The Ten-minute Break Between Classes Time seems to be so limited for us Senior Three students. As a result, more and more students try to study from early morning till late afternoon, even during the ten-minute breaks. In my view, taking a ten minute break between classes is equally important. Otherwise, we will feel exhausted both physically and mentally,During the ten minute break, we are supposed to do something really relaxing, we need is to have a rest, instead of getting more tired. Besides, studying during the break doesn ’ t necessarily mean that you will achieve more. So doing nothing tiring in that short period is of greater significance. My Ideal Work and Corporation

I am a girl with relative strong afility , tolerance for loneliness and be specific concentration on things thatI preferred.In view of above reasons,Iwould like to work in a scientific research institution or be a lecturer in an university.And whoever the students are,I will communicate with them attentively.

If I am lucky enough having an oppotunity to enter in a corporation which famous for its scientific research level,I hope it could possess these characteristics described as bellowd.

Firstly,the corporation should be liner organization structure which has the advantages of power concentration,authority and resposibilities clear devided,unified command,information communication convenient,facilitating a unified command and centralized management.Absolutely, this structure has some defects and requiring a master with universalmanagement talent is one of the biggest disadvantages .Thus,a functional organization should be created to assist the manager to manage the corporation.Aparently,a business with this kind of organization structure could not be huge size for its limits in management.

Secondly,the corparate culture is one of the most important components for a corporation.As far as I amconcerned,a dynamic enterprise culture should have a clear and positive goal which induce its employers to realize the value of their life in the course of acheiveing it.Besides,the enterprise must has the pursuit of innovation which is the core competitiveness of a corporation.In addition,a strong sense of responsibility is essentially concerned for a firm because no business can thrive strongly withoutsharing resposibitities and risks.If it comes down to a type,it may be“work-hard,play hard ”culture.This category of organization culture perhaps be the most appropriate one for me because I do not like an atmosphere which filled with the smell of gunpowder.

Making Every Day Earth Day

Now the earth is in bad condition. For example, in some places, the air and water pollution is so serious that it causes many deaths. At the same time, many animals and plants are in danger because of the destruction of their habitats.

Luckily, we human beings have realized the problem. On April 22nd, millions of people across the world do something good for the earth. Some clean up beaches and water, some pick up rubbish, others give speeches to call on more people to take action. But can we save the earth only by one day’s work? The future of our planet depends on our efforts. What we should do is to make every day Earth Day. Only by taking good care of it every day can we hope to live in harmony with nature.

High school is very important in one’s lifetime. Nowadays, the movies about the high school time are so popular, but the stories are exaggerated, my memories about high school life are so different from the movie. Ideals

Everyone has his ideals. A businessman wishes to make greater profit; a farmer expects plumper harvests; a student tries to learn more and better. And

However, one should be sensible about whether his ideal is well founded or not. If it is, one has to plan and work hard for its realization. Effort, skill and persistence are all necessary. And very often, one has to get help from others, including advice and support in one form or another.

My ideal is to become a doctor. It is said that the field of medicine is a well-paid profession, but I take it as a lofty profession entrusted with saving peoples lives. To realize my ideal I have concentrated on laboratory work to develop the analytical skills necessary to become a qualified doctor. Im sure I will realize my ideal if I keep on striving for it.

I have bought a house last year, but I dont fit up it. My house is located in a small countryside. It is made of brick and reinforced concrete.

In the house, a first floor has very big windows. In my beautiful living room .there will be a sofa, fireplace, piano and hi-fi system. I will drink tea and coffee with my good friend .I can hear music .For example, I like music "secret garden"

In my beautiful kitchen, there are a micro-wave oven, wall-closet, fridge, sink and water-tap. There will be a long table, cupboards and kitchen utensils.

“理想”是一个再普通不过的话题，可是每个人却仍然无法不去想它，因为她与我们的生命交织在一起。我们常在讨论“理想”，有人的理想是想当一名出色的医生，有人的理想是想当一名杰出的商人，而我的理想是当一名歌手。

直到我有了第二个理想时，我已经上了小学4年级。那时的理想是当一名老师。从小到大我接触过好多好多老师，有年龄大的、资历老的;也有年轻的、经验少的。但不管他们是什么样的老师，教哪一门学科，我都非常喜欢他们。将来也想像他们一样站在高高的讲台上给我的学生们授课。

如今的我，已不是一个什么都不懂的小孩子;如今的我，对一些事已有了自己独到的见解和想法。现在我的理想是——做一个对社会有贡献的人。或许你会说，这并不算是什么理想。但是在这漫长的学习生涯中，我不敢肯定我的理想会不会再改变。但是我敢肯定的是，我始终不变的，就是要做一个对社会、对全人类有贡献的人。

曾经有个人名人说过：“目标决定你成为什麽样的人。”所以，我的目标也就是我的理想就是成为一名音乐人。不过我也相信，如果我等待，发生的只是我变老了，而且，我只对未来感兴趣，因为我将在那里度过余生。这样，我就不得不插上梦想的翅膀飞向远方。

Generation gap refers to the misunderstanding between the old and young.

The term came into fashion after the 1980s. However, in recent years, the

phenomenon is getting more and more fierce.

How does generation gap come into being? The first reason is that the two

generations have grown up in different ages, thus they have different attitudes

toward life. Secondly, due to having little in common with each other, they are

unwilling to sit down and talk face to face. Besides, as modern life is so

stressful, both of them are so busy with their study or work that they have not

enough time to exchange their ideas.

To bridge the generation gap is not easy at all, but we can do something to

shorten it. For one thing, children should respect their parents as well as

accept their good advice. For another, parents should not only show their love

and care to the kids, but also support their good life view. As long as the old

and young can understand each other, it would be more harmonious in family and

world.
