It is believed that summer is hot, very hot. But the summer sun is nothing to me, because I dont usually go out.

What I like to do best during the long summer vacation is to stay in my own little room and read. I love to read, but during the school year I could hardly find a free moment for reading. 再来，第二个好方法是“吹冷气”。炎热的下午，躺在凉席上，吹着凉凉的冷气，睡个舒服的午觉，哇啊!真是人生的一大享受。不过吹冷气会破坏空气品质，加上我们家里现在响应节能，所以已经减少开冷气次数，只有在补习班、餐厅、饭店等地方才能吹个过瘾。“搧扇子”已经成为我们家的全民运动，虽然是利用人力很累，不过妈妈说最自然的风，就是最健康的风。

第三个好方法是“到外婆家的乡下玩水、享受自然风”。每当夏天假日的午后，我最喜欢和家人一起到外婆家的小池塘玩水，大家一起抓蝌蚪、小螃蟹，看着小鱼、小虾自由自在的在池里游来游去，加上周围树木散发的自然香气，不时吹来阵阵凉凉的风，然后再吃一块冰凉的西瓜，真是悠哉又舒服，好像置身在天堂一般，这是我觉得既环保又消暑的最棒享受。

my summer vacation of this year was very enjoyable. i went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays. it is very beautiful there. there are green plants, clear rivers, lovely animals kind people. i spent two weeks helping my grandfather do some farm work there. i wrote down what happened in my diary every day.
