My mother’s hobby is reading. She has much knowledge. And she encourages me to read more books. It’s good for me.

我最爱我的妈妈，因为她是我的妈妈，她也很爱我。我妈妈把我照顾得很好。每天早上，她早早起床给我做早餐。她每天都给我和爸爸做好吃的饭。她知道我们的喜好。此外，她经常和我聊天，所以我们就像亲密的朋友。她了解我所有的事情。我妈妈的爱好是阅读，她懂得很多知识。她鼓励我多读书，书对我有好处。

我喜欢的运动是跑步，到了冬天，学校规定每天课间操时间要去操场运动，一、二年级在操场外跳绳、踢毽子、转呼啦圈等各种运动项目。而我们三年级到六年级就在操场跑步，围着操场跑三圈。

跑完一圈的时候，我已经累得不行了，勉强才把三圈跑完。我们散操后同学们也跑得气喘吁吁，慢悠悠的在路上走，有的实在坚持不住了就蹲着休息。走回教室后同学们就拿起水瓶大口大口的喝水。

过了一段时间，我渐渐喜欢上了跑步，而且跑起来非常轻松，我很快就进入到跑步的节奏中了。

我上网查了资料，跑步是有许多好处：健身，预防疾病，锻炼肺活量，促进健康等。看了这些资料，我深有感悟，原来跑步有这么多好处啊！

当然跑步也非常讲究姿势的，如果跑步的姿势不对，就不能起到好的效果。老师告诉我们正确的跑步姿势是足中和脚跟着地，脚应该放在重心线的末端，头部保持正和直，目光看着正前方，不要僵直手臂，握紧拳头，完全弯曲肘部，保持放松。将手臂自然弯曲在腰线以上，不要太高或太低，两个手臂前后摆动，膝盖要抬高，呼吸要保持深度的均匀的呼吸，很多时候呼吸会自己调节，跑得快了，呼吸也就快了。

My favourate person is Fu Mingxia .what makes me like her is given below.

She started learning diving at the eage of 7 and kept trainning 10 to 12 hours a day all week without stopping even she felt very tired.through hard work she got the medal prize in world diving contest .And what impressed me most is that she received four medals in three session of Olypic Games.

I prefer her because i believe only through hard work one can make achievment.

My Favourite Fruit Of all the fruits, I like apples best. First it is very beautiful. It is red and round. You can’t help eating it when you see it. Second, it is very sweet. It is really a kind of enjoyment when you taste it. Third, it is said that apples are very good for our health. There is a saying: “One apple a day, keeps a doctor away.” It means that if you have one apple every day, you won’t get any disease. I like to do all kinds of sports, in the morning, I will do some jogging and in the evening, sometime I will go to the gym with my friends. My favorite sport is playing tennis, tennis brings my life so much happiness, I can watch the match while talking to my friends happily. To do the sport will improve my health and make me catch up with the time.

When I was small, one day, when I went home after school, I felt bored and opened the TV, then I saw the tennis match. Two beautiful girls were playing intensively, the game was so excellent, I couldn’t move my eye away from the match. From then on, I started to fall in love with tennis, I watched many matches and got to know more about the game.

Tennis sport is the combination of power and asthetics. The tennis players dress the beautiful clothes and their power make the ball fly quickly. The other tennis players will return the tennis ball with their rightly power. The game is so wonderful, if we watch the match alive.

There is no doubt that I am a big fan of the tennis sport. I find so much fun from it, it enriches my life.
