早上，晴空万里，云霞满天。太阳公公把一切都镀上了一层金黄色。一群群美丽的小鸟，在绿树枝头连蹦带跳地唱着歌，发出唧唧喳喳的声音。空气清新凉爽，而且散发着一种难以形容的芳香。小草已经长到一尺多高。在一片草坪中，朵朵野花时隐时现，她们就像一群穿着各色衣裙的仙女，在碧海中游戏，蜻蜓和蝴蝶成群结队飞来，在草地上盘旋，在花间歇脚。

蜻蜓落在草尖上，就像睡在摇篮里的娃娃随着微风轻轻地摇晃着;蝴蝶在花间翩翩起舞，像是在和野花比美。在这花园般的草坪上，一群群孩子在捉蜻蜓、扑蝴蝶、采野花……一阵阵开心的小生回荡在草地上，使草地更加热闹。一眼望去，这简直是块点缀着红、黄、蓝、粉等各种色彩的“地毯”。这“地毯”的图案不断变化，令人陶醉 都说秋天是个丰收的季节，却不知夏天也是个成熟的季节。

不信，你就看!菜圆里满是各种各样的蔬菜，五彩缤纷。那红红的西红柿，嫩绿的黄瓜，紫色的茄子，都像在比赛似的，一天一个样儿，长得真快啊!它们有的像大秋千一样悬挂再枝蔓上;有的像怕晒太阳的小孩子，躲在肥大的叶子下乘凉;有的像是困了，随便歪在枝旁睡觉。

再看看果园吧!那白里透红的桃子，红得发紫的李子，你不让我，我不让你地挂满了枝头把树枝压得低低的，弯弯的。

不知不觉中到了傍晚晚霞烧红了天空，海边沙滩上人来人往。人们有的在游泳，有的在拾贝壳，还有的在嬉戏，欢声笑语像海浪一样，一阵高过一阵。清凉的海水洗去了人们一身疲劳，一身炎热。

夏天，是炎热的，但也是欢乐的，充满活力的啊!

风，带着热浪，兴冲冲地跑过来告诉我——

“夏天来了！

夏天在哪里呢？

夏天在一片片花海里。红的、黄的、绿的……争奇斗艳，形态万千，好似一朵朵花儿正在比美呢！

夏天在一个个大太阳里。烈日当空，晒得人们纷纷躲进家里。大街小巷几乎看不到人影，只有一辆辆车疾驰而过，下面的柏油路被烫得都要熔化了。

夏天在一阵阵台风里。台风所到之处，山洪暴发、河水猛涨，人们只好躲到屋顶上，躲进高楼里。可夏天偏要捉弄人一番，人们一上屋顶它就下大雨，一躲进屋里它就出太阳。搅得人们不能过上安稳日子。

夏天在一场场大暴雨里。震耳欲聋的雷声伴随着豆大的雨珠，在黑夜里大摇大摆地跑到地面上。雷公电母施展魔法，一个惊天雷，“轰”的一声，吓哭了娇嫩的婴儿；一道闪电“哗”地一闪，惊醒了年迈的老人。人们在楼梯间的走廊里跑来跑去，来看这惊心动魄的场景。

这就是夏天，一个让人想吃100根冰条的夏天；一个让人们轻而易举就闻到冰条那淡淡清香的夏天；一个让人听见“轰天雷”的夏天。
