一看电视权为赌注，爸爸答应了，又一场“恶战”开幕了，我先发球，爸爸很轻松的接到了，我打出了一个“回旋球”，爸爸开始反抗，最后我还是以失败告终了，我真佩服爸爸，也甘拜下风，便开始央求爸爸，希望他能教我更好的球技……

又是一年过去了，爸爸已经好久都没有去碰过乒乓球了，我便开始挑衅他，爸爸不服地说：“来就来，谁怕谁呀！”我们就约定好在公园里的体育馆再战，时间到了，我见爸爸从家里带了他最宝贵的球拍，我也去拿我最好的球拍，准备开始“战斗”，这次爸爸下了赌注，是我最爱吃的冰淇淋，我暗暗下了决心，这次一定要赢，让爸爸的颜面扫尽。我找来妈妈为我加油，顺便让她做裁判，妈妈一喊，就开始了比赛，我才开始就打出了绝招——闪电飞速球，爸爸也发动了绝招——快速接球法，就这样来回了不知道多少个球。第一局，我输了，接着又开始了第二局，奶奶也过来了，爷爷也是，接着又围过来了许多邻居，我心想：“这次一定不能输，得加把劲了！”我是出了浑身解数来反抗，爸爸也不甘败给我，便打出了他最擅长的“飞球跳跃”。第二局，我赢了，接着就是最后一局了，我一定要赢！又用了爸爸教给我的绝招——漫天飞扬，最后一局，我赢了。我都不敢相信，我竟然赢了爸爸这个能力者。

经过这件事后，我还明白了一个道理，只有经历风雨，才能看到彩虹，我永远爱你，乒乓球！
