为了让我能再次对游泳重拾信心，家人让我去参加游泳训练课，也不时的鼓舞我给予我极大的勇气帮助我重新振作起来，现在的我已经不是昔日吴下阿蒙的我，不管是各式的泳式我都如鱼得水，也因我的认真学习夺得教练的赞赏，赋予我一个小小老师的头衔让我从旁协助。让我喜不自胜迫不及待的想快点告诉家人一起分享这份喜悦。

如今我不再惧怕游泳了，反而比以前更热爱这个运动，不但我的肺活量增大，游泳技术也进步不少，如果不是当初家人给我鼓励和支持，给了我极大的勇气，让我知道凡事都会碰到挫折和困难的，也让我得到了一个启示「一分努力、一分收获」。因此希望大家可以多运动，一方面享受其中的乐趣，另一方面又可以健身喔！

学校有许多社团，像是舞蹈社、直排轮滑社、棒球社等，而我最喜欢的则是直排轮滑。

我从小学一年级下学期开始上直排轮滑，刚开始，我溜直排轮滑都会一直跌倒连最简单的直直溜都会跌倒，后来教练就慢慢扶着我溜，久而久之我就会溜了，后来我开始学习更难的动作，像是画葫芦、单脚滑行、跳人等，直到现在，我可以跳三个人，马利欧持续五秒等困难动作，教练还教我们打曲棍球，我们曾出去比赛，还得第一名呢!!

我们的直排轮滑社发生许多事，而对我来说最恐怖的事则发生在四年级上学期，在为学校活动做准备，而我和同学偷偷在玩，后来我提议跳四个脚标，结果一不小心跌倒了，我用手去撑，左手骨头就断了，不知为什么哭不太出来后来的直排轮滑课就没有在上了。

我觉得直排轮滑社非常好玩，不但能和好朋友PK，还能享受溜很快时凉凉的风，希望以后还能一直溜直排轮滑。

平时我喜欢打羽毛球，闲的时候经常和同事在单位对打一阵。因为平时喜欢打，对比赛中这个运动项目也有所偏爱，而我们国家的羽毛球水平整体不错，每次的大赛都是拿金的运动项目，虽然羽毛球比赛起来时间要长，运动员消耗的体力相对来说要大，但是随着规则的改变，羽毛球越来越值得观赏。

排球在郎平时代的辉煌之后，随着老运动员的退役，曾经的辉煌成为过去，而一蹶不振。自从上届奥运会在陈忠和的带领下中国女排重整岐山，在全体队员的努力下，重新夺回了属于我们的冠军，重新拥有了世界冠军的头衔，有多人少为之而哭泣，为之而兴奋啊!

游泳也是我喜欢看的运动项目，看着运动员在水里劈波斩浪，那漂亮的泳姿，让我这个不会游泳的人羡慕的不行。在中国的游泳队曾经有五朵金花的杨文意时代已经结束了。虽然游泳对曾经走入过低谷，但是随着罗雪娟等一批小将的出现，可见中国游泳队后继有人。

跳水运动项目基本都由中国运动员包揽了所有的金牌，但是不到最后谁也不敢断言金牌是属于我们的，运动员只有全力拼搏才能确保万无一失啊。

奥运会的脚步越来越近了，我们寄希望于运动员能够发挥出自己的水平，能够多创佳绩，让世界看到中国的腾飞。
